Abstract

Performance evaluation assesses actual work results using the quality and quantity standards each employee produces. Performance appraisal is a management activity to evaluate employee performance behavior and determine subsequent policies. The method used in this research is a survey method, which will collect data from the company by distributing questionnaires or conducting structured interviews as part of the data collection process. This aims to make it easier for respondents to answer than statistical analysis methods. Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique, the influence of performance appraisal (X) on employee performance (Y) can be explained by the following simple linear regression equation: Y = 2.945 + 1.075X. This can be interpreted as follows: if there is no performance appraisal (X0), the value of employee performance is 2.945. If there is a performance appraisal of one unit (X1), the employee's performance will increase by 1.075X. In this study, the author created 20 questionnaire statements for the performance appraisal variable (X), and the calculated r-value from the questionnaire was greater than the r-table value, so the questionnaire was concluded to be valid, with the highest calculated r-value being from questionnaire no. 3, which had a calculated r-value of 0.498

Abstract

Network building and collaboration between entrepreneurs is one of the main factors that plays an important role in supporting business growth. A strong network can open wider market opportunities, introduce access to important resources, and speed up the innovation process. Meanwhile, collaboration between entrepreneurs provides space to share experiences, reduce operational costs, and create more effective business solutions. This article explores how entrepreneurs can leverage networking and collaboration to accelerate business growth and provides real-world examples of best practices. This research also discusses the challenges faced in building networks and collaboration and how to overcome them.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the love relationship of the main character in the novel Ancika Dia Yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 by Pidi Baiq. This love relationship originates from the main character, Ancika, and Dilan. Starting from their love relationship, the problem arose of finding answers to questions regarding the components of love contained in this relationship. From the interpretation of the components of love, a concept is produced called type of love. The aim of this research is to describe the components of intimacy, components of desire, components of decision and commitment, and the concept of types of love in the novel Ancika Dia Yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 by Pidi Baiq. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The approach used is Literary Psychology with a study of Robert J. Sternberg's love triangle theory. Data was collected using note-taking techniques, while data analysis techniques used descriptive techniques. The research results show that the relationship between the characters Ancika and Dilan in the novel Ancika Dia Yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 has components of intimacy, desire, decision and commitment. From these three components, a concept of a type of love is produced, namely true love. Thus it can be concluded that the relationship between the characters Ancika and Dilan is a relationship of true love.

Abstract

At the South Jakarta Public Accounting Firm, the interpersonal communication implemented focuses more on open dialogue. This approach encourages self-disclosure, which often results in better feedback and understanding between employees. This strategy is implemented as an effort to improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze the impact of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the South Jakarta Public Accounting Firm. Using quantitative descriptive methods, data was collected through questionnaires and literature studies. The research sample included 62 employees, selected using the saturated sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression techniques. Research findings show that there is a significant influence between interpersonal communication and employee performance at the South Jakarta Public Accounting Firm. Interpersonal communication is proven to have a strong impact on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a valuable contribution to further research in the field of organizational communication and performance management

Abstract

Decision-making by institutional leaders is essentially the act of issuing tactical and operational decisions such as containing the program to be achieved, its implementation strategy and problem-solving strategies, through a decision based on the results of selecting several alternative problems that have been determined for the achievement of madrasa goals. Decision-making must consider various things, think about it carefully. The decisions taken should not only be personal desires and interests or only meet their own needs, but must be far-sighted, the decisions taken are decisions that are the result of data and realities in the institution. This decision must be able to solve existing problems, so that if something happens in the institution that requires resolution, then it can be resolved with alternative decisions and policies. Thus the managerial function of the leader will run as it should, and the success of the institution will be measured from the results of decision making by the leadership, as evidenced by the achievement of the goals set by the institution.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of digitalization on the character of students at MA Mamba'ul Ulum Jurit. The data collection instruments used in this research were questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire distributed previously has been tested for validity and reliability. Of the 51 questionnaires whose validity was tested, 18 valid questionnaires were obtained for the character variable, and 18 questionnaire items for the digitalization variable. The research method used is quantitative research with a sample size of 85 students. The analytical test used is simple linear regression. Before testing the hypothesis, there is a prerequisite test, namely the normality test, homogeneity test and linearity test. After the prerequisite tests are fulfilled, the analysis is then tested using simple regression analysis where the test results are obtained with a t test significance of 0.000, where the decision-making criteria is if the t test significance value is <0.05 then Ha is accepted, This means that there is an influence of digitalization on the character of students at MA Mamba'ul Ulum Jurit.

Abstract

Hospitals are important health service centers and are needed to fulfill health needs. This study aims to evaluate the waiting time for ready-made and compounded medicine services based on minimum hospital service standards and their influence on general outpatient satisfaction at the M.Natsir Hospital Pharmacy Installation. This study used a descriptive research design on outpatients who filled prescriptions for finished medicines and compounded medicines. Calculation of waiting time for prescription services for ready-made medicines and compounded medicines is done using a digital clock. The sample taken in the research was 72 respondents. The research results showed that the average waiting time for non-concocted prescription services (19 minutes) and concocted medicines (27 minutes) met the standards set by the SPM for hospitals in the pharmaceutical sector according to the Indonesian Minister of Health NO. 129 of 2008 as well as waiting time standards set by M. Natsir Regional Hospital.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to find out the financial statements on CV. Hope of the Nation according to Financial Accounting Standards and Income Tax Law. By conducting fiscal reconciliation, the Company simply made corrections to different items. A positive correction will increase taxable income, while a negative correction will reduce taxable income. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques of interviews, questionnaires, observations and documentation. The results of this study show a Positive Correction in Vehicle Depreciation Costs in 2022-2023 from Rp. 612,191,875 to Rp. 306,095,938 and also in Consumption Costs in 2022 from Rp. 2,894,237 to Rp. 1,447,119 and in 2023 from Rp. 5,324,288 to Rp. 2,662,144 which means that if the correction is positive then these costs will increase commercial profits and after correction the value will become fiscal profit or taxable income.

Abstract

Student involvement in the learning process is an important thing in the learning process. This will certainly provide a positive contribution to the success of achieving the learning objectives set by the teacher as well as the learning outcomes for students. Moreover, student involvement in learning can lead students to understand and enjoy every activity or learning experience that has been planned. However, the facts in the field are still found that in the learning process not all students are actively involved when following the learning process. Thus, the learning process needs to use the right method, and in this case the teacher uses the interactive question and answer learning method to strive for active student involvement in learning. The purpose of writing this paper is to explain the steps of the interactive question and answer method to strive for active student involvement in Geography learning in grade X of high school. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results of the study showed that there are 4 steps in implementing the interactive question and answer method that can strive for student involvement in learning, which consist of (1) the teacher determines the basic competencies to be achieved according to the topic, (2) the teacher and/or students can ask questions, (3) the teacher gives appreciation together with all students involved in learning and (4) the teacher summarizes the answers that have been expressed by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of interactive question and answer methods can encourage the active involvement of class X students in Geography lessons.

Abstract

This research conducts a comprehensive analysis of the literature on sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility (CSR) through a combination of bibliometric analysis and qualitative exploration. This research aims to reveal the impact, trends and implementation strategies in the field. Bibliometric analysis uses VOS viewer to visualize influential authors, frequently cited works, thematic groups, and keyword distribution. Additionally, the qualitative investigation explores real-world implementation strategies used by organizations for sustainable business practices and CSR initiatives. Sustainable business practices and CSR have evolved from simply philanthropic efforts to become essential components of corporate strategy. By adopting environmentally conscious operations, responsible supply chain management, and innovative strategies, companies can minimize negative impacts on the environment while promoting social and economic benefits.
