Abstract

The problem in this research is not achievement toward Pencak Silat of The Fraternity of Setia Hati Tertate In Town Pekanbaru. This method of learning directly uses the Path Analysis method. Data were collected by tests and measurements. For explosive leg muscle use a vertical jump test, for speeds using a 20-meter speed test, for agility using bounce run tests and for sickle-kick speeds. The results and data analysis showed that: (1) limb muscle explosive effect directly and significantly to 48,4% crescend rate. (2) The velocity directly and significantly affect the speed of the sickle kick at 32.1%. (3) agility had a direct and significant effect on the sickle-kick rate of 47.9%. (4) Limb muscle explosive effect directly and significant effect on agility 41,6%. (5) the speed directly and significantly affect the agility of 57.0%. (6) limb muscle explosive power indirectly affect the sickle-kick speed through agility of 57.3%. (7) the velocity indirectly affect the speed of the sickle kick through agility of 27.7%. (8) Limb muscle explosiveness, velocity and agility affect simultaneously to sickle-kick rate of 71.2%

Abstract

The problem in this study when athletes do dribbling is still not good, this is seen when athletes do dribbling, the ball often out of control when doing dribbling This type of research is quantitative with causal associative causal correlation approach to know the direct, indirect and simultaneous effect of agility (X1), velocity (X2), eye-foot coordination (X3) on dribbling ball (Y). . Data were collected using Dodging Run tests for agility, run 30 meters for speed, Soccer Volley Test-Modified for eye-toe coordination and Dribbling Ball for dribbling ability. The result of data analysis showed that normal path coefficient value, significant and linear, (1) There is significant direct influence Agility of Dribbling with big influence 12,89%. (2) There is a significant direct influence Speed to Dribbling ability with big influence 9,42%. (3) There is a significant direct influence of foot-eye coordination on Dribbling ability with a large influence of 11.22%. (4) There is indirect influence Agility on Dribbling ability through Eye-foot Coordination with big influence 22.18%. (5) There is indirect effect Speed to Dribbling ability through Eye-foot Coordination with big influence 24,40%. (6) There is simultaneous influence Agility, Speed and Eye-foot Coordination of Dribbling ability with a large influence of 71.75%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning module of chemistry based of guided inquiry in colloidal system and reveal the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of chemistry learning module subject of guided inquiry-based colloidal system. This learning module is tested on grade 11th’s students of SMAN 2 Painan, and has a reliability of 0.615. This research concludes that the chemistry learning module of the subject of colloid system based on guided inquiry is feasible to be used as a high school chemistry learning module

Abstract

Based on field observations, it is observed that teachers' performance at MTsNParakLaweh Padang is still low. Researchers suspect that supervision of school principals and school climate affects teacher performance in MTsNParakLaweh Padang, therefore a research is conducted to test the truth. This study aims to reveal the influence of school principal supervision and school climate on teacher performance at MTsNParakLaweh Padang. The hypothesis proposed in this study are: 1) If supervision of principal high, hence giving high influence to teacher performance; 2) If the high school climate, then give a high influence on teacher performance; 3) If the principal's supervision and high school climate, then give a high influence collectively on the performance of teachers. This research was conducted by using correlational quantitative method. The population of this research is all teachers of MTsNParakLaweh Padang. The sample of this research is taken by using Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique. Samples obtained 54 people. Data were collected by questionnaire with Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by correlation and regression technique.The result of data analysis shows that: 1) supervisor of principal has an effect on teacher performance 11,4%, 2) school climate influence to teacher performance equal to 5.1% and 3) supervision of headmaster and school climate together influence to teacher performance equal to 15.2%. Based on the descriptive analysis revealed that the principal's supervision and school climate are equally influential to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Teachers’ problems in remote areas was massive absenteeism. According to the Education Sector Analytical and Capacity Development Partners, 2014, teachers absenteeism in remote areas reached 20%, while in urban areas was 9.4%. Teacherbecame defaulters teaching because of heir low personal competence. There was no available training that focused on improving remote areas teachers ownompetence. One method that could be conducted is by applying mental revolution movement. The objective of the study was to examine the effectiveness of mental revolution in improving the personal competence of primary school teachers in remote areas.The quasi-eksperiment model with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used in the study.The participants in the study were 38 elementary shoolteacherswho were a civil servant in remote areas in Bengkulu Province. The result in this research explained that the implementation of mental revolution based on local wisdom could improve the personal competence of civil servant elementaryschool in remote areas in Seluma District in Bengkulu Province

Abstract

Currently many of the students are late in completing the study on time, the student likes to procrastinate the task, prefer to play rather than complete the lecture assignment. This shows the student's academic procrastination behavior. With the implementation of group guidance services can reduce student academic procrastination students are expected to no longer experience acadelearnedmic procrastination behavior. The method in this research is quasi experiment. The One Group Pre-test Post-test Design, the subject of this study is a student Stkip PGRI West Sumatra. Abstract

This paper aims to reveal and explain the dynamics of kiyai pesantren[s] in relation to national politics and to review the repositioning role of kiyai in the dynamics of national politics. Despite much analysis of the role of this kiyai, the fact that the tidal position of kiyai in pesantren[s] is increasingly seen its inconsistency. This can be evidenced by the involvement of kiyai practically in politics, thus affecting the existence of pesantren[s]. The results of the author's analysis illustrate that kiyai at this time must be returning to its central role as the main figure, it is important to be done, so that the existence of pesantren[s] in the era can be maintained and focus on reformulation of moral fortress and morality. The reformulation that authors offer is through internalization and adaptation of modern civilization and focus on improvements in educational institutions, both in the economic, socio-cultural, and technological.

Abstract

This research is based on a phenomenon that occurs in the field that is the learners who are less able to complete the homework and low learning outcomes. This research aims to describe: (1) the ability of learners to complete h o me w o r k , (2) the l e a r n in g o u t c o m es of students, and (3) examine what there is significant correlation between the ability to complete homework with learning outomes of students at SMP Negeri 1 Ranah Batahan. The sample of this research included 60 students Data analysis used percentage and correlation techniques. The results of this research showed that (1) the ability of s t u d e n t s to complete h o me w o r k are good, (2) the l e a r ni n g o u t c o m es of students are good, and (3) there is a significant correlation between the ability to complete h o m ew o r k and the le a r ni n g o u t c o m es of students with correlation index of 0.506.

Abstract

Kepercayaan diriadalah suatu keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri sendiri terhadap situasi yang sedang dihadapi. Individu yang memiliki rasa percaya diri akan yakin pada kemampuan atau kompetensi diri, berani menerima dan menghadapi penolakan orang lain, berani menjadi diri sendiri, memiliki internal locus of, mempunyai cara pandang yang positif terhadap diri sendiri. Kenyataannya masih ada siswa yang kurang memiliki rasa kepercayaan diri seperti beberapa siswa tidak mampu mengemukakan pendapat di depan kelas, merasa canggung saat bicara di depan kelas dan tidak berani menjadi diri sendiri. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri yaitu dukungan sosial teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) dukungan sosial teman sebaya 2) kepercayaan diri remaja 3) hubungan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kepercayaan diri remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 18 Padang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan sampel 86 orang. yang digunakan adalah angket dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis persentase dan untuk melihat hubungan di antara kedua variabel digunakan teknik Pearson Product Moment. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) dukungan sosial teman sebaya berada pada kategoritinggi, 2) kepercayaan diri remaja berada pada kategoritinggi, 3) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kepercayaan diri remaja.

Abstract

Basically every human being can experience burnout, including counselors, this happens because every human being must be experiencing the pressures in his life as in his work live. Burnout is a condition in individuals who have exhausted physically, mentally, emotionally and lack of motivation to work due to increasing work demands. If it is left alone, it will affect the performance of counselors in schools, so burnout in counselor should be followed up with appropriate solutions and healthy.
