Abstract

The purpose of this study was first to examine how goal-oriented attendees and experiential-oriented attendees were related to their overall satisfaction and loyalty of the destination with respect to Gedong Songo Temple in Semarang Central Java. It also investigated how these relations are mediated by the different dimensions of experiential consumption values such as consumer return on investment (CROI, active value), escapism (active value) and service excellence (reactive value), and aesthetics (reactive value). Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to and collected from 266 sampling respondents as subjects consisting of local and international tourists and indicating a response rate of about 88 percent. Total 13 hypotheses were tested using structural equation model (SEM) with AMOS, and the results were interpreted adapting Mathwick’s (2001) typology of experiential value. The managers at Gedong Songo temple should understand what drives the tourists/attendees. Implementing experiential marketing through various dimensions of experiential value can attract more potential attendees, provide unique experiences and create favorable perceptions toward the destination. The research is original in terms of conceptualizing and empirically testing the relation between experiential values and behavior loyalty within the special events and festivals with a specific focus on international temple festivals. A finding of particular importance here is verifying the unique characteristics of goal-/experiential-oriented attendees in festival settings and determining the linkages between these different attendees and active/reactive experiential values, not to mention the relation with the overall satisfaction and loyalty to the festival destination.

The study used a quantitative approach method. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a sample of 41 companies. The study uses secondary data from company financial reports and other supporting data. The study tested regression data using panel data by conducting the estimation model testing stage for the common, fixed, and random effect models through the Chow and Hausman tests.  The model used in this study is a random effect, which is included in the Generalized Least Square (GLS) method in the Eviews12 application. The research findings show that the economic and market value-added variables partially and simultaneously affected stock prices in manufacturing companies from 2014 to 2023.

Abstract

The automotive business is one of the businesses that experienced a difficult time during the Covid pandemic and gradually increased after the pandemic along with the increasing need for transportation. The aftersales service business has a considerable revenue contribution to the company, but the competition in this business is very tight, considering the cost of service at authorized workshops is more expensive compared to non-authorized workshops. To increase people's interest in using the after-sales service at PT Astra Isuzu, transformation is needed related to service, service quality and payment channel. PT Astra Isuzu already has an e-wallet called AstraPay, which works together with Maucash paylater. However, this digital payment platform has not been utilized as a payment channel for aftersales service. This research aims to identify and prioritize customer needs related to paylater payment methods. The method used in this research consists of 2 (two) stages, namely factor analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The factor analysis method is used to determine the factors that have a positive and significant effect on interest in using paylater by identifying and measuring factors that are thought to have an effect. Furthermore, these factors are made into quality dimensions through Service Quality. While the AHP method is used to determine the priority ranking of the results of factor analysis by weighting. So that the results of factor analysis will be the basis for determining criteria in the AHP method. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire method with respondents being Isuzu vehicle service users. Focus group discussion was also conducted by involving the management of PT Astra Isuzu. By using factor analysis method, it was found that from 15 indicators were reduced to 9 indicators which were grouped into 3 components or factors. Furthermore, for the 9 indicators, AHP weighting was carried out, in which the 3 most important priorities for paylater design were the speed of handling customer complaints, Service Advisor providing information about paylater to customers and followed by a smooth and stable internet network at Astra Isuzu.

Abstract

This research aimed to assess the impact of halal certification and hygiene on the consumption levels and trust of users of Garuda Indonesia and Aerofood ACS flight services. The study utilized multiple linear regression analysis, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 96 Garuda Indonesia flight service users. The findings revealed that while halal certification did not significantly affect the level of consumer consumption of Aerofood ACS, it did have a significant impact on consumer trust. In contrast, hygiene was found to significantly influence both consumption levels and consumer trust. These results suggest that halal certification alone does not drive consumer consumption of Aerofood ACS products. Instead, hygiene plays a critical role in both enhancing consumption and building trust. Consequently, Aerofood ACS should focus on maintaining and improving product hygiene to better meet consumer expectations and increase consumption.

Abstract

Technological advances bring various conveniences to society, especially in online shopping. Shopee as an e-commerce with the most users in Indonesia is an opportunity and a challenge in the very tight competition for sellers in it. To be able to compete in this perfect market, sellers must be able to apply factors that can improve purchasing decisions to compete with other sellers. This research seeks to examine purchasing decision factors mediated by Perceived Enjoyment. The sample for this research consisted of 144 active Shopee users in Indonesia. The process of gathering data involved sending out Google Form surveys with an interval scale of 1-10. Data analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling program using the Part Lease Square method. The results of this research show that the independent variables attractiveness, online customer reviews, and discounts can have a significant and partially positive influence on Perceived Enjoyment. Attractiveness and online customer reviews can have a significant and positive influence on Purchase Decisions. This research also found that discounts did not have a direct effect on Purchase Decisions, but after being mediated through Perceived Enjoyment, significant and positive results were found. Future research is expected to add other variables to strengthen research on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how village financial systems and staff competence impact the quality of village financial reports, with fraud prevention playing a key role. This study is crucial for promoting transparency and accountability in village financial management. Using path modeling with smart partial least squares (PLS), the study reveals important findings. This research is urgent because it addresses the critical need to ensure trustworthy financial reporting by village administrations. The findings underscore the importance of effective strategies for managing financial risks at the village level. Moreover, the study demonstrates that village financial systems and staff competence significantly influence financial report quality through their effects on fraud prevention.
