Abstract

The research objective was to determine the increase in reading skills by mentioning the initial letters through the media of picture cards. The research subjects were 18 children of group B PAUD Ar-Rahma. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely, cycle I and cycle II, through stages, planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The Classroom Action Research was carried out collaboratively with a total of 4 people and 3 being a researcher at the same time acting as a teacher and friend and the other acting as an observer. The conclusion of the research result is the improvement of reading ability by using initial letters through picture card media in PAUD Ar-Rahma students.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the urgency of early childhood education. Early childhood education begins when the child is still in the womb using Islamic teaching methods. At an early age, children can have a responsive attitude to stimuli given directly by their parents which are sometimes not realized by the environment around the child. Some hadits that explain the stages of children's education informing children to become children, who are useful for the religion, the nation, society, and both parents The purpose of this study is to describe the Islamic opinion about education in early childhood, how to educate children, and methods of Islamic education. The learning methods are exemplary, practice, games, songs, and stories, targib wa tarhib. This method is part of the urgency of early childhood education.

Abstract

The role of parents for their children is as a guide in growth and development and also character planting. Parents are first and foremost responsible for the education of their children. Assertiveness is an ability to communicate what is desired, confidently, decisively, honestly, while maintaining the feelings of others. Assertiveness can be instilled from an early age because by having an assertive attitude a child will get used to and easily socialize with an effective age environment. Furthermore, children will be able to express what they feel and want directly, honest children will avoid the emergence of uncomfortable feelings due to holding and keeping something they want to say. The role of parents in instilling an assertive attitude during this Covid-19 pandemic in children must be very high and it is highly expected that parents can provide a good foothold and stimulus for their children so that children have a good attitude. Children who are instilled assertiveness by their parents can easily find solutions and solutions to various problems they face. Parents are the right place to instill an assertive attitude in children from as early as possible, because assertiveness is not something outward but rather a pattern of attitudes and behavior that is learned repeatedly. And if the child chooses to be assertive, the parents are more direct with words and polite ways

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parent-teacher cooperation on the socio-emotional development of early childhood in class B PAUD IT Bunayya. By using quantitative research methods, the subjects of this research are the parents of class B PAUD IT Bunayya students, totaling 64 students. This study wanted to know whether or not there is an influence between two variables, namely the cooperation of parents and teachers and the social-emotional development of early childhood. The data analysis technique is the SPSS test. Based on the results of the study of hypotheses, the simple linear value of parent and teacher cooperation on children's social-emotional development is 16,793 with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000. Compared to the significance level of 0.05(5%), this sig. (2-tailed) value is greater than 0.05(5%). This means that there is an influence of the parent-teacher cooperation variable on the emotional social development of early childhood in class B PAUD IT Bunayya. The researcher saw the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R square) which was 0,213 which showed the magnitude of the influence of parent and teacher cooperation on children's social-emotional development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reality of drawing activities using dry techniques, the reality of the fine motoric development of early childhood, and the reality of the relationship between drawing activities using dry techniques and the fine motoric development of children aged in group B RA Nurul Hikmah Kertasari Garut. Quantitative correlation is one of the methods used in this research. Children of group B RA Nurul Hikmah Kertasari Garut are the subjects of this study, totaling 15 children in the 2020/20201 period. Observation, performance, and documentation are data collection techniques in this study. The value of the calculation results on variable X obtained an average value of 70. This value is in a good category because it is in the interval 66-79. Meanwhile, the Y variable obtained an average value of 71. The value is included in the good category where it is in the interval 66-79. The relationship between drawing activities using dry techniques and fine motor development of early childhood children in group B RA Nurul Hikmah Kertasari Garut has a correlation coefficient of 0.47. This figure is in the interval 0.4000-1000 so it is included in the strong category. The result of the value from the significance is known as tcount> ttable (1.92 <1.93), the price of ttable = 1.93, it can be translated that is accepted, thus there is a significant relationship between the activity of drawing using dry techniques and the development of fine motor skills in early childhood.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of initial observations where some children still cannot control their emotions, which can be seen during the process of learning activities that there are still many children who are not enthusiastic about learning and do not have an attitude of responsibility towards themselves in carrying out various activities for their good. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in the implementation of this study were group B children totaling 9 children for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and performance. The results showed that the activity of listening to relaxation music can increase the emotional intelligence of children in group B TKQ-Huda Antapani Bandung. This can be seen from the average result of teacher activity in the first cycle of 65.78% with a sufficient predicate and the second cycle, the average is 89.47% with a very good predicate. Furthermore, the results of children's activities in the first cycle were 44.44 % with the predicate less once, and in the second cycle, the average value was 82.40% with the good predicate. The average value of children's emotional intelligence in the first cycle is 31.66 with a very poor predicate and the average value in the second cycle is 74.06 with a good predicate. Based on the results obtained, it is evident that the activity of listening to relaxation music can increase the emotional intelligence of children in group B of TKQ Al-Huda Antapani Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to find out that playing and games have very important benefits for growth and development in early childhood. This paper uses the literature study method which is carried out by reviewing and/or exploring several books, journals, as well as notes and other information or data that are judged to be following the study or research. In this study, it is stated that playing and games can make a positive contribution to the development of early childhood, namely, it can develop all aspects of development which include aspects of religious morals, social-emotional, language, cognitive, physical motor, and also art. In addition, there are also goals, characteristics, functions, benefits, and stages of development of early childhood play and are also equipped with playing conditions and games as well as examples of games that can stimulate developmental aspects in children. Playing and playing games can help children improve their aspects in an integrated and comprehensive manner. A safe and comfortable play environment is needed for children to explore and get stimulation for growth and development.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of traditional game engklek on children’s rude motoric physic development in 5 -6 years old at Puri air dingin resident RT. 03 Pekanbaru. This research used experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design, quantitative approach. The population in this research took 11 children in 5 – 6 years old at Puri air dingin resident RT. 03 Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used a non-test instrument or performance test. The data analysis technique in this research used a non-parametric statistical method with Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The hypothesis result in this research could be seen from Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) in score 0.03. in case, 0.03 < 0.05, it could be concluded that Ha was accepted. Also, it could be stated that average of the children’s rude motoric physis development in 5 – years old by using engklek traditional game gave influence in it. Therefore, traditional game engklek gave influence of children’s rude motoric physic development in 5 -6 years old at Puri Air Dingin Resident RT.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between democratic parenting of parents and the independence of group B students in Binder Kindergarten 3, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted because there were problems in democratic parenting with the independence of group B students. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The population of this research is 54 parents. By using a sample census, which means that the entire population will be used as a sample. Data were obtained through a temporary questionnaire for data analysis using normality test analysis, simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 14.00 for windows. From the research results, it was found that: the coefficient value of the regression direction between the variables of democratic parenting with the independence of group B students was 0.424 and the significance was t = 0.504. This shows that the variable of democratic parenting at an error rate of 0.05 has a significant effect, and the proposed hypothesis is rejected. The direction of the regression coefficient is positive (+), which means that if the relationship between democratic parenting is better, then the student’s independence will increase by 0.504.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the reality of making match play activities, the reality of early childhood numeracy skills, and the relationship between make a match play activities and early childhood numeracy skills in Group B2 RA Mukhlishiina Lahuddiin Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative correlational method. The results of the analysis on the activity of playing make a match obtained an average value of 80.95. This value is in the 80-100 interval with a very good category. Meanwhile, early childhood numeracy skills obtained an average value of 78.6. This value is in the 70-79 interval with a good category. The relationship between the activities of playing make a match with early childhood numeracy skills obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.937. The value of this correlation coefficient is included in the very strong category because it is in the 0.800-1,000 interval. The results of the significance test obtained tcount = 10.04 > ttable value = 2.14. This means that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the activity of playing make a match has a significant relationship with early childhood numeracy skills in Group B2 RA Mukhlishiina Lahuddiin Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. Meanwhile, the contribution or influence on the activity of playing make a match on early childhood numeracy skills is 87.8%. Thus 12.2% is influenced by other factors.
