Abstract

Musalsal hadith is one model of hadith transmission from the time of the Prophet Muhammad to narrators from generation to generation, even today. In this study, the authors found a unique concept of sanadization, namely the Sanadization of the Hadith Musalsal bi Al-Yamaniyin, or the form of sanad, which is the custom of a family in Yemen. Therefore, this study aims to trace the examples of sanadization that the researcher mentioned earlier. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a type of library research, with a regional hadith study approach. This research found that the people of Yemen strictly guard against Islamic knowledge, especially in the transmission of hadiths, so there is a habit of transmitting hadiths by information from close family members. In this study, the authors took a sample from the traditions they carried out with sufficient sanadization to maintain an intellectual level among their families.

Abstract

The current condition of health workers utilized in Indonesian Community Health Centers still experiences inequality in number and distribution. Limited human resources for health are an obstacle in realizing sustainable health development. The aim of this research is to find out what the Standard Procedures for Referrals at Community Health Centers are regarding Human Resource Limitations, what the responsibilities of Community Health Centers are in implementing the Referral Service System, as well as the impact of excessive performance burdens on Health Workers at Community Health Centers. The research method used is a normative juridical approach accompanied by library data collection. The results of this research were then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research results, it shows that in principle the referral procedure at the Community Health Center regarding limited human resources is the same as the referral principle in general. Every health worker is still required to be multiskilling in providing health services at the Community Health Center. There must still be health workers accompanying patients in carrying out referrals. Puskesmas also has the authority to place competent health workers as companions if the patient's condition is not good. Workload is a combination of quantitative workload and qualitative workload. The impact of excessive performance burden by Health Workers is stress, fatigue, human error, and vulnerability to disease transmission.

This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Nonequevalent Control Group Design. The population of all fifth-grade students at SD GMIT Airnona 1 Kupang is 24 students, with a sample size of 24 students and data collection techniques using observation, documentation and multiple-choice test questions. Data were analyzed using hypothesis testing and t-test. The results of the research show that the average posttest for the experimental class and control class using the t-test was 82.08>53.75 with a difference of 7.525. Furthermore, through hypothesis testing (paired samples test), it shows that the sig (2-tailed) t-test for equality of means is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the influence of simple respiratory system media on learning outcomes in science and science subjects in class V of SD GMIT Airnona 1 Kupang.
