Abstract

This study aims to determine, describe and analyze the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Taraitak Village, Langowan Utara District in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program and the PKH Implementation Guidebook using qualitative research methods. The results showed that: 1) There are technical guidelines and rules that have been given by PKH administrators through the implementation of deliberations, but PKH policy actors still do not know in detail the guidelines and rules regarding PKH, then there are 36 KPM PKH in Taraitak Village but there is still no updating of KPM PKH data. 2) KPM PKH receives money sent to the accounts of each KPM and also receives basic necessities at BRI-Link Agents, but the recipients of PKH social assistance in Taraitak village are still not on target.  3) Existing village officials do not know the exact amount of funds received by KPM PKH, but this PKH policy is very useful and even helps the community economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job flexibility policies on job satisfaction and millennial generation employee performance in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of the study, namely start-ups in DKI Jakarta, amounted to 1256. The sampling technique used is multistage random sampling. The determination of the final sample size to be used as respondents refers to the Generic Formula, and a total sample of 294 employees is obtained. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of work flexibility on the performance of millennial generation employees in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta by 62.6%. Affected by the positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta by 42.3%. There is a simultaneous influence (together) between the implementation of work flexibility and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta by 62.6%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide insight into the concept of humanitarian teachings in Christianity and Islam as a basis for understanding ethical values, social solidarity and contribution to the development of human welfare. By focusing on the two major religions, Christianity and Islam, it provides a comprehensive overview of the similarities, differences, and potential contributions to humanitarian teachings of the two. In the context of Christianity, it teaches the concepts of love, mercy and social responsibility found in the Bible. Meanwhile, Islam teaches the concept of brotherhood, justice and a caring society. The method used is text analysis, literature studies, and interviews with religious scholars to gain in-depth insight. It is hoped that these results will provide a better understanding of Christianity and Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know the Jigsaw learning model can enhance on VII grade students’ cognitive learning outcomes in reading comprehension at SMPN 1 Praya Barat. It was participant classroom action research. It was done in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Subject of the research was 32 students. Instruments used were students' test, students' and teacher’s activities used observation sheets, at the end of each cycle. The research findings show that implementation of Jigsaw learning model can improve students' cognitive competence. Percentage of students' classical achievement in cognitive competence improves time by time. In pre-cycle, the percentage is 46% (not enough), in cycle I is 50% (not enough) and in cycle II is 92% (very good). Meanwhile, percentage of students' Activity also improves. In pre-cycle, the percentage is 52% (enough), in cycle I is 64% (good) and in cycle II  is 80% (very good).  From the finding, it proves that the implementation of Jigsaw learning model can improve students' cognitive competence and Activity in class VII of SMPN 1 Praya Barat

Abstract

This journal discusses the participation of the Aceh traditional society in the formation of laws and regulations in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Aceh is a regional government that has a special autonomy related to one of the distinctive characteristics of using Islamic Sharia in forming its policies. Article 96, paragraph 1, of Law Number 13 of 2022 is the legal basis for the public to participate in the formation of statutory regulations. Public participation in the formulation of legislative regulations is the implementation of the objectives of Indonesia for the well-being of the entire Indonesian people. Seeing this, problems arise regarding how to apply Acehnese customary law in regional regulations and the participation of the Acehnese traditional community in the formation of regional regulations. The research method used in this writing is normative juridical, by examining library materials or secondary data. This research explains that the application of customary law in Aceh in regional regulations is called qanun, which is based on Islamic sharia. Then, Ulama and traditional institutions have an important role and certain authority in the formation of laws and regulations.

Abstract

Law is a very difficult thing to do considering how the concept of human behavior is very diverse. So that through this, the presence of various legal determinations must also consider various things. One of the things considered regarding legal termination is exoneration. This exoneration is an exception in the legal liability related to several clauses. One of the existing clauses is a parking ticket. Where in some circumstances, the giver of a parking ticket is an exception of liability. What is mentioned in this exoneration seems to contain what is in positive law and maqashid sharia. So in this case the author is interested in conducting research related to the exoneration clause in the view of positive law and maqashid sharia. The research was conducted with the help of the library study method and descriptive analysis. The result is found that exoneration corresponds to both.

Abstract

This research aims to study how methods for dividing inheritance assets based on Islamic Inheritance Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law are able to resolve requests or disputes over the distribution of inheritance assets between Muslim people. This research uses a literature study method by collecting data from various sources, such as books, journal articles and previous research results. then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method which is a logical and systematic legal argumentation. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of how Islamic law influences inheritance distribution practices in Muslim families, as well as providing a framework for understanding how Islamic law can be adapted in the context of civil law to achieve better justice for all parties involved.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the impact of the brand minister on brand image and the choice to purchase Nike brand shoes in the city of Mataram. This kind of exploration includes cooperative examination because this research means to determine the impact or relationship between two or more factors. The factors in this research are brand minister, brand image, and purchasing choices. The information sorting technique used is a review test strategy. The population in this exploration is Mataram city residents aged > 18 years who have purchased Nike brand sports shoes as before, and chose to buy their own Nike shoes. Get the purposive testing test method, with complete examples of 100. The right poll goes directly to where the exploration is carried out. The information checking tool used is Multivariate. Relapse Investigation uses the Incomplete Least Square (PLS) strategy and is assisted by the smartPLS 3.0 information handling instrument.The research results show that (1) brand ambassadors have a significant influence on brand image. (2) Brand ambassadors have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. (3) brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Berkembangnya industry televisi swasta menjadi kesatuan ekonomi berbentuk perusahaan grup berakibat perlunya tafsiran hukum baru dalam wilayah hukum perseroan terbatas, hukum penyiaran dan hukum anti monopoli. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) grup sebagai perusahaan induk televisi swasta RCTI, Global TV, MNC TV membentuk ketiga perusahaan tersebut dengan mengakuisisi sahamnya. Kepemilikan MNC grup atas tiga perusahaan itu bila didasarkan pengambilan saham dengan akuisisi dimaknai Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas sebagai usaha untuk melakukan pengendalian, sedangkan dalam Undang-Undang Penyiaran kepemilikan silang dibatasi dan menurut Undang-Undang Anti Monopoli dilarang untuk melakukan kepemilikan saham yang berakibat pada terjadinya monopoli. Kemuadian dalam lampiran Peraturan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) tentang tafsiran Pasal 27 Undang-undang Anti Monopoli terhadap kepemilikan saham, dilarang untuk melakukan pengendalian terhadap dua atau lebih perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang yang sama. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Mengapa terjadi praktek monopoli industri televisi swasta di Indonesia? Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terjadinya monopoli industri televisi swasta dikarenakan terbukanya peluang bagi pelaku usaha untuk melakukan monopoli. Saran saya agar Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia hendaknya menyikapi monopoli industri televisi di Indonesia dengan tegas agar tidak ada penyalahgunaan televisi swasta oleh sekelompok orang.

Abstract

The phenomenon of exploitation of child buskers is one of the social problems that must be resolved by all groups, both the government and society. This exploitation of children is even carried out by their own parents. The focus of this research study is how the form of legal protection from child exploitation should children get education but only in the market. This study aims to determine the forms of child labor exploitation, the factors that influence working children, and to determine the negative impacts arising from child exploitation. In this study, normative research on written law was examined from various aspects such as aspects of theory, philosophy, comparison, structure/composition, consistency, general explanation. This method is considered suitable by researchers to be used in describing the problem of child exploitation in the Gorontalo district market. Based on the results of this study, biological parents are involved in the form of exploitation of children in the market. Factors that influence children to work in the market are economic factors, family factors, and environmental factors. And the negative impact arising from the exploitation of children in the market is the disruption of children's health, loss of desire to go to school, the emergence of psychological traumas in children. and the emergence of unrest in the community around the red light as well as the community around where the child workers themselves live.
