Abstract

This research is aimed at understanding the dynamics between actors in the national food barn project during the Joko Widodo administration in Central Kalimantan for the 2020-2023 period. Through qualitative research, the research focus was carried out by analyzing several indicators using actor and interest group theory from a political ecology perspective. This research reveals that the food estate policy carried out by the government in Central Kalimantan was carried out without clear regulations and was carried out haphazardly, the actors and interest groups involved, namely the government, the private sector, civil society alliances. Based on field findings, there is a relationship between the private sector and political elites who occupy positions in government. . This research reveals the pattern of relations between government and the private sector in implementing food estate policy and also the main issues at play. Meanwhile, civil society alliance groups act as opposing groups that play an important role as critics of this policy. There are two issues on the main agenda which are strong reasons for this group to have a different attitude to the government

Abstract

This research aims to find out how PT. Kailo Sumber Kasih achieved production results for plastic packaging products according to targets at PT. Kailo Source of Love. [AL1] This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The object of the research is the production of plastic packaging products at PT. Kailo Source of Love. The data used in this research is secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques use interview methods, literature study and documentation. The results of this research are that from January 2022 to December 2022, production of plastic packaging products continues to increase, which ultimately results in excess inventory. In the table the average demand is smaller than the amount of production, this is what causes the storage factor to increase. Number of product production at PT. Kailo Sumber Kasih has experienced quite significant increases and decreases, this shows that the productivity of the company's plastic packaging products has experienced increases and decreases, but overall it can be said to be good.

Abstract

This article aims to explain how to implement the school budget activity plan application (ARKAS) in Probolinggo City. This ARKAS application has been implemented in the Probolinggo City Education and Culture office and is used to improve service quality. To increase educational resources needed for school development and RKAS can also function for the government as a monitoring and evaluation tool for school development. This research aims to determine the implementation of accountability reports regarding school financing every year in Probolinggo City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. Researchers conducted interviews with 5 employees who understood ARKAS and several parents at elementary schools in Probolinggo City. The implementation of the ARKAS application information system at the Department of Education and Culture in Probolinggo City includes: 1) resources as constituents in the form of funds and equipment as well as all parties involved in the regional government to monitor the budget system and simplify the service system; 2) bureaucratic structure as a determinant of budget programs in planning activities involving all parties in the school in order to successfully prepare and create an environmentally friendly environment; 3) the character of policy implementation as a determinant of budget guidelines in the education budget as a planning tool, namely planning supervision of educational institutions to obtain fast service; 4) environmental characteristics as a determinant of budget guidelines and includes openness of information providing services with an easy and reliable system.

Abstract

This research is to find out how the use of the problem besad learning models affects the motivation to write argements at Indraprasta PGRI University students. The method use in the research is an experimental method with a research sampel of 40 students. Devided into two classes, namely experimental class with 20 students in a each class. The results of the research are that there is a significant influence of the use on the problem besad learning on the motivation to write argument at Indraprasta PGRI University students. This is besad on the hypothesis testing with a significance level 5%, obtained tcount> ttable (6,78 > 2,03), so H1 is this rejected and H1 is accepted. In this way, the hypothesis is the tested and significantly accepted. There for, it can be concluded that there is a influence of using the problem besad learning model on the student motivation tp write arguments and the average motivation to write argument using the problem besad learning model is 78 higher than that using the conventional learning model of 69.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Jaro's persuasive message model encourages political participation for first-time voters ahead of the Baduy Indigenous People-based 2024 elections. The theory used in this study is to use the Elaboration Likelihood Model analysis approach. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach where the researcher digs in depth about Jaro's persuasive message. Thus, later researchers will find a model of persuasive messages carried out by Jaro by exploring models of persuasive messages in encouraging political participation ahead of the 2024 elections based on indigenous peoples. The study results show that the Baduy people adhere to the ancestral mandate and ancestral heritage and respect the ranks of traditional leaders (Puun, Jaro Tangtu, and others) in political matters. Political outreach, prohibition of campaigning, and freedom of choice are forms of effective persuasive communication for the Baduy people. The principles of neighborhood, religion, and household are very closely attached to the daily life of the Baduy people. The Baduy Dalam community uses the central route with a critical and careful mind in receiving information and political messages. Baduy Luar people easily receive information and do not think critically about information and political messages. This study concludes that the political and democratic awareness of the Baduy indigenous people continues to increase. Persuasive communication is carried out by Jaro subtly through political socialization and spiritual beliefs that live in Baduy customs. Elaboration Model Likelihood is implemented through cognitive (knowledge and experience), affective (acceptance and rejection), and connotative (action). The Baduy Dalam people receive messages through the central route and the Baduy Luar people use the peripheral route.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine work stress on the work of PT. ISM Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta Division This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 38 employees of PT. ISM Division Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is no effect of work stress on the performance of PT employees. ISM Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta Division, work stress variable has a low effect and has an influence contribution of 2.4% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at SOPS MAKO KOARMADA II. The sample was from the population of SOPS Koarmada II employees, totaling 48 people using saturated sampling techniques. Our main data was obtained through surveys using Google Forms as a research instrument, while secondary data refers to data collected for purposes other than solving the problem under study. Our data analysis was performed using the SPSS software, which involved a normality test and then followed by a paired T-Test. The results of the normality test obtained a p value > 0.00, which indicates that the data is normally distributed. Paired T-Test obtained a Sig value of 0.000, this value is <0.05. This proves that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. Recommendations based on the results of this study that it is necessary to give gifts and punishments to attract employees in increasing work motivation. Prizes are usually in the form of increasing the employee's career path and/or can be in the form of providing additional salary bonuses.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the psychology (personality) of the characters in the novel Cahaya Palestine by Vanny C.W. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, the data collection methods used in this research are library research, reading methods, listening and recording data identification. The source of the data in this study was the novel Cahaya Palestine by Vanny C.W. This study uses Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory in the form of id, ego and superego in figures named Palestine, Yanaan, Yahded Haidar, Abigail, Moniroth, Hebrew, Sarah Hanabi, Fatima, Khalifa Al Barra and Adeeda. The results of this study are the figures of Palestine, Yanaan, Yahded Haidar, Abigail, Moniroth, Hebrew, Sarah Hanabi, Fatima, Khalifa Al Barra and Adeeba who have psychology that refers to Sigmund Freud's theory namely, id, ego and superego.

Abstract

Tanpa adanya perjanjian arbitrase, para pihak tidak bisa beracara di arbitrase untuk menyelesaikan sengketa mereka. Tulisan ini berupa deskripsi dari syarat sahnya perjanjian arbitrasi menurut hukum Indonesia, yaitu di dalam UU No. 30 tahun 1999 dengan membandingkannya dengan persyaratan arbitrase menurut Reglement of de Burgelijke Rechtsvordering, amandemen terhadap hukum di Belanda, dan juga menurut Model Hukum UNCITRAL mengenai Arbitrasi Komersial Internasional (UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration) 1985 yang diakui secara internasional.

Abstract

This study aims to explore, analyze and interpret the description of the Management of Personnel Administration Services at the Bolaang Mongondow Education Office Branch Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method and looking for the necessary data by direct observation at the Bolaang Mongondow Education Office. Research informants are people or parties related to research who can provide information about various real conditions. The results of the research conducted were obtained The management of personnel administration services at the Bolaang Mongondow education office branch office has been running according to the established standard operating procedures. The services provided are quite good and satisfying because based on the experience of service users that the administration of the proposal is not complicated and is completed on time. In addition to distance constraints that do not really affect the service.
