<![CDATA[Slaughterhouses (RPH) must be able to provide safe, healthy, whole and halal (ASUH) meat for the community and implement hygiene and sanitation in every process. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of sanitation hygiene policies at the Taliwang RPH as a requirement for healthy meat to be consumed by the community. Observations on the implementation of sanitation hygiene policies at the Taliwang RPH were carried out through a process of interviews, observation and documentation with informants with four key variables that influence the success of policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results show that the communication that has been built from policy makers to implementers in the field is clear and has been running well with sufficient human resources, but non-human resources such as budget and facilities are still limited. The disposition variable related to attitudes shows that each party supports and provides a positive attitude towards the policy. Meanwhile, regarding the bureaucratic structure, this policy has been supported by the availability of SOPs as a guide to ensure policies are implemented systematically.]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of academic services covers various aspects, starting from the quality of teaching, learning facilities, administration systems, to counseling and career guidance services. Each of these components plays a role in shaping students' perceptions of their educational experience at university. The author is interested in taking the variables of academic service quality and students’ satisfaction at Pertiwi University for research. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality regularly partial towards students’ satisfaction with Pertiwi University students. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, a purposive sampling method was used, totaling 73 students at Pertiwi University with a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The results of this research show that there is an influence on the quality of academic services regularly, with a partial impact on students’ satisfaction at Pertiwi University. The results of this research are expected to contribute to further research. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a development research that aims to determine the feasibility, attractiveness, and convenience of android-based mobile learning application products on Thermodynamics material. As well as to find out the increase in the sustainability of multi-percentage of grade XI students in Thermodynamics material with the mobile learnig application in learning. This study uses a research and development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model. The methods carried out are tests and questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis for the expert test, a percentage of 95% was obtained with the criteria of "very feasible". For the validation test, media experts obtained a percentage of 95% with the criteria of "very feasible". As well as the practicality test conducted by physics subject teachers obtained a percentage of 93% with the criterion of "very feasible" and the student response to mobile learning media obtained a percentage of 79% with the criterion of "interesting and easy".]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of asset-based community development in an effort to maintain the sustainability of MGMP Geografi SMA Kabupaten Karawang. This research uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection technique used was through interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used are through the stages of data triangulation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of asset-based community development at MGMP Geografi SMA Kabupaten Karawang was carried out as an effort to overcome various limitations and obstacles that occur in this organization, namely low member participation, low member motivation, and threatening the sustainability of the MGMP organization in the future. By implementing asset-based community development, this organization has succeeded in remaining active, the organization's work program continues to be implemented, and the organization's activities run well, despite various existing limitations.]]>

<![CDATA[Financing is one of the key factors in business development, especially in the advanced phase after the business has successfully passed the initial stage. In this stage, entrepreneurs are faced with various choices of financing sources to support business expansion, product innovation, and increase competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method which uses an approach to study literature. This research aims to determine various sources of financing for advanced businesses, including bank loans, angel investment and crowdfunding and the challenges of each source of financing based on existing literature. By understanding the characteristics of each source of financing, entrepreneurs can make more informed decisions in choosing financing alternatives that best suit their business needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the influence endorsement of beauty vloggers on interest in purchasing Wardah cosmetics, with a focus on fans who were influenced by Tasya Farasya's vlog video in Semper Timur Subdistrict, North Jakarta. The main aim of the research is to analyze the extent to which content created by beauty vloggers influences consumer purchasing decisions in the cosmetics industry. The research method used was a survey, with respondents selected from Wardah cosmetics fans who watched Tasya Farasya's vlog video. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a purposive sampling method with 30 respondents. The research results show that there is a positive correlation between endorsement beauty vlogger and interest in purchasing Wardah cosmetics. Factors such as vlogger credibility, content quality, and relevance of the product reviewed were found to play a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research provides valuable insights for the cosmetics and digital marketing industry, especially in utilizing the influence of beauty vloggers as an effective marketing strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is to find out how much profitability and leverage affect tax avoidance in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. Based on the criteria that have been determined, as many as 18 companies were obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with t test (Partial), F test (Simultaneous) and R-Square test (Coefficient of Determination). The results of the study partially show that profitability does not have a significant effect on tax avoidance, leverage also does not have a significant effect on tax avoidance and simultaneously profitability and leverage have no effect on tax avoidance.]]>

<![CDATA[Communication is important in building children's social skills. Early childhood must have good social skills. Educators need to pay attention to aspects of children's language and social development, because without good communication, children will have difficulty socializing. This study is motivated by the importance of communication in building children's social skills, so that children can grow well and optimally. In this study, the approach used is descriptive qualitative, which aims to explore and understand the role of communication in developing the social skills of early childhood at RA Arrahmah. One of the main findings from the interview was that communication skills have become an integral part of all learning domains at RA Arrahmah. With the implementation of the 2024-2025 curriculum, teachers at RA Arrahmah have made changes in the form of using the independent curriculum. <![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the effect of temporary differences on profit growth. The object of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), with an observation period of 2019-2023. The data used in this research is based on annual financial reports obtained via the website www.idx.co.id The sampling method uses purposive sampling and the data analysis method uses quantitative analysis. As for the techniques used to test the accuracy of the data, the author uses classic assumption tests, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis. Correlation coefficient analysis, determination analysis, t test analysis and F test analysis. Using the SPSS 26 application. The test results for the Temporary Difference variable determined the calculated t value of 0.818 and a significant 0.417. so it can be calculated that the calculated t value < t table (0.818 < 1.669) and is significant 0.417 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that temporary differences have no effect on profit growth. The test results for the Permanent Difference variable found a calculated t value of 0.886 and a significant 0.380. so it can be calculated that the calculated t value < t table (0.886 < 1.669) and the significance is 0.380 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that permanent differences have no effect on profit growth. The results of this research show the results of simultaneous testing for the variables of temporary differences and permanent differences in finding a calculated f value of 0.812 and a significant 0.450. so it can be calculated that the calculated f value < f table (0.812 < 0.450) and is significant 0.450 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that temporary differences and permanent differences do not simultaneously influence profit growth.]]>

<![CDATA[Job analysis is a systematic process of identifying and documenting the responsibilities, duties, and qualifications required for each position in an organization. Through job analysis, educational institutions can formulate HR development strategies that are more effective and in line with the needs of educational institutions. This research aims to analyze the role of job analysis in the development of Human Resources (HR) in educational institutions. This research uses the Literature Review method by collecting data from journals, articles, books related to case studies that discuss several educational institutions that are accessed online. The research results show that job analysis has a significant contribution to training planning, career development and increasing employee competency. By conducting a good job analysis, educational institutions can ensure that human resource development runs in accordance with the institution's vision and mission. In addition, job analysis helps in preparing a clearer organizational structure and supports operational efficiency.]]>
