Abstract

Arabic has two dialects, namely Arabic Fusha and Arabic Ammiyah. Arabic Fusha is the language used in the Al-Quran, al-Hadith, and scientific writings. Arabic Fushahh has become an international language that was inaugurated on December 18, 1973, by UNESCO (United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization). Arabic fusha (standard variety) is the language used in the Qur'an, official situations, composing poetry, writing prose, and expressions of thought (scientific writings). Arabic Fusha is also commonly used as the official language of instruction on campuses or Islamic Universities in the Middle East. Meanwhile, Arabic 'Ammiyah (non-standard variety) is a variety of languages used for ordinary daily affairs. In Arab countries stretching from the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean Sea, there are various dialects of 'Ammiyah (non-standard variety), each with different phonetics, vocabulary, and structure. The Arabic 'âmiyah is different from the Arabic fushâ. This difference occurs in phonetic aspects and choice of words. At the level of choice of words, for example, ثلاثة أسابي مدة إقامتي هنا (muddatu iqâmtî huna tsalâtsatu asâbî’: I’m here for three weeks). This sentence in the 'âmiyah of Egypt is expressed أنا هنا ثلاثة أسابي (ana hina talâtasâbi’), and in Gulf Arabic it is expressed مدة ثلاثة أسابي أنا هنا  (ana hina mudah tsalâtha asâbi’), whereas in Levantine Arabic it is expressed أنا هون لثلاثة أسابيع (ana hoon li talâti esâbi’). The lack of knowledge of students in Indonesia about the Ammiyah language has an impact on the need for training for students with the theme "Training to speak Ammiyah Egyptian Arabic at the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Islamic Boarding School, Depok. This activity is divided into three stages: first, introducing the rules in the Ammiyah language. Second, speak Arabic Ammiyah with the rules that have been taught to Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Depok Islamic Boarding School Students. Third, training in writing Ammiyah rules with the rules that have been given. This training is useful for students of the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Islamic Boarding School, Depok, to prepare students to continue their studies in the Middle East.

Abstract

At that time, SMK Yadika 11 Jatirangga Bekasi still needed help communicating announcements within the school. In addition to being expensive, buying an intercom is also less effective during the teaching and learning process due to noise pollution. Therefore the PPM Team at Mercu Buana University wanted to provide a solution by introducing Internet of Things (IoT) technology on one of the Bluetooth ebacon devices. eBeacon Card is a Bluetooth Low Energy transmitter connected to various electronic devices. This device will be connected via a short message to each person's cell phone, such as an SMS notification. In this training, two eBeacon Cards uses, which should be applicable in two rooms with a radius of 20 m. However, due to space limitations, both are installed in one room. So that the target information announcement target can receive data from both eBeacon cards with the same announcement display twice. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The variables studied that are related to COVID-19 prevention behavior in high school students are knowledge (p = 0.027; PR = 0.48) and attitudes (p = 0.000; PR = 6.83). The variables studied that did not have a relationship were gender (p = 0.537) and a history of being infected with COVID-19 (p = 0.974). Knowledge and attitudes are significantly related to COVID-19 prevention behavior, but not to gender and history of COVID-19 disease. Community service is one of the important efforts in improving the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of high school students. Keywords: COVID-19, Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior.

Abstract

According to data from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) for 2020, the largest pile of waste according to waste sources in Lampung Province comes from household waste, namely 42%. Along the Dusun II road in Way Hui Village, almost every day the community burns leaf litter in their yards, which causes pollution. In addition, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2020, agriculture in Lampung is the 15th highest, namely 90.48%. However, in its management, the majority of agriculture and plantations in Lampung use inorganic fertilizers to increase the quality and quantity of crops. This problem can be overcome by using organic waste as compost to gradually improve soil quality and reduce the volume of household kitchen waste. The Rotary Drum Biocomposter is a simple and inexpensive composter for processing kitchen and household organic waste in a sustainable manner. To speed up the composting process, a bioactivator is added as a decomposer. Bioactivators can be made by utilizing rice washing water waste and papaya fruit waste, which are rich in nutrients and can increase the macronutrients of the compost. The composting method used in this research is aerobic composting. This tool aims to educate the surrounding community that waste can be turned into valuable goods with good management, thereby creating a healthy environment and profitable business opportunities.
