Abstract

This study analyzes the political intelligence of rural communities, which is influenced by local education, social, economic, and cultural structures. A good education improves political understanding, while limited education and access to information are often obstacles. Indigenous and religious leaders play a major role in shaping political opinions, while economic conditions and dependence on government assistance also influence political preferences. Social media is starting to play a role in expanding access to information, even though it is vulnerable to hoaxes. Through qualitative methods, this study finds that people's political participation is influenced by economic motivation and social structure. In conclusion, political education is needed from parties and community leaders to increase citizens' awareness and political responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' misconceptions using a three-tier diagnostic test on acid-base material. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Muaragembong on class XI MIPA students. The data collection technique uses a multilevel multiple choice diagnostic test. The first level contains students' answers, the second level contains the reasons for the answers, and finally the level of belief. Data analysis was carried out by looking for the percentage of misconceptions from each concept in the acid-base material, namely the concept of acid-base theory, pH indicators of acid-base solutions, strength of acids and bases, as well as calculating the pH of acid and base solutions. The results of the research show that students' misconceptions about acid and base material using the three-tier diagnostic test instrument are divided into three, namely M1, M2 and M3. Based on the research results, the largest percentage of misconceptions regarding acid-base material is the misconception M1. Students with misconceptions M1 has a percentage of 30.96%, then the misconception M2 has a percentage of 14.63%, and misconceptions M3 has a percentage of 9.01%. Misconceptions M1 is a condition where students answer questions incorrectly at the first level and second level, but answer confidently at the third level. The causes of misconceptions that occur among students are due to incomplete reasoning, students' abilities, students' interest in learning and teachers' teaching methods.

Abstract

The Abbasid Dynasty achieved numerous accomplishments. Many aspects thrived during the Abbasid era, particularly in knowledge and scholarship, including the fields of science, health, religious studies, and literature. During this period, many Europeans traveled to the Abbasid realm to seek knowledge. Therefore, this research aims to discuss one of the literary works that emerged during the Abbasid era, specifically poetry written by the renowned poet Abu Al-‘Atahiyyah, who was a celebrated literary figure of his time. Additionally, the research methodology used is a literature study, with scholarly works and books serving as the references for the study. In his poetry, there are many moral messages, and the Arabic language used remains close to classical Arabic rules. Abu Al-‘Atahiyyah was known for his asceticism and skill in poetry, which led to the creation of numerous poems containing moral educational values about human asceticism. His poetry also features a poetic style that is easy to understand.

Abstract

Dauh Puri Klod Village was established based on the Decision of the Governor of Bali, designated as a Preparation Village to develop the administrative area of Dauh Puri. In terms of demographics, the population of Dauh Puri Klod Village is highly heterogeneous, consisting of various ethnicities, races, and religions. Generally, the residents are urban dwellers who are settled, with permanent residences and jobs. The data used in this study consists of primary data, which was obtained through direct interviews with informants and confirmed existing data. The sample size for this research included 78 respondents. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that capital, working hours, and business duration simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders at Sanglah Market, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City. Additionally, capital, working hours, and business duration individually also have a positive and significant impact on traders' income at Sanglah Market, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City.

Abstract

Motivation is the force that motivates individuals to contribute to the best of their ability to ensure that the company succeeds in achieving its goals. Basically Motivation is a state within a person that stimulates the desire to perform a certain task in order to achieve a specific goal. This research focuses on the goal of determining the level of professional participation. Ability Motivation and the impact of competency incentives on professional performance in PT container Surya Rengo. The research conducted in this study is quantitative in nature. The sample population was analyzed using organizational research methods, consisting of 60 students. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (r) obtained was 0.740, indicating that competency motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. employee Achievement motivation supports 54.7% of employee engagement in PT Surya Rengo Containers Karawang, while the remaining 45.3% is affected by other factors. There is a significant relationship between performance motivation and employee performance in PT Surya Rengo Containers Karawang as the statistical t-value (8,372) is higher than the t-table value (2,000), which leads to the acceptance of H1 and Rejection of H0

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language in the writing element of grade V students (Phase C) by implementing the Canva-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) learning model at UPTD SDN 35 Barru. This research method uses classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 12 grade V students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of the Canva-based PjBL model was able to improve students' writing learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student learning outcomes reached 72.3 with a completion rate of 67%, while in cycle II, learning outcomes increased to 85.7 with a completion rate of 93%. Thus, the application of the Canva-based PjBL learning model is effective in improving students' writing skills in the Indonesian language subject.

Abstract

One of the common issues faced by large cities is waste management, which can lead to a decline in environmental quality. This waste problem can escalate to health concerns and even socioeconomic issues. In response, the Waste-Free Area (Kawasan Bebas Sampah, KBS) policy was established. This policy defines an area where waste management is carried out independently by the community, based on five main principles: citizen involvement, independence, efficiency, environmental sustainability, and integration. At its core, policy implementation is a critical factor influencing the successful realization of the Waste-Free Area program.This study employs a quantitative descriptive method, using simple linear regression analysis to evaluate data collected from a sample in Sukamiskin Subdistrict. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed by the researchers. The regression analysis is supported by validity and reliability tests, determination coefficient analysis, correlational analysis, and both partial and joint significance tests.The Waste-Free Area (KBS) program in Sukamiskin Subdistrict, Bandung City, aims to reduce household waste through 3R-based waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). While the program has potential, it has yet to achieve optimal outcomes due to low community participation, inadequate facility management, and limited coordination among stakeholders. The analysis reveals that policy implementation has a significant impact on the program’s effectiveness, contributing 47.2% to its success.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to implement school culture-based character education and what are the results of implementing school culture-based character education in developing morals? Based on the results of several studies conducted, the researchers concluded: 1. The implementation of culture-based character education at Al-Hananiyah Bodak Islamic Middle School reflects a strong commitment to the development of students' morals. Through an implementation strategy that involves the integration of cultural and religious values, the involvement of all parties, as well as supporting extracurricular activities, character education can be implemented well. The methods used, such as project-based learning, discussions, and teacher examples, further strengthen these efforts. With a holistic and comprehensive approach, Al-Hananiyah Bodak Islamic Middle School seeks to form a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also has strong character. 2. The results of the evaluation of changes in students' morals at Al-Hananiyah Bodak Islamic Middle School show positive developments. By using observation methods, questionnaires and feedback from parents, schools can assess the extent to which character values have been implemented in students' daily lives. Increasing positive behavior, awareness of responsibility, and changes in attitudes towards friends are indicators of the success of school culture-based character education. This is a motivation for all parties in the school to continue to be committed to forming a generation that has good morals.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a pressing social issue in Indonesia, including within higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila values in preventing and addressing sexual violence in universities, identify challenges faced, and develop strategic recommendations based on Pancasila principles. The study employs a qualitative approach using literature review and thematic analysis on policies, educational programs, and societal culture. Findings indicate that policies such as Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021 and the Sexual Violence Law (UU TPKS) reflect the application of the second and fifth Pancasila principles in providing protection for victims and preventing sexual violence. Character education programs based on Pancasila values in several universities show significant potential in shaping students' moral awareness, although their implementation is uneven. Major challenges include patriarchal norms, social stigma against victims, and limited funding and human resources. The study recommends strengthening policies, equalizing character education, and public awareness campaigns based on Pancasila values to create a safe and dignified educational environment. The implications of this study can serve as a foundation for future policy and strategic program development.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the word method can improve student learning outcomes at SDN 1 Mumbul Sari. This research was carried out at SDN 1 Mumbul Sari on class 1 students in the first semester of 2024/2025 with a total of 20 students consisting of 8 men and 12 women. This research is classroom action research carried out through 2 cycles, namely the First Cycle and the Second Cycle second. Type instruments used in this research were teacher and student observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and documentation sheets. The data to be analyzed consists of individual completeness adjusted to KKM class 1 with a score >75 and classical completeness >80%. The results of the research in the first cycle, of the total number of 20 students, there were 11 students who were declared complete individually with an average score of 71.8. Meanwhile, there were 9 students who did not complete individually. Because in cycle I the students had not yet achieved the classical completion score, the research continued into cycle II. In cycle II classical completion reached 85% (18 students) with an average score of 79.1, while there were 2 students who were declared incomplete and obtained a score of 60. Thus it can be concluded that this research was declared complete because of the total number of students ( 20 people) there were >85% of students who obtained a KKM score (75) so that students were declared classically complete and the action was stopped in cycle II.
