Abstract

Pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat menimbulkan bertambahnya volume, jenis dan karakteristik sampah yang semakin beragam. Peningkatan jumlah sampah yang tidak diikuti oleh perbaikan dan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pengelolaan sampah mengakibatkan permasalahan sampah menjadi kompleks. Oleh sebab itu, salah satu upaya yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi persoalan sampah yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan sumber. Pada pendekatan ini sampah akan ditangani (dikelola) di hulu (sumber) sebelum sampah tersebut sampai ke TPA (hilir). Cara yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya dengan melakukan pemilahan sampah dan juga program 3R (reduce, reuse dan recycle). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan sampah pada tingkat RW Di Kelurahan Mamasa Kabupaten Mamasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara deskriptif dengan analisis reduksi data. Hasil penelitian, efektivitas penanganan sampah sebesar 37,5% dan efektivitas pengurangan sampah sebesar 42%. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan sampah pada tingkat RW di kelurahan Mamasa sangat tidak efektif. Population growth and changes in people's consumption patterns lead to an increase in the volume, types and characteristics of increasingly diverse waste. This increase in the amount of waste that is not followed by the repairment and improvement of waste management facilities and infrastructure has resulted in a complex waste problem. Therefore, one of the efforts that can be applied to overcome the waste problem is by taking a source approach. In this approach, waste will be handled (managed) at the upstream (source) before it reaches the landfill (downstream). Ways that can be done include sorting the waste and also the 3R (reduce, reuse and recycle) program. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of waste management at the hamlet level in Mamasa Village, Mamasa Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data reduction analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of waste management was 37.5% and the effectiveness of waste reduction was 42%. The results of the study conclude that the effectiveness of waste management at the RW level in Mamasa village is not very effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan 1) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh langsung komunikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap Customer Satisfaction 2) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh langsung kominikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan 3) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh tidak langsung komunikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas melalui Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner sebanyak 110 responden dengan populasi 152. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan April 2021 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS V. 25 dan Amos v 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. (4) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas Pelanggan (5) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas (6) Komunkiasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui Customer Satisfaction (7) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui Customer Satisfaction. This research was conducted 1) To analyze the direct influence of communication and trust on Customer Satisfaction 2) To analyze the direct influence of cominikasi and trust on customer loyalty 3) To analyze the indirect influence of communication and trust on loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This study used quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires of 110 respondents with a population of 152. This research was conducted from April 2021 to July 2021. The data was analyzed using spss programs V. 25 and Amos v 25. The results of this study showed that: (1) communication has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. (4) Organizational communication has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer loyalty (5) Trust positively and significantly affects loyalty (6) Communion positively and significantly affects loyalty through Customer Satisfaction (7) Trust positively and significantly affects loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 199 responden dengan populasi 395. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan April sampai dengan bulan juni 2020. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS V. 25 dan Amos v 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas layana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan jama’ah. (2) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan jama’ah.(3) kepuasan jama’ah berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitasjama’ah. (4) kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas jama’ah (5) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas jama’ah (6) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan jama’ah (7) Kepercayaan jama’ah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan jama’ah. The Research objective to analyze the direct effect of service quality and trust on satisfaction 2) To analyze the direct effect of service quality and trust on loyalty 3) To analyze the indirect effect of service quality and trust on loyalty through satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach by using primary data through a questionnaire of 199 respondents with a population of 395. The study was conducted from April to June 2020. The data were analyzed using SPSS V. 25 and Amos v 25 programs. The results of this study indicate that: (1 ) service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of the congregation. (2) trust has a positive and significant effect on jama'ah satisfaction. (3) jama'ah satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on jama'ah loyalty. (4) service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on congregational loyalty (5) Trust has a positive and insignificant effect on jama'ah loyalty (6) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through jama'ah satisfaction (7) Jama'ah trust 'ah has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through jama'ah satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Ini Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh organisasi pembelajaran terhadap Keterlibatan Guru; Pengaruh Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Guru; Pengaruh Keterlibatan Guru terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Guru; Pengaruh Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Guru Sekolah Dasar melalui Keterlibatan Guru di Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis Penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif Populasi guru pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Wajo, pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik sampling Isaac dan Michael. Data dianalisis berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Organisasi Pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterlibatan Guru dengan koefisien jalur bertanda Positif sebesar 0.401. Hasil ini signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000< α (0,05). yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Keterlibatan Guru; Hasil uji signifikansinya yang sebesar 0,09 yang lebih besar dari α (0,05) atau dapat dikatakan Organisasi Pembelajaran tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Prilaku Inovatif Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Wajo , sehingga Hipotesis Kedua Ditolak atau Tidak Diterima; hasil uji signifikan Hasil uji signifikan menunjjukan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < α (0,05)., Keterlibatan Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Wajo. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of learning organizations on teacher involvement; The Influence of Learning Organizations on Teachers' Innovative Behavior; The Influence of Teacher Involvement on Teachers' Innovative Behavior; The Influence of Learning Organizations on Innovative Behavior of Elementary School Teachers through Teacher Involvement in Wajo District. Type of Research Descriptive Quantitative The population of primary education teachers in Wajo Regency, sampling using Isaac and Michael sampling technique. Data were analyzed based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results show that the Learning Organization has a positive and significant effect on teacher involvement with a path coefficient marked Positive of 0.401. This result is significant which is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05). which means there is a significant relationship between Learning Organizations on Teacher Involvement; The result of the significance test is 0.09 which is greater than (0.05) or it can be said that the Learning Organization does not significantly affect the Innovative Behavior of Elementary School Teachers in Wajo Regency, so the Second Hypothesis is Rejected or Not Accepted; significant test results Significant test results show a significance value of 0.00 < (0.05)., Teacher involvement has a positive and significant effect on the innovative behavior of elementary school teachers in Wajo Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Gambaran perilaku birokrasi responsivitas dalam pelayanan publik pada DinasPerikanan dan Kelautan di Kota Palopo. (2) Faktor-faktor determinan yangmenentukan perilaku birokrasi responsivitas dalam memberikan pelayanan publikpada Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan di Kota Palopo.(3) Model prototipe perilakubirokrasi responsivitas pada Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan di Kota Palopo. Metode penelitian yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perilaku responsivitas birokrasi telah dilaksanakan secara optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan publikdilihat pada dimensi pada Sopan, Adil, dan Peduli, (2) Faktor determinan dalam menumbuhkan perilaku responsivitas dalam rangka pemenuhan kepuasan publik dapat ditentukan olehdimensi kualitas sumber daya manusia, budaya, kepemimpinan dan komitmenaparat birokrasi. (3) Alternatif model responsivitas birokrasi dilihat pada dimensi sikap sopan, adil,peduli, disiplin, peka dan tanggungjawab aparat pelaksana dalam memberikanpelayanan membentuk perilaku pada diri aparat birokrasi apabila terpenuhinyafaktor komitmen dan budaya dalam pemenuhan kepuasan publik. This study aims to analyze (1) the description of responsiveness of bureaucratic behavior in public services at the Department of Fisheries and Marine Affairs in Palopo City. (2) The determinant factors that determine the responsiveness of bureaucratic behavior in providing public services at the Department of Fisheries and Marine Affairs in Palopo City. (3) A prototype model of responsiveness of bureaucratic behavior at the Department of Fisheries and Marine Affairs in Palopo City. The research method is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) bureaucratic responsiveness behavior has been carried out optimally in providing public services seen in the dimensions of Polite, Fair, and Caring, (2) The determinant factor in growing responsiveness behavior in order to fulfill public satisfaction can be determined by the dimensions of the quality of resources. people, culture, leadership and commitment of the bureaucratic apparatus. (3) The alternative model of bureaucratic responsiveness is seen in the dimensions of polite, fair, caring, disciplined, sensitive and responsible attitude of the implementing apparatus in providing services to shape the behavior of the bureaucratic apparatus if the commitment and cultural factors are fulfilled in fulfilling public satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian meneganalisis pengaruh langsung Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada OPD lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Majene yaitu Badan Perencanaan Daerah, Inspektorat Daerah, Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah, Kecamatan Banggae, Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada OPD lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Majene yaitu Badan Perencanaan Daerah, Inspektorat Daerah, Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah, Kecamatan Banggae, Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanayk 280 responden dan teknis pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan Teknik Proportionate stratified Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil sampel sebanyak 164 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Kuesioner, dan tehnik dokumentasi. Metode analisis menggunakan Teknik statistic structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan aplikasi statistik AMOS ver. 18.0 dan SPSS ver 19.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan P = 0.000 < 0.05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.498, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik peran kepemimpinan dalam menjalankan perannya maka motivasi kerja akan semakin baik. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the process of updating voter list in the final voter list (DPT) in General Election 2019 in KPU Gorontalo Regency. This research is motivated by the findings of Election Supervisory Body (BAWASLU) regarding the existence of 1,013,366 double DPTs in 76 districts and cities. Another claim is also made by a special team formed by Prabowo-Sandiaga Uno regarding the findings of 8,145,713 double DPTs (kompas.com, September 12th, 2018). The Permanent Voters List (DPT) becomes the basis for citizens’ political participation in general election (Pemilu). Community political participation has a very important role for the development of democratic politics in every country. In the context of elections, voters change from citizen participations to supports for illegitimate power through election competition among election participants. As a result of the problem of DPT, at the time of recapitulation of the revised DPT (DPTHP), the problem of double DPT cannot be separated from the absence of a policy for protecting personal data. The contents of DPT related to the personal identity of population have not become an absolute priority for the state to provide protection. It is also the duty of each stakeholder for their protection policy, in addition accessing for the public to the voter list up to the polling station (TPS) level. The result of the study shows that the stages of updating voter data that occurred in Election 2019 are indeed a long stage. This happens with the recommendation from BAWASLU and the input and response to the Election Permanent Voters List 2019 from the stages so that an extension is carried out by Indonesian KPU in order to create accurate and accountable voter data. This research uses qualitative research method namely descriptive research which tends to use analysis. Process and meaning (subject perspective) are more prominent in qualitative research. To improve the quality of the voter list, it is necessary to have a more adequate system and competent human resources in processing the permanent voter list.

Abstract

The Prosperous Rice support program in Palopo City which has been going since 2017 based on the results of field observations and investigations from various information media portals, there are many weaknesses in service delivery, starting from the aspect of collecting data on recipients, inappropriate distribution time to the quality of rice which many people complain about. So it is necessary to evaluate public services by measuring the level of community satisfaction with prosperous rice services in Palopo City. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach with the total population in this study being all recipients of the Prosperous Rice (Rastra) 3,928 families in the 2021 fiscal year in Palopo City, with regional and accidental sampling techniques with a total of 186 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observations and documentation review and data analysis of Likert scale classification with interpretation criteria very satisfied, satisfied, quite satisfied, and dissatisfied. The results showed that the level of satisfaction was 81.45 or in the very satisfied category. This is by open statements and field observations that the community has received services that are under the 14 indicators of the community satisfaction survey.

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis strategi partai politik pengusung Prof.Nurdin Abdullah-Andi. Sudirman Sulaeman pada pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2018 di kota Makassar. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yang memberikan gambaran faktual mengenai peran partai politik pengusung Prof.Nurdin Abdullah-Andi. Sudirman Sulaeman pada pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2018 di kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran partai politik pengusung Prof.Nurdin Abdullah-Andi. Sudirman Sulaeman pada pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2018 di kota Makassar adalah strategi kampanye partai politik, yang meliputi pengumpulan data, perencanaan program, memetahkan strategi politik. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the dynamics that occur in the implementation of the independent candidate verification stages of the 2018 South Sulawesi Governor and Vice Governor elections. This research was carried out in South Sulawesi Province using qualitative research with descriptive analysis type. Determination of informants is done purposively. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and literature review. The data were analyzed using an institutional approach, concept of political dynamics, concept of electoral governance, and concept of the election of regional heads. The results of the study indicate that there are dynamics that occur in the verification of independent candidates for the 2018 South Sulawesi Governor and Vice Governor elections, such as when it is found that there is a mismatch in the number of KTP-EL support requirements with the results of administrative verification and factual verification results as well as the efforts of prospective independent candidates to fulfill the lack of required KTP-EL support requirements. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis dinamika-dinamika yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan tahapan verifikasi perseorangan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif analisis. Penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan kajian pustaka. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan institusional, konsep dinamika politik, konsep tata kelola pemilu, dan konsep pemilihan kepala daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dinamika yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan verifikasi calon perseorangan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2018, yaitu pada saat ditemukan ketidakcocokan jumlah syarat dukungan KTP-EL dengan hasil verifikasi administrasi dan hasil verifikasi faktual serta upaya bakal calon perseorangan dalam mencukupkan jumlah kekurangan syarat dukungan KTP- EL yang dibutuhkan.
