Abstract

Perekonomian dan Kesejahteraan Sosial tidak boleh dibaca dan dipahami sebagai dua konsep yang saling terpisah secara sendiri-sendiri. Hak Asasi Manusia adalah hak-hak yang dimiliki manusia semata-mata karena ia manusia. Umat manusia memilikinya bukan karena diberikan kepadanya oleh masyarakat atau berdasarkan hukum positif, melainkan semata-mata berdasarkan martabatnya sebagai manusia. Kewajiban negara dalam hak atas kesehatan tercantum dalam Pasal 34 Ayat (3) UUD RI 1945. Negara sebagai pemegang kewajiban pemenuhan hak asasi manusia memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mematuhi kedua aspek tersebut ketika berbicara mengenai hak atas Kesehatan. Hal ini merupakan tantangan tersendiri di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Sejak Maret 2020, Indonesia telah menyatakan bahwa sudah ada kasus pertama Covid-19, dan sudah beberapa kali melakukan upaya untuk tetap dapat memberikan pelayanan maksimal terhadap masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya di bidang kesehatan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat dengan tingkat perekonomian mengengah ke bawah kesulitan mendapatkan akses untuk melakukan 3T atau Test, Tracing, dan Treatment dikarenakan pada tahun 2020 biaya untuk melakukan test polymerase chain reaction (Test PCR) masih tinggi, sehingga sulit dijangkau oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research on blind people is motivated by the fact that many buskers with blind people in the city of Bandung come from outside the city of Bandung, because according to them the city of Bandung is a city that is friendly to people with disabilities, especially the blind. This research aims to find out, understand and analyze the biological, psychological, social and spiritual conditions of street buskers with visual disabilities in the Diponogoro road area, Bandung City. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with purposive sampling using certain criteria, obtaining 5 main informants. and the five informants are street performers with visual disabilities in Bandung City. Data collection in this research was carried out by means of in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that basic biological needs are very lacking. Street buskers with visual impairments in the city of Bandung spend more time on the streets busking, so there is not enough other physical activity. Based on the results of research on psychological aspects, all informants felt happy when busking because they had no other work. On the social aspect, blind street buskers in the Jalan Diponegoro area, Bandung City, have good relationships with the environment or their friends. Furthermore, the spiritual aspect in this discussion is not discussed regarding the informant's religious observance, how often he prays, makes dhikr, or recite the Koran, but rather whether or not the informant has intentionally or unintentionally abandoned his religious obligations to busk.

Abstract

This journal aims to determine the strengthening of civil society in an NGO organization engaged in the social sector. As a form of concern for the fate of street children who are also children of the nation who are entitled to a decent life. Street children assistance seeks to eradicate street children from the streets and make them independent and have human dignity. The assistance for street children carried out by JKJT includes outreach to street children, the process of assisting street children, approaches used in assisting street children, motivational activities given to street children and the results of this assistance.

Abstract

Poverty is a serious problem that Indonesia still faces. One of the concerning impacts in Indonesia is limited access to education. Economic inequality is one of the main factors in influencing poverty in Indonesia which hinders growth and affects consumption and demand. It also highlights the important role of education quality in influencing poverty status. Low access to and quality of education in poor areas are barriers to achieving social mobility and better economic opportunities. This study aims to explain the impact and cycle of poverty and how factors such as limited access to education, low levels of education, and limited access to health services can influence poverty. The research method uses a literature study approach, the data is then analyzed using qualitative methods. It can be concluded that this research provides a comprehensive picture of the problem of poverty in Indonesia, its impact, influencing factors, and steps that can be taken to overcome it. With the cooperation of various sectors and high awareness, it is hoped that efforts to reduce poverty can be successful and create a more inclusive and quality society in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of an e-module for processing gadung tubers (dioscorea hispida) based on a discovery learning model and to determine the readability test of developing an e-module for processing gadung tubers (dioscorea hispida) based on a discovery learning model by students in class X-6 of SMA Negeri 1 Seteluk. This e-module was developed using a 4D development model by Thiagarajan, but this research was limited to the 3D stage. The 3D stages are Definition, planning (Design) and development (Develop). Based on the research results, it shows that the e-module was declared valid according to the validation results of 63.75%, the readability test by teachers was 78.75% and the readability test by students was 76.13%. Thus, e-modules are suitable for implementation in the learning process by teachers in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the motor vehicle tax reduction program on taxpayer compliance, to determine the effect of transfer of name duty exemption on taxpayer compliance and determine the effect of the motor vehicle tax reduction program and exemption from the transfer of title fees together on taxpayer compliance in the North Jakarta area. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. This research uses random sampling with samples108 at the SAMSAT Office in the North Jakarta area, using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence of the motor vehicle tax whitening program on taxpayer compliance, and there is an influence of transfer of name duty exemption on taxpayer compliance and there is an influence of the motor vehicle tax reduction program and the exemption from transfer fees together on taxpayer compliance in the North Jakarta area. The variables of the motor vehicle tax reduction program and name change exemption have an influence on taxpayer compliance currently and have an influential contribution of 17,8% on the taxpayer compliance variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research

Abstract

Sherlock Holmes merupakan Novel karya dari Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle memulai semua kisah mengenai karakter ini dengan novel A Study in Scarlet, yang terbit pada 20 November 1886. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle hanya pernah menulis empat novel dan 56 cerita pendek Sherlock Holmes. Setidaknya 54 dari karya-karya ini – dan karakter Sherlock Holmes ditampilkan dalam karya – tidak dapat disangkal dalam domain publik dan dengan demikian bebas untuk digunakan siapa saja. Enola Holmes karya Nancy Springer merupakan anggota terbaru dari tradisi pastiche fandom ini. Film adaptasi dari sebuah novel ciptaan Nancy Springer yang berjudul Enola Holmes, populer di kalangan masyarakat pada akhir-akhir ini, film tersebut di tonton masyarakat melalui aplikasi film dan serial yaitu Netflix Penggugat yaitu Conan Doyle Estate mengklaim pelanggaran hak cipta dan merek dagang terhadap Film Enola Holmes karena menampilkan karakter domain publik Sherlock Holmes dalam filmnya Enola Holmes. Penggugat mengklaim kepemilikan hak cipta atas karakteristik, seperti penggambaran kehangatan dan kebaikan oleh Sherlock Holmes. Beberapa doktrin dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah ada sebuah peniruan (copying) dalam pembuatan karaker fiksi Literatur Sherlock Holmes dalam novel Enola Holmes buatan Nancy Springer dan Film adaptasinya yang di rilis oleh Netflix, diantaranya adalah doktrin originalitas, dan doktrin merger. Doktrin tersebut kemudian digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi peniruan-peniruan yang terjadi dalam sebuah karya

Abstract

Small and medium industries have an important role in driving overall economic growth. Industrial development, especially small industry, is aimed at becoming a high-quality role in the economy, so that it is able to compete both domestically and abroad. The aim of this research is to determine local government strategies in developing small and medium industries (IKM). Mataram City Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2016 concerning the formation and composition of Mataram City regional apparatus. The problem with the research is that there is still minimal information for SMEs to access capital in banking institutions, there is no supporting facilities such as machine tools. The location in this research is the Department of Industry, Mataram City SME Cooperative as the research object. This type of research uses descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques that researchers used in this research were interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show. The strategy implemented by the Mataram City SME Cooperative Industrial Service was carried out well even though it was not 100% realized. Supporting factors provided by the Mataram City SME Cooperative Industrial Service. City SME cooperative industry. Providing training guidance, preparing budgets and providing facilities through cooperatives or banking institutions.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the reasons why the people of Sei Semayang Village chose the spring bed business as a livelihood, as well as outlining strategies for running a spring bed business as a livelihood. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques used in the research are interviews, observation, documentation carried out to add relevant data. The research method used from the research results is as follows: 1. Gaining knowledge from experience while working as an employee in a spring bed business owned by another entrepreneur is the reason people choose business as a livelihood. Fulfilling economic needs by choosing the spring bed business as a livelihood for people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Obtaining large profits is the reason why people run the spring bed business as a livelihood. The ease of making and obtaining raw materials by the community is the reason for choosing the spring bed business as a livelihood. 2. Business development strategy by improving the quality of raw materials for spring bed products, developing product designs according to consumer desires, entrepreneurs employing experienced employees in the furniture sector. Providing a guarantee for spring bed products to gain loyalty from consumers. Spring bed buying and selling transactions using a door-to-door system carried out by sales. Spring bed buying and selling transactions via social media Facebook and Tiktok.

Abstract

Mutasi dibeberapa kasus sering disalahgunakan oleh Pengusaha untuk menghindari kewajibannya membayarkan pesangon, biasanya pekerja dimutasi ke tempat yang jauh atau ke jabatan yang lebih rendah supaya pekerja mengundurkan diri. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah: Bagaimanakah pengaturan mutasi dalam undang-undang yang berlaku? Bagaimana akibat hukum terhadap pekerja yang di PHK karena menolak mutasi? Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pertama, apakah mutasi yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha sudah sesuai dengan pengaturan yang ada. Kedua, sah atau tidaknya pemutusan hubungan kerja akibat penonolak mutasi yang dilakukan oleh perkerja serta bertentangan atau tidak dengan Undang-undang.
