Abstract

Based on the population of laying hens according to provinces in Indonesia, it shows that East Java surpasses the population of laying hens, followed by the provinces of Central Java and West Java, the island of Java surpasses the number of laying hen production because the demand for chicken eggs has increased because it is supported by the factor of the number of people who will consume eggs and processed products. eggs, therefore, West Nusa Tenggara also has prospects for developing egg-laying chicken production because it can be seen from the projected population and egg consumption which always increases every year. The risks faced by farmers are the large number of predators who prey on laying hens, chicken disease attacks, unpredictable weather due to changes in earth temperature causing many chickens to suddenly die, human resources who are less skilled in raising chickens, marketing risks, the market as a determinant of farmers' profits in producing eggs but uncertain market conditions make farmers experience losses, for example the arrival of competing eggs from outside the region such as Balinese and Javanese eggs which are larger in size with cheaper prices, making local eggs difficult in marketing and finally the financial factor, finance is an obstacle for farmers in promote livestock business.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes among fifth-grade students at UPTD SDN 192 Barru by implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The focus of the study is on students' ability to understand and solve decimal multiplication problems. The research employed a classroom action research (CAR) method consisting of three stages: pre-action, Cycle I, and Cycle II. The results indicate that implementing the PBL model significantly enhances students' comprehension of the material. The percentage of students who accurately understood the problems increased from 23% during the pre-action stage to 46% in Cycle I, and finally to 85% in Cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Problem-Based Learning model is effective in improving students’ mathematics learning outcomes, particularly in decimal multiplication topics.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the policy of involving Bhabinkamtibmas as investigators and investigators in resolving cases through restorative justice at the Sekongkang Police. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the policy of involving investigators and investigators in resolving cases through restorative justice at the Sekongkang Police. The type of research used in this research design uses a qualitative descriptive method with a comparative approach. The results found that the implementation of the Policy of Involving Bhabinkamtibmas as Investigators and Investigators in Resolving Cases Through Restorative Justice at the Sekongkang Police Station was based on George C. Edward III's Theory, namely a). Communication: by conveying messages, programs and ideas from the Sekongkang Police Chief to members of the criminal investigation unit and all members of the Sekongkang Police Department, West Sumbawa Police, with the aim being that every personnel from the criminal investigation unit and Sekongkang Police Headquarters understands the policy in its entirety, and can be accepted by all criminal investigation unit personnel. and the entire Sekongkang Police Department, Security and Security and Community Service and obtained increased case resolution results. The obstacle found is that there has not been a persuasive 2 (two) way communication so that there has been no direct feedback from the communicant, namely the investigator and investigator; b). Resources: there are different understandings regarding restorative justice related to explanations but they contain the same meaning, namely resolving cases through family means. The obstacle found was that of the three Bhabinkamtibmas people who were the research sample, only one Bhabinkamtibmas person had a first-degree education, besides that, not all Bhabinkamtibmas people had attended education and development of the criminal investigation function; c). Disposition or attitude: the implementor's attitude, support from leadership greatly influences policy implementers to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The manifestation of this leadership support is placing policy as a policy priority, paying attention to the balance of region, religion, ethnicity, gender and other demographic characteristics. The obstacles found were the lack of motivation and commitment of members as investigators and investigators; d). Bureaucratic structure: Sekongkang Police does not yet have norms/guidelines in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) involving Bhabinkamtibmas as investigators and investigators. The obstacles found were the placement of bureaucrats who did not match their abilities, the ability of Bhabinkamtibmas in the fingerprint investigation process was still limited. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Policy for Involving Bhabinkamtibmas as Investigators and Investigators in Resolving Cases through Restorative Justice at the Sekongkang Police has not been fully implemented in accordance with standard SOPs for investigations and investigations and there are still obstacles found in communication factors, resources, disposition or attitude and organizational structure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significant effect of Job Stress on employee performance of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. Where the subjects in this study were employees of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia totalling 40 samples. The primary data collection technique through questionnaires and secondary data collection through library research. While the data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Data Analysis Prerequisite Test, Partial Hypothesis Test (t test), and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results showed, based on the calculation results obtained a correlation coefficient of r = 0,702 and a coefficient of determination of R = r2 = 0.493. Significance testing of the correlation obtained tcount (6.078) > t table (2.021) at ɑ = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between Job Stress and Employee Performance can be accepted. This means that the higher a person's Job Stress will be followed by a decrease in employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.493 shows that 49,3% of variations in employee performance can be explained by variations in Work Stress, the remaining 50,7% is determined by other factors outside of Work Stress

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the automotive sub-sector for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling technique consisting of 9 companies that meet the criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the hypothesis test used is a partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially working capital turnover does not affect profitability. In addition, accounts receivable turnover in this study also has no effect on profitability. Simultaneously working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover do not affect profitability, this is indicated by the results of the f test which shows the calculated f value is smaller than the f table. This indicates an imbalance between sales and production. However, the results of the determination coefficient test (R2) show that Working Capital Turnover and Receivables Turnover affect Profitability or Return on Investment by 17.9%. While the remaining 82.1% (100% - 17.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of this study provide practical implications for company management, especially the automotive sub-sector, in order to improve the effectiveness of working capital and receivables management to achieve a higher level of profitability and design a more efficient long-term financial management strategy.
