The number of electronic health applications is increasing, including those that can be used for mental health. Previous studies showed that, use of several applications provides great benefits for mental health and greatly increases accessibility to mental health services. The objectives of this study were to assess needs and expectations of patients with mental disorder and a broad group of stakeholders with the expected end product being a well-functioning user-centered technology-based tool for mental disorders. The research was carried out by involving 80 patients with schizophrenia and 74 family’s caregivers in health services and local offices of health services in five cities of Indonesian capital city, Jakarta. This study was conducted through self-administered questionnaires and interviews where possible from December 2017 to July 2018. A descriptive statistic using proportion was used to present the data. The results indicated that patients needed information relevant to disease, patient care, check-up schedules and consultation with health workers. In addition, patients also wanted to get information on job vacancies due to many of them were unemployed and rehabilitation programs carried out by local health services. This study highlighted the needs to develop a mobile-based application for continuity of mental health services in the community.

Anemia during pregnancy caused death in the mother and fetus. Husband's support for reduction the risk of anemia during pregnancy was important. The purpose study was to determine relationship husband's support of anemia management with the incidence anemia in pregnant. Design research used analytic correlation with a cross-sectional. The population were third trimesters pregnantcy in Mojokerto City. Sample size were 54 pregnant women with purposive sampling. Independent variabel was husband support. Dependent variabel was anemia in pregnant. Instrument used a questionnaire and Analyse data with spearman rank test. Results showed the majority had positive support and not anemia, namely 24 respondents (44.4%) while mild support and mild anemia were 15 respondents (25.9%). Spearman rank test p = 0.0002 and correlation coefficient 0.838. It’s means the relationship between two variables is significant. The correlation between the relationship of husband support with anemic events in pregnant women and the nature of one-way relationships. There is a significant and very strong relationship. Husbands who are able to provide positive support to pregnant women can reduce the risk of anemia during pregnancy. The husband must provide support to wife including giving attention, empathetic, advice, knowledge so that the risk of anemia in pregnancy decreases

Hypertension is a health problem for the majority of people in Indonesia. The Efforts to reduce the incidence rate of hypertension and controling blood pressure by changing the healthy lifestyle and by being in taking. To realize healthy lifestyle and behavior of hypertension, self-efficacy and support of the family as well as health care cooperation with the parties, the family, and society are required. The purpose of this research to know if self-efficacy and family support stabilizing blood pressure of patients with hypertension. This research is a pre-experimental research with One-Group Pre-Post test design approach. The study was conducted in 50 people with the stratified random sampling technique in Ketawang Village, Gondang Districtor 8 weeks. Measurement of the blood pressure was the Spignomanometer merk Onemed was given before and after the patients were given counseling self-efficacy and family support. The data was analyzed SPSS 21 Wilcoxon test. The Statistical test results obtained p value 0.000 to sistole and diatole so that there is a meaningful that self-efficacy counseling and family support stabilizing blood pressure of patients hypertension. Self-efficacy counseling and family support controling blood pressure for patients with hypertension, so they needs to be developed to reduce hypertension complications.

Abstract Patients with diabetes mellitus must follow a strict diet to control blood sugar levels to keep them within normal limits. If it is not controlled, it will cause various diseases which will be caused by visual disturbances, cataracts, heart problems, impaired kidney function, sexual impotence, difficulty in healing wounds or even rot/gangrene, lung infections, vascular disorders, and strokes. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus sufferers. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This study explores the experiences of people with diabetes mellitus when they are on a diet. The participants in this study were 10 people. The technique of collecting data was by conducting in-depth interviews so that the results were 3 themes, namely lack of knowledge about diet, lack of family support, and difficulty in adhering to a diet. The importance of support and motivation from family and health workers for diabetes mellitus sufferers to always adhere to a diet to avoid various complications. An increase in blood sugar levels caused diabetes mellitus, and various other health complications. One of the herbal therapy approaches can be used by consuming mahogany seeds which are believed to reduce blood glucose levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of consuming mahogany seeds to reduce blood sugar levels. This was a quasi-experiment with non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design conducted on March 24-26 2020. A sample of 22 respondents was divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group selected by purposive sampling. The data was collected by observation. The data was analysed by Paired t-test. The treatment group before consuming the dry extract of Mahogany seeds (Mean=258.27; SD= 46.98), and after consuming the dry extract of Mahogany seeds (Mean= 185.36; SD= 38.85). In the control group, before consuming the extract of Mahogany seed ekring (Mean= 224.27; SD= 14.73), and after consuming Mahogany seed extract (Mean= 213.27; SD=6.75). It was statistically significant (p= 0.001). Consumption of dry extract of Mahogany seeds effectively reduces blood sugar levels in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Consumption of mahogany seeds can be used as a complementary therapy in nursing to reduce blood sugar.

Toddlers are an age group that is vulnerable to nutritional disorders. A balanced nutritional intake will have an impact on children's development and also play an important role in immunity to prevent and fight COVID-19, especially in early childhood. Nutrition education is an effective effort in changing the behavior of mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge and behavior of mothers in the application of toddler’s balanced nutrition in Sidoarjo region. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pre post test approach. The sample of this research is mothers who have children aged 1-5 years in the village of Sukodono Sidoarjo totaling 30 respondents, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The statistical test used are the Paired T test and Wilcoxon test. The Paired t test results obtained p value 0.011 (α = 0.05), which means that there is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge about balanced nutrition in toddlers, while the Wilcoxon test results on the practice of implementing toddler’s balanced nutrition obtained p value 0.091 which means there is no effect health education on the practice of implementing balanced nutrition in toddlers. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the level of knowledge of respondents before and after being given health education, while the practice of implementing toddler’s balanced nutrition has no difference before and after being given health education

The development of an agency is the duty of a leader to make it happen. In this case the leader needs qualified subordinates or employees to realize this vision. Leaders must be able to influence their employees to be responsible for completing their work. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership style and employee performance in Sidoarjo Dr Soekandar Hospital Mojosari Hospital. The design in this study was cross-sectional. This study's population were all employees of the Mojosaris hospital as many as 90 employees; the sampling technique was total sampling. The sample in this study is Mojosari hospital employees totaling 90 employees. The crosstabs test results using SPSS 25.0 showed that more dominant in using the strategic leadership style. Results can be seen that respondents with sufficient performance. The leadership style in the Moderate category was more than the leadership style in the high categories. 16 (57%) of respondents. Meanwhile, respondents with good performance. The high category's leadership style was far more than the leadership style in the medium category 47 (75%) of respondents. So it can be concluded that the better the leadership applied by the head of the hospital. The better the quality and quantity of employee performance at the hospital. In advancing the institution, cooperation between leaders and employees is needed. Leaders must be able to understand the character of employees and the conditions they face in order to create an effective leadership style. The implementation of an effective leadership style can improve the quality and quantity of employee performance.

Adolescents are considered as priority targets for reproductive health that will determine the quality of reproductive health in the future. The globalization of information has a big impact on adolescents. The great curiosity of adolescents about reproduction encourages adolescents to seek information from various sources, including peers, parents, schools and information media. This requires correct and responsible information so that adolescents can have healthy reproductive behavior. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of peer counselors in the implementation of adolescent reproductive health counseling in Sumenep Regency. P enelitian uses quantitative methods to design cross-sectional. The population in this study is the total population, namely all peer counselors who have received training on Adolescent Reproductive Health in Sumenep Regency in 2020 as many as 66 people. Data analysis used chi-square statistical test and logistic regression. The results showed that the most dominant factor influencing was knowledge of KRR counseling, motivation towards the implementation of KRR counseling, support of officers for the implementation of KRR counseling, and the supervision of officers on the implementation of KRR counseling. This study recommends the Sumenep Regency BPMP & KB Office to organize and activate adolescent reproductive health counseling training and invite peer counselors who are active in Sumenep district, and facilitate any KRR counseling activities, namely in the form of facilities and infrastructure.

Several conditions or disease may necessitate the formation of stoma as a treatment. However, stomas has a negatif effect on physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects that can reduce the quality of life. Education is an effort to improve the quality of life of patients with stoma. The aim of this study was to describe the education of patients with stoma to improve quality of life. A review of the literature by searching in sciencedirect, EBSCO, and pubmed. Four relevant articles include in syntesis. Three studies conclude that education can improve quality of life and one study did not show significant results, but there were positive changes in the quality of life value. Education is provided through a variety of methods, the topic covers various aspects of life, delivered by a team of health care, given at least 2 sessions. Education in patients with stomas can improve quality of life. Although each article has a different method of education, it has a positive effect on improving the quality of life.

Background: Chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, COPD, and DM, are the main causes of death worldwide. Nearly half of all global deaths are caused by such diseases. Complementary medicine and integrative health are believed to have great potential in providing benefits to public health. This research aims to determine the experience of patients with chronic diseases in seeking for complementary medicine and integrative health. Method: This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection method used is the in-depth interview with 8 patients with chronic diseases (heart disease, cancer, COPD, and DM). Result: In this study there were 5 themes found related to the experience of patients with chronic diseases in the behavior of seeking complementary medicine and integrative healthcare which includes economic factors and doubts to the conventional medicine, as well as the values of traditional medicine that were being the reasons in the process of seeking complementary medicine and integrative healthcare. Seeking the Complementary medicine and integrative healthcare is strongly influenced by support of family, community, and social media. That suggest more positive than the negative impacts after undergoing the complementary medicine and integrative healthcare. Participants perception that traditional medicine is better than the conventional one. Closed minded participants to seek to doctors after undergoing the traditional medicine. Conclusion: Besides as a medical treatment, the use of traditional medicine for patients with chronic diseases also manifests the beliefs of patients that need to be facilitated by providing assistance hoping that possible dangerous risks can be avoided.
