Abstract

In a company, there are several factors that can make the company achieve its goals, one of which is human resources (HR), namely employees. Good quality human resources will have a good impact on the company and can encourage the company to move for the better. PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company which operates in the airport services business. Based on data, the total average absence for the last 6 months was 4.37%. Because it exceeds 3%, it is categorized as high. This means that the higher the level of employee absenteeism, the lower the level of employee performance. So, the aim of this research is to determine the level of employee performance and efforts to improve employee performance in the Commercial Operation Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura 1 I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Branch Office. The limitation of this research is only to determine the level of employee performance and efforts to improve employee performance. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive data analysis method.  Qualitative descriptive analysis can take the form of observations, interviews, or questionnaires. The results of the research are an analysis of employee performance levels at the Commercial Operation Unit of PT Angkasa Pura I I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Branch Office seen from the five indicators, namely work quantity, work quality, timeliness, work discipline and ability, showing that the employee's performance level can be said to be very good. , with a percentage of between 80%-100%. The indicator that has the highest percentage value of employee performance level is quality of 92%, while the indicator that has the lowest percentage value of employee performance is attendance of 89.50%.

Abstract

The House of Represe  natives of the Republic of Indonesia (House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia) is one of the highest state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system. The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia functions as the people's representative who has the authority to make laws, supervise the implementation of laws, and give approval to the budget proposed by the government. The method used in this study is descriptive. The population in this study is the entire workforce of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia and the research sample is 50 Expert Workers of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

Writing short stories is one of the materials taught at the high school level, so short story writing skills must be developed using a learning model that supports this. The aim of this study is to improve students' short story writing skills after implementing the PjBL model. The method used in this research is quantitative experimental research pre-experimental design. Sampling using random sampling technique with a sample of 7 class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah Bolo. The data collection instrument used a short story writing skills test which was then processed using an n-gain test to see the improvement. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in short story writing skills in class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah Bolo after the implementation of the PjBL model with a classification of 28.5% of students in the high category, 57.3% in the medium category, and 14.29% in the low category.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance at PT Interna Kawan Setia can be caused by several factors. Factors that influence performance include work motivation. Phenomena that occur include decreased employee performance, less supportive work motivation. The objectives of this research are 1. To find out the work motivation found at PT Interna Kawan Setia, 2. To find out employee performance at PT Interna Kawan Setia, 3. To find out whether or not there is an influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT Interna Kawan Setia, this research using quantitative methods with associative techniques was carried out at PT Interna Kawan Setia with a population of 32 employees with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on the results of statistical calculations, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.787 and a determination coefficient of R = r is obtained2 = 0.619. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (6,980 > t table (1,697) on α = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance can be accepted. This means that better work motivation will be followed by higher employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.619 shows that 61.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by variations in work motivation, the remaining 38.1% is determined by other factors outside of work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to capture students' skills in composing and decomposing plane figures using geostick media within the framework of the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach. Geosticks were chosen as a teaching aid due to their ability to concretely visualize geometric shapes, making it easier for students to understand abstract concepts. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method involving direct observation of students' skills in assembling and disassembling plane figures. The findings reveal that geostick media can enhance third-grade students' skills in composing and decomposing plane figures. However, some students encountered difficulties in forming more complex shapes, which required additional guidance from the teacher. Overall, this study indicates that contextual learning media, such as geosticks within the PMRI approach, can improve third-grade students' skills in composing and decomposing plane figures.

Abstract

The misuse of sharp weapons by children is a social phenomenon that is rampant and troubling the community in Indonesia, especially in the jurisdiction of Dompu Police Station. The purpose of this research is to find out the countermeasures for the misuse of sharp weapons committed by children at Dompu Police Station. The type of research used is empirical research which examines the facts that occur in the field with thestatute approach andcase approach methods. The results of the study found that the form of overcoming the abuse of sharp weapons by children at Dompu Police Station through 2 (two) ways, namely preventive (prevention) and repressive (handling). The preventive measures taken by the Women and Children Protection Unit at Dompu District Police are online and offline socialization: online socialization through zoom with participants from all teacher representatives from all schools in Dompu District and offline socialization at schools, coordination with Babin Kamtibnas, and patrols during vulnerable times such as at night. Meanwhile, the handling of sharp weapon abuse by children in the Women and Children Protection Unit at Dompu Police Station is carried out based on Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System and has been carried out properly.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of education of employees at the Karangpawitan Subdistrict Office, Karawang Regency, which has an impact on the activities of carrying out tasks in their services. The phenomenon that occurs is that in an effort to carry out public services, officials often make mistakes that should not occur, for example in complying with working hours regulations, many employees arrive late and do not come to work. This makes the performance of an organization hampered in completing work that should be done. has been determined by time. Basically, an entry schedule is very necessary to improve the employee's performance. The aim of this research is to find out whether the quality of HR management influences the quality of public services. The research methodology uses quantitative methods with associative techniques. The findings in the field show that there is an influence between the quality of HR management on public service performance of 34%, the remaining 66% is determined by other factors outside the Quality of HR Management. The originality of this research is that it was originally carried out by the researcher without plagiarizing from other research with the same theme.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Penggunaan Media Flash Card pada pra pembelajaran kosakata ahasa Inggris di SDIT Hiroo Pemenang  Timur Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025,  peneliti meneliti penelitian ini atas dasar bahwa (1) ingin mengetahui bagaimana proses penerapan media Flash Card di SDIT Hiroo Pemenang Timur, selain atas dasar di atas peneliti juga ingin mengetahui (2) apa saja faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kualitas belajar siswa pada penerapan media Flash Card yang di lakukan di SDIT Hiroo Pemenang Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDIT Hiroo Pemenang Timur.Jenis Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif.  Pada penelitian ini peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan tekhnik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini di dapatkan di Kepala Sekolah dan Guru SDIT Hiroo Pemenang Timur. Dan tekhnik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penyajian pada penarikan kesimpulam. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah (1) penerapan media flash card pada pra pembelajaran dilakukan setiap 3 kali dalam sehari dan 5 hari dalam seminggu. Materi yang diberikan paa penerapan ini ialah terkait dengan daily routine, thingss around us, dialog antara pedagang dan pembeli. Selama 1 bulan pelaksanaan penerapan, media flash card sudah diajarkan kepada siswa sebanyak 80 flash card. (2) hasil penerapan media flash card yang ke dua berfokus pada faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas belajar siswa  terkait dengan faktor penghambat dan pendukung, faktor penghambat yaitu (a) ketidak fokusan siswa dalam belajar (b) kehadiran siswa didalam kelas ketika pelaksanaan penerapan media flash card. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu (a) ketekunan siswa mengucapkan kosakata Bahasa Inggris yang ada pada flash card dalam kegiatan sehari hari (b) materi yang disampaikan melalui media flash card dapat tersampikan dengan baik karena dibarengi dengan praktik langsung di ruang lingkup sekolah.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of implementing Karen Armstrong's compassion values at SMP Negeri 2 Sentani to support harmony in religious diversity. Compassion must be taught in a pluralist educational environment to form empathy and strong character from an early age. Given the limited understanding of pluralism among students and the lack of integration of compassion values in the curriculum, this study aims to explore effective strategies in instilling these values. The method used was qualitative research with data collection through observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the value of compassion could increase mutual respect and support among students, which is realized through collaborative activities such as religious holiday celebrations and interfaith prayers. Teachers are essential in internalizing compassion through narrative, discussion, and cooperative learning approaches. In conclusion, implementing the value of compassion at SMP Negeri 2 Sentani not only creates a harmonious and safe environment but also forms a young generation that can live peacefully amid religious differences, showing that differences are strengths that can be embraced together.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of language shift and the driving factors for the shift in the use of the language. This study is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The data source for this study is in the form of excerpts from interviews with 10 informants. The data collection techniques used were observation and conversation (interview) with capture techniques, face-to-face conversation techniques and recording and note-taking techniques. The data were analyzed using a theory with a sociolinguistic approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a process of shifting the use of Karo language into Indonesian in the second generation of children of the Karo language speaking community in Tanjung Sari Village, Medan Selayang District, Medan City. Of the 10 informants, 2 people experienced a subordinate bilingual process (B1>B2), 3 people experienced equivalent bilingualism (B1=B2) and 5 people experienced subordinate bilingualism (B2>B1) and were driven by migration factors, economic and social factors as well as school and education factors.
