Media Bahasa, Sastra dan Budaya yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Sosial ilmu dan Budaya Universitas Pakuan dengan E-ISSN 2622-4356. Jurnal ini memuat makalah, pemikiran kritis, gagasan ilmiah, dan hasil penelitian pada bidang bahasa, sastra, budaya, komunikasi dan seni dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah dari para peneliti, akademisi, seniman, budayawan, dan mahasiswa dengan berbagai metode, baik kualitatif, kuantitatif, metode campuran, berbagai pendekatan dan teori bahasa, sastra,budaya, komunikasi dan seni. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun berbentuk digital. Jurnal ini menjalin kerja sama dengan editor berstatus guru besar dari beberapa universitas yang akan meninjau artikel sebelum dipublikasikan. Setiap artikel yang dikirmkan akan ditinjau dan ditelaah (review) dengan metode double blind oleh dua orang penelaah (reviewer). Media Bahasa Sastra dan Budaya Wahana telah terdaftar di Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI).

Abstract

AbstrakLocal television stations have a mission to provide a variety of shows to local communities in the broadcast local area. This diversity is intended to against the potential influence of national television station shows that tend to be centralized. In practice, local television stations face a number of very difficult obstacles. Through qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach, this study explains the position of local television stations in responding to the development of regulations and the technology they experience. This study resulted that as a broadcast media, local TV stations have very heavy barriers, such as the obscurity of broadcasting regulations, the development of broadcast technology, competition with other mediums that are developing, and internal conditions of the company. To be able to survive, a television station needs to adapt to the development of the times, the television concept was then developed in a collaborative form that is not always based on the audio visual broadcast context. For example by forming radio broadcasts and optimizing the agenda off the air or outside the broadcast.

Abstract

AbstractIn a visual design marketing communication is the one thing that is interesting to learn and discover. The development in this area has a tight bond with the increase of the realization that could be the benefit of the straight-forward information to the society.In creating a visual design that would be published to the Giant Express or Giant Extra customers, they would want to give the same visual to the customers with what are the product they promote through visual design. Once the customers have the same point of view, the company could build a positive bond with customers.This research was conducted to see the impact of media promotion on the regular customers at Giant Extra Plaza Yoga. A quantitative research is used. According to Hasan (2002:21) “research method a way to connects with ongoing research, with systematic step”. He used the systematic method, meanwhile quantitative method according to Kriyantono (2007:55)“research with quantitative can be found in numbers, numbers or frequency can be defined to pictured different kind of definitions. Methodology has a objective principle, because the result depending on the research from the customers. Hence, research quantitative method is a research that gone through and explained a problem in a systematic step. Ergo, the writer chooses quantitative method because it has structure and finding the right way in analysing data.Researcher using descriptive correlation Hasan (2002: 22-23) explained correlation descriptive is the type of description that shown variable after variable. This method aims to gather actual information’s in detail that explained it has happened. However, correlation is used to find the connection between variables in details. This type of correlation aimed for detailed searched on how far one variable to the other in one factor regarding the variation of another.According to the processing and result, we could conclude the coefficient value correlation (r) the value is 0,258 acting positives. Hence, could be interpret that the media promotion has low connection to the customers in RW II Kelurahan Curug, Bogor. So the result os not attracted by the customers.From the result regression analysis t equals to 2.285 and t table equals to 1.992. So if you count t table (2,2851992) with significant level 0,0000,05. Ho rejected and Ha accepted it means that the impact of significant between media and promotion of customers in RW II Kelurahan Curug, Bogor.Result analysis regression is the value R square  0.258 it means 74,2% willing to shop by the influence of the writer, for example the appearance of the supermarket and the type of the products presented by the media promotion. Keywords: Media Promotion, Regular Customers

Abstract

AbstractThis research is based on the poor performance of government employee, especially in enviromental management. Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor as the government institution responsible for enviromental issues that need to improve the enviromental quality so can be enjoyed by all the citizen. Employee performance can be affectted by organizational communication climate and organizational behavior, where a good communication climate can result in job satisfaction of employee. Employees who have job satisfaction tends to increase its performance. Improved performance of the individual in the end can increase the productivity of the organization. Organizational behavior can improve the ability of the manager/supervisor in understanding other/the employess. Also can improve the quality and productivity of employee with a way to show employer how to empower them, to design and implement change programs, improving service and helping employees cope with work-life conflict and establish a healthy working climate. Accordingly, this study aims to determine the extent of the influence of communication climate and organizational behavior on employees performance. This research is quantitative, using survey method, which is distributing questionnaires using saturated sampling technique or census. The result showed that there are positive relationship between organizational communication climate and organizational behavior, either partially or simultaneously on employee performance. So, in order to improve the employee performance in Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor, communication climate and organizational behavior also needs to improved.Keywords: Organizational Communication Climate, Organizational Behavior, Performance, Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor

Abstract

Abstract Digital developments show a positive trend from year to year, especially for Indonesia based on data from WeAreSocial that collaborates with Hootsuite in 2018, it is known that the number of internet users reaches 132 million people. This number shows that half or more than 50 percent of Indonesia's population can access the internet. Young people and the internet are two things that are closely related. The magnitude of the penetration of young people relates to the type of content accessed. Based on this, it is interesting to know the use of internet and social media for young people in rural areas. This study aims to: 1) Know the internet use of young people in Ciasmara Village; 2) Knowing the use of social media for young people in Ciasmara Village. Quantitative methods are used to process data using descriptive analysis to determine the characteristics of respondents and the use of the internet and social media. This study found that the internet use of young people in Ciasmara Village is known that the largest frequency is rare, with an average duration of 3.4 hours per week, access on social media, the place / media used is mobile phones. The use of social media for young people in Desa Ciasmara is known that the biggest frequency is rare, with an average duration of 2.6 hours per week access to social media, the place / media used is school computers.Keywords: Young people, rural, internet use, social media use.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam bahasa Jepang terdapat verba yang menyatakan keberadaan suatu benda, baik benda hidup maupun benda mati. Verba yang menyatakan keberadaan ini terdiri dari dua macam verba, yaitu verba aru dan verba iru. Dalam pemakaiannya, keduanya memiliki makna yang sama, yaitu ada, tetapi memiliki fungsi yang berbeda. Pemakaian keduanya merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang cukup sulit dipahami oleh pembelajar bahasa Jepang, terutama pembelajar tingkat dasar.Kata kunci : Joutaidoushi, Aru, Iru, Bunpousei

Abstract

AbstractIndun RoosianiEntering the Meiji era, which marks the end of the feudal era has greatly changed the lives of Japanese society. The existence of the closing period of the country (political sakoku) which lasted for approximately 250 years, causing various government policies can not necessarily change just like the life of the common. The policies adopted by Meiji's new government cover various fields, such as in family life, law and employment. Similarly, the position and role of Japanese women, has undergone many changes when compared with the previous period.The life and attitudes of Japanese women have undergone tremendous changes in the last 15 years or so of the younger generation. Japanese women can enjoy unprecedented freedom with diver. However, the relationship between men and women has not changed much, as illustrated by some experts as dansei joui, josei yuui (superior male, dominant female).Every country always has a difference in positioning women in social life, as well as Japan. Japan as a country known to be very homogeneous also has a different view, especially before and after the Meiji era. The changes occurring as a result of the Meiji Restoration are not very significant for most Japanese women, because the paradigm that has been rooted for more than 2 centuries is not easy to change the condition of Japanese women.Keywords: women, traditional, Meiji Age, beliefs

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis discusses about fan culture, as seen from the behavior of consumption, production patterns and fans motivations, especially from the VOCALOID music fans in Japan. VOCALOID is a current phenomenon in Japan, which started since the outbreak of software called Desktop Music. VOCALOID fans have formed large communities that can be called a fandom. The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of consumption and production patterns made by commu- nity of VOCALOID music fans as well as their motivation to like the music as a fan culture. This VOCALOID music fans are different from the consumption process as other fans. They are doing some production activities which differ them from other fans. This means that they are an active fans. They are capable of generating the economic value of its own. Their motivation for liking VOCALOID music was influenced by their society circumstances. The motivation of the fans is what brought them together. In accordance with the concept expressed by Henry Jenkins, that the majority of the fans are interested in the minutiae of the object of their fandom and spend most of their time and energy to engage in certain activities commonly conducted by the fandom. Activities undertaken by individuals in this fandom that can be regarded as fan culture.Keyword: consumption; fan culture; Japan; motivation; production; VOCALOID;

Abstract

AbstractLagu sebagai sebuah wacana merupakan media komunikasi yang efektif antara pen cipta dan penyanyi sebagai komunikator dan penikmat lagu tersebut sebagai komunikan. Melalui rancangan kualitatif, penelitian kecil ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengeta hui kritik sosial yang disampaikan dalam lagu They Dont Care about Us yang dinyanyikan Michael Jackson dan adakah kemungkinan kritik tersebut menjadi inspirasi bagi perubahan sosial dalam masyarakat. Dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan teknik studi pustaka dalam kerangka analisis wacana kritis, diketahui bahwa dalam lagu tersebut terdapat kritik mengenai fenomena sosial yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Pertama adalah kritik mengenai sikap abai pemerintah terhadap sekelompok masyarakat, dan kedua adalah pengungkapan mengenai perlakuan terkait dengan ras di wilayah tersebut (Brasil).Kata kunci: Analisis Wacana Kritis, Kritik Sosial, Perbedaan Ras

Abstract

Abstrak Memahami bahasa adalah memahami ragam di satu sisi dan sekelumit persoalan di baliknya. Bentuk-bentuk kecuali berbahasa sekaligus pemaklumannya seakan-akan adalah yang seharusnya dihadirkan sebagai cara seseorang mengekspresikan dan menempatkan diri. Media dan personalitas kemudian adalah yang hadir dalam kebutuhan-kebutuhan aktual memosisikan diri serta perangkapnya mengatur kebahasaan itu sendiri. Lahirlah kemudian kejanggalan, penyimpangan, dan barangkali apologi yang menyertai mengapa kebahasaan kemudian demikian khas dan berbeda satu sama lain.Kata kunci: kesalahan-ketepatan, ragam bahasa, bahasa Indonesia
