Difficulty consumption is the complaint of most parents when it comes to paediatricians. Difficult eating continuously results in decreased calorie intake needed so that it can affect the growth and development of children. Acupressure can be a non-pharmacological therapy choice for increasing a child's appetite. Acupressure is a form of physiotherapy by providing massage and stimulation at specific points on the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure therapy to increase appetite in infants aged 1-5 years. In this study used pre-experimental design with one group pre post-test approach. The variables in this study were acupressure therapy and appetite. Respondents are children aged 1 to 5 years. The treatment is acupressure therapy six times (every three days). The pretest is done before acupressure therapy with weight measurement and posttest weight measurement after surgery. Paired T Test tested analysis of the two data. The results of this study indicate a T-test correlation of 0.952 with a significance value of 0,000 where α = 5% = 0.005 so that 0,000 <0.005, which means that there is an influence of Tui Na acupressure on increasing toddlers' appetite based on weight gain. Keywords: Acupressure, Toddler’s appetite

Injectable hormonal contraception has been the most favorable contraception method in Indonesia in 2013 and its number reaches 4,128,115 acceptors (48.56%). The estrogen and progesterone contents in injectable contraception could cause stress, increased appetite, decreased leptin level and insulin resistance, eventually leading to increased blood glucose and serum malondialaldehyde levels. This study aims to observe the main effect of use of combined estrogen-progesteron and only progesteron injectable hormonal contraceptions on glucose level in blood and malondialaldehyde (MDA) level in serum. This is an experimental laboratory study. It uses Randomized pre-post test group research design for glucose level and randomized post test with control for malondialaldehyde level. The data are analyzed using Anova. The significance value is p<0.01. 28 samples are divided into 7 groups and each group consists of 4 samples, namely one control group and 6 treatment groups consisting of P1 combined dose 0.54 mg, P2 combined dose 1.08 mg, P3 combined dose 1.62 mg, P4 DMPA dose 2.7 mg, P5 DMPA dose 5.4 mg, P6 DMPA dose 8.1 mg. Only DMPA contraception at 0.54 mg dose influences the blood glucose level increase by p = 0.00. Only DMPA contraception at 8.1 mg dose does not influence serum MDA level by p = 0.1. The conclusion is DMPA contraception has greater potential of causing blood glucose level increase than the combined contraception. Combined and DMPA contraceptions share the risk of increasing serum MDA level.

The negative stigma of people with mental disorder (ODGJ) has become a social phenomenon that harm sufferers. Discriminatory actions, gossip, the view that ODGJ cannot live normally, is an attitude that still maintains its negative stigma. The purpose of this study is to find a relationship between students 'and nurses' knowledge about mental health with the negative stigma that befalls ODGJ, Correlational design is used in this study. A cross-sectional research approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire, ie respondents' knowledge of ODGJ was measured by the MAKS questionnaire, and the stigma questionnaire for students and nurses (MICA). A total of 115 student and nurse respondents were sampled in this study. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Statistical analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test. Correlation value obtained (r) 0.02 (p <0.05). The statistical results interpret the existence of a meaningful relationship between knowledge and the formation of stigma in society. There is a relationship associated with knowledge with the formation of stigma. The knowledge contributes greatly to the formation of a positive mindset of students and nurses about ODGJ (People with Mental Disorders). The role of nurses as educators is needed to block the increasing stigma. Continuity assistance and cross-sector collaboration are needed to succeed in a stigma-free program.

Patients with hemodialysis are required to carry out routine care, diet arrangements, and fluid restrictions. The highest non-compliance in patients is fluid restriction. Excessive fluid intake can be seen from weight gain between dialysis time (IDWG). IDWG in hemodialysis patients should not be more than 3.5%, where an increase in IDWG can cause the risk of death and decreased quality of life. However, at the hospital itself, routine identification of fluid restriction non-compliance activities was not carried out, so that there were still many patients with hemodialysis who experienced an increase in IDWG in the moderate and severe categories. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics, fluid restriction compliance, IDWG, and quality of life in hemodialysis patients. This is done to plan the provision of further intervention in patients. The design in this study was cross-sectional with sampling techniques with simple random sampling. The results of the study characteristics of respondents at the age of 46-55 years (64.7%) more male sex (55.9%), and high school education (47.1%), all respondents were married (100%), most not working (58.8%), the average length of hemodialysis is 18 months. The mean mean liquid restriction compliance was 27.35, the mean value of IDWG was 4.97 and the mean value of quality of life was 51.72.
