Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' strategies in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in strengthening the Pancasila profile which teachers carry out in order to form character in students and the obstacles teachers face in strengthening the values of the Pancasila profile. There are phenomena or advantages of schools, namely; there is a character building program for students. The subject of this research is strengthening Pancasila values in students in the dimension of faith, devotion to God Almighty in class IV students at SD Negeri 8 Juara Barat. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. And using technical data analysis which includes observation, interviews and documentation. The results of conformity in the field concluded that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in strengthening the profile values of Pancasila was carried out through daily refraction and spontaneous refraction or replay. The refraction carried out can help develop students' character in accordance with the dimensions of the Pancasila profile elements. However, with the strategy implemented, there are several inhibiting factors experienced by teachers, namely; The number of obese students or classes, lack of use of learning media, family environment, and lack of teacher cooperation between students' parents. So these factors become obstacles for teachers in instilling character values in students in accordance with the Pancasila profile.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of providing compensation on employee work motivation at the Prima Grathia Sejahtera Lombok Multi-Enterprise Cooperative. This research used quantitative methods with a sample size of 54 people. The research methods used are coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression. The results in this study prove that work compensation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance because the t-count of 4,933 is greater than the t-table of 2,009. Work motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on employees because the t-count is 4,933 and the t-count of 755 is greater. from t-table 2.009. Meanwhile, simultaneously the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation because the f-count value of 570 is greater than the f-table of 2.56.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the concept of lego-lego in the project-based learning model. This study is a literature that uses a conceptual approach and focuses on the combination of the Project Based Learning model with intrinsic values in society, especially in South Sulawesi. Types and sources of data are obtained from primary data in the form of documents related to learning models based on Project Based Learning. Lego-lego can provide learning values so as to redevelop various skills and visual intelligence, creativity, and character of learners in completing their tasks

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on tax avoidance carried out in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2023 (Tri Wulan III). This research uses a quantitative method, namely by conducting verification research with an explanatory survey method, a method that aims to test hypotheses. The samples used in this research were 10 with a total of 50 data samples studied. The techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that partially there is no significant influence of profitability and leverage on tax avoidance. Simultaneously, profitability and leverage do not have a significant effect on tax avoidance in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings that arise due to the performance of health services obtained after comparing the patient with what he feels. This research was conducted at the Hermina Bekasi Hospital because at this institution no research had been conducted on the quality of pharmaceutical services on outpatient satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between service quality variables and patient satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using SPSS 21.0, the value of the influence of Service Quality (X) on Patient Satisfaction (Y) can be narrated using the regression formula Y= a+bX, so the regression value resulting from the calculation above is Y = 16,725 + 0.721X. The constant value (a) is = 16,725 while the coefficient value (b) = 0.721. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no quality of service, then patient satisfaction will be worth 16,725 units. However, if there is an increase of one unit/unit of the service quality variable, it will affect the increase in patient satisfaction by 0.721. Based on the calculations obtained, tcount is 13.092 > t table 1.984, it can be concluded that  is rejected and  is accepted because t count is greater than t table. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court on November 25 2021 in its decision stated that Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation must be declared conditionally unconstitutional. The government then made improvements through Government Regulation Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation which was then promulgated with Law No. 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law. In principle, the existence of law is to create order and order in society, this is in direct contrast to the process of drafting the Job Creation Law which was filled with various criticisms and efforts to prevent the a quo Law from being passed by the Government and the House of Representatives. Sociology of Law views that society must have access to justice. Law refers to a rule of life that is in accordance with the ideals of living together, namely justice. An order in which only the public interest takes priority, namely the participation of everyone in the idea of justice will be achieved perfectly.

Abstract

Violence against women and children is worrying enough. There is a lot of violence against women and children in the domestic (household) environment. Violence against women and children is an act that is contrary to the basic principles of humanity. Because acts of violence against women are violations of human rights, a national legal instrument is needed to eliminate violence against women and children in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the legal protection efforts given to women and children as victims of domestic violence. data analysis The description used in this study is a qualitative type of qualitative research that aims to find facts, conditions, changes in phenomena, conditions during the research and what is presented. The results of this study indicate that there are efforts to protect themselves from the law. In Indonesian law, such as: Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence Reform Forms of direct legal protection from existing institutions such as: Integrated service centers and legal support offices.

Abstract

This research provides an in-depth analysis of "Political Education of the Prosperous Justice Party in Sumbawa Regency Approaching the Legislative Election of 2024" using qualitative research methods. Through in-depth interviews with relevant informants, surveys, and data analysis, the study aims to comprehensively understand the practices of political education conducted by the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS). The research findings indicate that PKS in Sumbawa Regency recognizes the importance of political education as an integral part of preparing for the 2024 Legislative Election. The party not only plays a role as a political participant but also as an agent of political education contributing significantly to the local community's political understanding. PKS's commitment to normative values such as Pancasila and Unity in Diversity is central to shaping the party's political identity. The main challenges are encountered in efforts to change public perceptions of the party's political identity and respond to resistance to the changes in political values advocated by the party. Inhibiting factors, including inconsistent regulatory complexities, resistance to changes in values, shifts in perceptions of political identity, and differences in understanding local culture, are also identified as elements influencing the dynamics of PKS's political education. This research provides a profound understanding of PKS's political education practices and highlights challenges to be addressed to strengthen the party's political identity approaching the 2024 Legislative Election, with a specific emphasis on qualitative research methods as the analytical approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on teacher performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative and in data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study consisted of 32 teachers at SD Negeri Harapan Baru III Kota Bekasi. In this study, the entire population was used as a sample. The results of this research hypothesis test are as follows: 1) obtained the significance value of the effect of work discipline (X) on teacher performance (Y) of 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) and the tcount value of (5,897) > ttable (2,042) which means that work discipline affects teacher performance; 2) obtained a correlation coefficient R of 0,733, which if interpreted in the interpretation table shows that there is a strong relationship between work discipline and teacher performance; 3) then in the determination coefficient table shows the R squared number of 0,537 or 53,7% which can be concluded that work discipline has an influence on teacher performance, while the remaining 46,3% is explained by other variables outside the variables used in this study. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline on teacher performance at SD Negeri Harapan Baru III Kota Bekasi.

The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which the social network Facebook is used as a means to express creativity and apply it in the context of learning creative products and entrepreneurship, as well as extracurricular activities. The research method applied is a qualitative phenomenological approach, examining phenomena that emerge among Nusawungu Vocational School students regarding the use of social media as a medium for actualization and expression of creativity. The results obtained from this research found various activities carried out by students related to the use of Facebook as a creative forum and source of information among students. Such as using Facebook to share photos, videos, exchange ideas in extracurricular activities. As a promotional medium for entrepreneurial products
