Abstract

This research was aimed to find out The Effect of Three Stay One Stray towards Students’ Critical Thinking in Reading at MTs NW Darusollihin Kalijaga. The subject of this study was 51 students at second grade of MTs NW Darusollihin Kalijaga. The gorup divided to two classes; they were experiment and control class. 26 students in experimental class and 25 students in control class. In which experiment class consists of 12 males and 14 females and in control class consists of 10 males and 15 females. The researcher gave the critical thinking in reading test by using Three Stray One Stray Strategy to find the students’ critical thinking in reading. In analyzing the data the researcher used descriptive statistics and infrential statistics. Based on the data analysis was gotten that t-test was higher than t-table (5.325 > 1.753)with signification level 5%. Therefore alternative hypothesis accepted and null hypothesis  rejected. Therefore, it concluded that there was significant effect of Three Stay One Stray towards Students’ Critical Thinking in Reading at MTs NW Darusollihin Kalijaga.

Abstract

Masase tradisional merupakan salah satu jenis pijat relaksasi yang memiliki ciri khusus pemijatan dengan menggunakan tangan atau tanpa menggunakan alat bantu. Manfaat penerapan masase tradisional pada tubuh antara lain merelaksasi otot, menurunkan kegelisahan, mengembalikan fungsi gerak otot, dan pengobatan tradisional. Masase tradisional ESAM merupakan metode masase yang dikembangkan sedemikian rupa oleh peneliti untuk memberikan sensasi yang berbeda dari metode masase tradisional pada umumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap masase tradisional “ESAM”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Action Research yang bersifat deskriptif analisis dari hasil tanggapan 30 pasien ESAM Beauty Care. Pada indikator kualitas produk sebesar 59,7% menjawab puas, indikator kualitas pelayanan sebesar 53,7% menjawab puas, indikator kualitas emosional sebesar 62,3% menjawab puas, dan indikator harga sebesar 64% menjawab puas. Kesimpulannya adalah dari 30 responden jawaban didominasi oleh jawaban puas dan sangat puas.

Abstract

This research was aimed 1) To find the differences between students having high creativity and students having low creativity, 2) To identify the interaction between students’ creativity and 4x6 poster strategy in their writing mastery. The research was quasi experimental. In this research, represented factorial 2X2 Analysis of Variant (ANOVA) design. Next to that, this research deal with the third semester of English department program with the total number was 80 students in which it was assumed that they have not creative in writing. Next to that, the data collected by using verbal creativity test and questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis was used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. In analyzing data of the research the researcher used t–test formula. Based on the analysis, it was gotten that t-test score was 2.58 with the degree of freedom (df) = 78 and t-table was 2.00 at the significant level =0.05 It means that the value of t-test was bigger than t-table. Alternative hypothesis is accepted (Ha) and Null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. In conclusion, There is a significant effect of 4x6 poster strategies towards students' creativity  at FBMB UNDIKMA (10 pt).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran unsur serapan pada media luar ruangan di Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari spanduk dan papan nama yang ada di Kota Padangsidimpuan.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 (tiga) indikator diperoleh hasilnya yaitu; (1). Papan nama dan spanduk yang menggunakan bahasa asing ditemukan sebanyak 18 buah papan nama dan 15 buah spanduk (2). Papan nama dan spanduk yang penulisannya tidak memperhatikan EYD ditemukan 10 buah papan nama dan 12 buah spanduk. (3). Papan nama dan spanduk yang secara keseluruhan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia ditemukan 5 buah spanduk dan 5 buah papan nama. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah terdapat kesalahan penulisan unsur serapan yang ada pada media luar ruang (papan nama dan spanduk) di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Yaitu: Papan nama 11 dan Spanduk 7 jumlah keseluruhan papan nama dan spanduk 32. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kesalahan keseluruhan penulisan unsur serapan pada media luar ruang (papan nama dan spanduk) di  Kota Padangsidimpuan mencapai 18 hal ini menunjukan bahwa penulisan unsur serapan pada media luar ruang tidak mencapai kesempurnaan dikarenakan dalam penulisannya sering dijumpai kata-kata ejaannya yang kurang tepat dalam penulisannya, terdapat kesalahan struktur penulisan,pemakaian huruf-huruf, penulisan huruf, dan tanda baca. Sedangkan penulisan papan nama dan spanduk yang tidak memperhatikan EYD. Total keseluruhan kesalahan papan nama dan spanduk yang tidak memperhtaikan EYD. Jumlah keseluruhan papan nama dan spanduk 32 buah. Papan nama yang tidak sesuai dengan EYD sebanyak 12 dan spanduk yang tidak sesuai dengan EYD 8 buah. Jadi total kesalahan papan nama dan spanduk yang tidak memperhatikan EYD sebanyak 20 buah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan perencaan program e-rapor di SMA Negeri 7 Mataram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan dalam mengecek keabsahan data penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan kredibilitas, transferbilitas dan dependibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program e-rapor merupakan sebuah inovasi dukungan pelayanan dari Direktorat Pembinaan SMA dalam menyambut penerapan dari Kurikulum 2013 (K13). Masalah yang ada dalam pelaksanaan program e-rapor di SMA Negeri 7 Mataram adalah adanya beberapa guru yang kurang paham mengenai teknologi informasi, lambatnya koneksi server e-rapor, hingga pemahaman dari wali murid yang sama sekali kurang terhadap e-rapor. Dalam perencanaan program e-rapor kepala sekolah dengan tim TIK menyusun jadwal kegiatan secara rinci, tujuannya agar setiap kegiatan penilaian dapat berjalan secara maksimal, sebab kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut akan berdampak positif bagi warga sekolah khususnya para bapak dan ibu guru dalam proses penginputan nilai ke dalam e-rapor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Airport Train Program (Minangkabau Ekpres) based on the foundation of Law No.23 of 2014 concerning Railways and the 2030 National Railway Master Plan (RipNas2030) which explains the goals and objectives of the Airport Railway program. This research was conducted because it saw the activities of airport train passengers who were still less interested. The research method used in the study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Research informants Data were collected through interviews with informants, field observations and documentation studies. Abstract

In the Indonesian education world system, education financing is a strategic element that will determine the attainment of the stated educational goals for registration. In other words, the quality of education practice in Indonesia is strongly influenced by the share of education financing. Because education cannot be separated from the use of funds or expenditures in the provision of education, educational institutions must prioritize the management of these costs so that they can be allocated according to their registration. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using observation and interview methods, the data obtained to describe the process of allocating, monitoring, and evaluating education funds provided by the School Operational Assistance for the Ministry of Religion Surabaya Office to be distributed to madrasas in Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that the management of school operational assistance funding in the Ministry of Religion Office environment starting from the distribution of funding for school operational assistance funds at madrasah has been implemented as technical guidelines have been made, which in distribution must go through several stages such as making madrasah activity plans, making letters. a cooperation agreement, each distribution is carried out in two stages. Supervision of the financing of school operational assistance funds is carried out in direct and indirect ways, direct supervision is carried out to observe, inspect, check directly on work and receive reports of realization or supervision. Indirect supervision is carried out by looking at and checking again from the accountability report that has been made by the madrasah.

Abstract

Liquid organic fertilizer is a solution from the fermentation of organic materials by involving microorganisms as a destructor of macromolecular compounds into minerals that are easily absorbed by plants. The quality of organic fertilizers is the main ingredient to get productive plants. The quality of organic fertilizer is determined by the concentration of macro nutrients such as nitrogen (N), potassium (K), and phosphorus. Getting high amounts of macronutrients fertilized organically is not easy. Macro-nutrients in organic waste with high concentrations are very difficult to obtain because each organic waste does not have all three macro-nutrients simultaneously. It takes a combination of organic waste to increase the concentration of macro nutrients in organic fertilizers. The combination of tofu whey with banana waste is one technique to obtain organic fertilizers that are high in phosphorus content. This study aims to obtain the effect and conditions of fermentation on the addition of mass of banana waste to produce optimum levels of phosphorus (P) in liquid fertilizer of tofu waste. The type of research used is pre-experimental research. The design of this study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors, namely the first factor was the mass of banana waste (X) (X1 = 250 grams, X2 = 500 grams, X3 = 750 grams) and the second factor was the fermentation time (Y) (Y1 = 14 days, Y2 = 28 days, Y3 = 42 days). Determination of phosphorus content using UV-Vis spectroscopy instrument. Parameters measured were phosphorus (P) levels in liquid organic fertilizer. The independent variables in this study were the mass of banana waste and fermentation time, while the dependent variable in this study was the phosphorus content of the liquid fertilizer produced. The results of the analysis show that the phosphorus content (P) produced is X1Y1 = 0.1%, X2Y1 = 0.5%, X3Y1 = 0.09%, X1Y2 = 0.5%, X2Y2 = 2%, X3Y2 = 1.9 %, X1Y3 = 0.2%, X2Y3 = 0.5% and X3Y3 = 0.5%. There is an effect with the addition of a mass of banana waste as much as 250 grams at a 12-day fermentation time. It can be concluded that the liquid fertilizer produced has exceeded the SNI quality standard.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi direspon oleh organisasi dengan mendesaian sistem informasi berbasis teknologi komputer, sistem ini dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi organisasi jika organisasi didesain menjadi sistem informasi yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian (1) untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem administrasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai, dan (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif (metode survey) dan pendekatan kuantitaf. Metode survey adalah metode yang mengambil contoh data dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Penerapan sistem administrasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai telah optimal dan dilakukan melalui kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan (2) Peran pemimpin dan dukungan pegawai, juga tidak sulit mengarahkan, meningkatkan kerjasama internal kantor maupun di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

ujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis problema pemecahan masalah geometri yang mencapai tingkatvisualisai, analisis dan deduktif informal berdasarkan teori Van Hiele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodependekatan deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan subjeknya adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs. Al-Arief GiligentingSumenep Madura pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tiga siswa yangmemenuhi kriteria sebagai subjek penelitian, Data dan sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengansubjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes dan wawancara. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa problema tika pemecahan masalah pada geometri siswa yang mencapaitingkat berpikir visualisai adalah dengan mengidentifikasi masalah dan menentukan tujuan dengan bahasanyasoal. Pada siswa tingkat berpikir analisis masih melalui empat pemecahan masalah IDEAL denganmenggunakan bahasanya sendiri namun kurang sistematis, sedangkan pemecahan masalah geometri padasiswa yang mencapai tingkat berpikir deduksi informal adalah melalui kelima langkah pemecahan masalahIDEAL dengan sistematis dan menggunakan bahasanya sendiri.
