Abstract

Ibuprofen According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the waiting time for non-compounded drug services is 30 minutes, while the waiting time for compounded drug services is 60 minutes. This study is a descriptive observational study to evaluate the Waiting Time for Drug Services at the Umban Sari Rumbai Health Center Pharmacy Installation. The study period was April, with 110 samples. The study was conducted by calculating the waiting time for compounded and non-compounded drug prescription services, then a descriptive analysis was carried out and compared with the minimum service standards for waiting time for both compounded and non-compounded drugs. The waiting time data was converted into minutes and then the mean value was calculated using statistics. In the study of the analysis of the waiting time for prescription services at the Umban Sari Rumbai Health Center, Pekanbaru, there were 2 types of waiting time for prescription services studied, namely the type of drug consisting of compounded and non-compounded prescriptions. The number of samples obtained was 110 prescriptions, consisting of 102 non-compounded prescriptions and 8 compounded prescriptions with percentages of 92.73% and 7.27% respectively. The average waiting time for prescription services at the Umban Sari Rumbai Health Center pharmacy installation was 3.97 minutes for non-compound prescriptions and 11.37 minutes for compound prescriptions. These results are in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 of 2008 that the waiting time for prescription services for non-compound drugs is 30 minutes and compound drugs 60 minutes. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the average time needed to complete a compound prescription is 11.37 minutes and to complete a non-compound prescription is 3.97 minutes. This shows that the waiting time for prescription services at the Umban Sari Rumbai Health Center pharmacy installation has met the minimum service standards, namely 30 minutes for non-compound prescriptions and 60 minutes for compound prescriptions.

Abstract

This research discusses the violence experienced by the character Aletta in the novel Alaskaletta by Didik Sabrullah using Johan Galtung's theory of violence in the study of literary sociology. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research are quotes from the novel Alaskaletta by Didik Sabrullah which depicts violence and discrimination through interactions between characters. Data collection techniques use library study techniques, listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The data in this research were analyzed using content analysis techniques and using a literary sociology approach. The data is presented in narrative form because each data is described based on the results of the research conducted. The results of the analysis show that Aletta experienced various forms of direct violence, including physical, verbal and psychological violence. The physical violence experienced by Aletta included slapping, pushing and other rough actions. Verbal violence manifests itself in the form of insults and insults, while psychological violence can be seen in threats, manipulation and harassment that demean Aletta's dignity. This research concludes that violence in various forms reflects injustice and domination in interpersonal and family relationships, and reflects cultural values that enable and justify acts of violence. This study underlines the importance of an in-depth understanding of the impact of violence in literary works and its relevance in a wider social and cultural context.

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze influence culture organization and motivation Work to performance MSME actors in the Bekasi Hands Up Community (TDA). MSMEs have role important in Indonesia's economy , however Still face various challenge in increase performance they . Study This use approach quantitative with method survey towards 95 MSME actors who joined in Bekasi TDA Community . Data is collected through questionnaire and analyzed use method analysis regression multiple . Research result show that culture organization and motivation Work own influence positive and significant to performance MSME actors . Culture strong and adaptive organization in the TDA Bekasi community is proven capable increase performance its members . Temporary that 's motivation high work also contributes to the increase productivity and efficiency MSME actors . Study This give implications important for MSME development , in particular in context community business , as well highlighting importance build culture supporting and enhancing organizations motivation work of MSME actors.

Abstract

In the 21st century, digital literacy is like a foundation to support a person's life, especially for young children, so that digital literacy is used as a teaching material, one of which is done by communicating via internet networks or utilizing social media by using digital media such as laptops or cellphones. which of course is not far from adult supervision. The development of the times is increasingly advanced, various discoveries and technological advances are increasingly real and have an impact on every aspect of life where not only adults feel it, but children are also involved in experiencing these technological advances so that digital literacy is now widely applied in good life. in the school environment and outside the school. This research aims to analyze the management and competence of teachers in learning in instilling Islamic religious and moral values and the implementation of digital-based learning media at PAUD Satya Prawira. Based on the results of this research, it provides recommendations that digital-based Islamic learning media in Satya Prawira PAUD can be used more optimally in the learning process and teachers are able to provide good learning in accordance with competency.

Abstract

This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which is carried out collaboratively. This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects regarding Whole Numbers in class III through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The subjects of this research were 12 students in class III at UPTD SDN 37 Barru, with a composition of 4 female students and 8 male students. The type of research is classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques and tools in this research use descriptive analysis techniques for data in the form of student work documents, score lists and observation sheets. The results of this research show that using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model can be a fun learning variation for students so that proven to improve student learning outcomes in Class III at UPTD SDN 37 Barru. After using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, students' learning outcomes only reached an average score of 81.66, then there was an increase after continuing in cycle 2, namely 86.25%. Therefore, the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in whole number material.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved by conducting this research is to find out how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the service quality at PT Hagihara Westjava Industries is quite good. This is indicated by the average value of the total score of 70.35, which is quite good.  The customers at PT Hagihara Westjava Industries are good. This is indicated by the average value of the total score of 79.59, which is good. There is an influence between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction at PT Hagihara Westjava Industries because the calculated t value (9.327) is greater than the t table value (2.000) so that H1 is accepted and the calculated t value is located in the H0 rejection area. It was found that Service Quality has a strong positive influence (r value of 0.686) and has an influence contribution of 47% on Customer Satisfaction of PT Hagihara Westjava Industries. Meanwhile, the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. The author also obtained a regression equation that can be used to predict the Customer Satisfaction variable through the Service Quality variable, namely Y' = 29.656 + 0.710.

Abstract

The effective implementation of public service principles is crucial in the sustainable management of environmental resources. The Environmental Agency (BLH) plays a strategic role in maintaining and improving environmental quality. This study aims to examine how public service principles are applied in environmental management by the Environmental Agency of Bima City, as well as the challenges and solutions encountered in its implementation. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design, conducting interviews with BLH employees, stakeholders, and the local community. The findings indicate that although the BLH of Bima City has implemented public service principles such as accountability, transparency, and responsiveness, there are still challenges related to resources, inter-agency coordination, and public understanding. Therefore, to optimize public service in the environmental sector, it is necessary to enhance human resource capacity, improve inter-agency collaboration, and intensify public outreach on the importance of their role in environmental management.

Abstract

Anime Ansatsu Kyoushitsu is an anime in the genre of action, comedy, drama and school, released in 2012 by Yusei Matsui. It tells the story of Kunugigaoka middle school, which is called the outcast class. This research aims to find out how character education can affect students in the school environment, and how to analyze the content of the story message using Ferdinand De Saussure's theory. This type of research is a type of qualitative research to obtain in-depth and meaningful data and uses data collection techniques in the form of literature studies that collect reading materials, library data, and others as references. This research is expected to provide an understanding of education, especially character education, and to dig deeper into the meaning and purpose of semiotics. Saussure's semiotics focuses on the relationship between signifier and signified based on an agreement called meaning. Based on the analysis of the anime Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, there are several character applications that can be applied in everyday life, namely responsibility, empathy, discipline, courage, cooperation, creativity and appreciation of students. In addition, it can be concluded that the anime tells the story of how a teacher should be a role model and inspirational for students. Teaches the importance of instilling character education in students.

Abstract

This journal reviews the material on the change of the form of material substances through the media-assisted Discovery Learning model in science learning at SDN 8 Barru. This study aims to find out the concept of changing the form of media-assisted forms in the science learning process at SDN 8 Barru, Barru Regency. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The research instrument is the student worksheet (LKPD). The source of research data is the results of observations in the classroom, interviews from Natural Science teachers, and students. The results of the study showed that the improvement of understanding the changes in the form of physical substances using the 2d media-assisted discovey learning model obtained good and quite satisfactory results. So that it is in accordance with what is expected by the teacher. In the pre-action cycle, the percentage of students who completed was only 16% and the percentage of students who did not complete was 84%, based on the results of the learning evaluation carried out at the end of each meeting of cycles I and II, it showed that in cycle 1 with the percentage of students who completed 33% and the percentage of students who completed 67%, while in cycle II the percentage of students completed was 100%. Overall, the learning outcomes of students about the form of material substances have increased in each meeting. The implementation process uses the Discovery Learning model which contains effective learning concepts on media-assisted material changes in the form of objects in science learning. The impact of the material change of the form of this object provides a deep understanding and can distinguish the change of form through the media and experiments that are more fun, inspiring, and meaningful. In addition, students are inspired to experiment with the form of material substances in daily life.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate vocabulary development strategies in Indonesian learning in elementary schools. The problem faced is the low mastery of students' vocabulary, which impacts overall language skills. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an observation, interview, and documentation approach. The research subjects were grade 2 and grade 5 students in two elementary schools who applied various approaches and learning media, such as crossword puzzles, picture stories, and Whole Language approaches. The results showed that using crossword puzzle media significantly improved students' vocabulary mastery, with an increase in the average score from 65% to 85%. Illustrated stories have also improved vocabulary mastery through a visual approach, which is shown by an increase in the average score from 60% to 80%. In addition, the Whole Language approach has succeeded in improving students' writing skills and vocabulary mastery, with an increase in the average score from 60% to 82%. The application of these strategies not only improves vocabulary mastery but also student motivation and involvement in learning. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that innovative and contextual vocabulary learning strategies effectively improve elementary school students' vocabulary mastery. The use of an integrated approach and relevant media is expected to be applied more widely in the primary education environment. This study recommends the development of technology-based learning media to support vocabulary teaching in the future.
