Abstract

Abstract- This research analyzes the influence of brand familiarity and perceived nostalgia on post-purchase intention, with perceived value as a moderating variable. Conducted on 146 respondents in Indonesia, it employs quantitative methods using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The findings indicate that brand familiarity and perceived nostalgia significantly impact post-purchase intention, as consumers tend to make repeat purchases when they feel familiar with a brand or experience nostalgia. However, perceived value does not always strengthen this relationship. Among the five tested hypotheses, three were approved, while two were rejected. The study emphasizes the importance of marketing strategies that leverage nostalgia and brand familiarity to enhance loyalty. However, the moderating role of perceived value requires further examination in different contexts. This research contributes to consumer loyalty theory, particularly in markets influenced by emotional factors. A key contribution of this study is the integration of perceived nostalgia as a central factor in shaping post-purchase intention, an area not widely explored in previous literature. Additionally, it investigates the moderating role of perceived value in the relationship between brand familiarity and nostalgia on post-purchase intention, offering insights into the emotional dynamics of consumer loyalty. The novelty of this research lies in combining nostalgia and brand familiarity while examining perceived value's moderating role in the Indonesian market, a relatively unexplored area. It also presents a PLS-SEM-based methodological approach to studying emotional factors in consumer behaviour. Keywords: Post-Purchase Intention; Perceived Nostalgia; Brand Familiarity; Perceived Value; Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract- Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMBs) in the modern digital age are under increasing pressure to innovate and adapt to the ever-shifting demands of consumers. Keeping up with the competition and remaining relevant in the market now requires digital transformation for MSMEs. This study's overarching goal is to learn how digital transformation has affected the efficiency and productivity of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Central Java, and how sustainability practices have played a key role in their meteoric rise to the top. Sales growth, market reach, and customer happiness are some of the main performance factors that this study aims to understand through the application of digital tools and sustainable practices. In this study, quantitative research methods were employed. The total sample is 221 respondents. Purposive random sampling is the method used for sampling. Analysis of variance in this research makes use of SEM-PLS, or Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares. According to the findings, digital transformation has a beneficial impact on the performance and agility of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME), and business sustainability also directly affects these metrics. Mediating the relationship between corporate sustainability and MSME performance, organizational agility was determined to be an important factor in increasing the efficacy of sustainable strategies. It appears that digital transformation may have an immediate effect on MSME performance independent of organizational agility, as the null hypothesis stating that agility mediates the connection between the two was not borne out. Abstract

Abstract- The digital era has transformed organizational dynamics, necessitating innovative work behavior (IWB) as a key driver of competitive advantage. This study systematically reviews the role of technology and organizational culture in shaping IWB, focusing on their interplay and implications for organizations. The objective is to understand how technological advancements influence IWB and how aspects of organizational culture can enhance or inhibit this behavior in the digital era. Despite the growing emphasis on IWB, there is limited understanding of how technology and organizational culture jointly influence it, creating gaps in both theory and practice. This paper integrates insights from diverse studies to highlight the synergy between technology and organizational culture, proposing that their interplay is pivotal for fostering IWB. A systematic review approach was employed, synthesizing findings from peer-reviewed articles, reports, and case studies to identify trends, relationships, and critical gaps. The findings reveal that technology facilitates IWB by enabling collaboration, real time decision-making, and innovative problem-solving. However, its potential is moderated by organizational culture factors such as leadership support, openness to change, and psychological safety significantly enhance or constrain IWB. The study identifies the need for a balanced approach that aligns technological capabilities with cultural readiness. This review underscores the interdependence of technology and organizational culture in fostering IWB and highlights critical gaps and future research opportunities. Addressing these gaps can guide organizations in effectively leveraging technology and culture to sustain innovation in the digital era. Abstract

Abstract- This study examines the influence of transformational leadership and digital work competence on employee agility through the mediating role of innovative work behavior among correctional institution employees in Central Java. In rapidly changing work environments, agility has become essential, particularly in public sector institutions characterized by rigid procedures and limited autonomy. Grounded in Work Adjustment Theory (P–E Fit), this study argues that leadership and digital competence may not directly enhance agility without the presence of innovative behavioral mechanisms. Using a quantitative approach and SEM–PLS with SmartPLS 4.0, data were collected from 50 correctional officers. The results reveal that digital work competence and transformational leadership do not have a direct significant effect on employee agility. Instead, both variables significantly influence innovative work behavior, which strongly predicts employee agility. Mediation analysis further shows that innovative work behavior provides full mediation in the relationships between transformational leadership and employee agility, as well as between digital work competence and employee agility. These findings underscore that innovation at the individual level is a critical pathway for developing agile employees in bureaucratic environments. The study contributes by highlighting innovation as a behavioral mechanism linking leadership and competence to agility and offers practical insights for fostering adaptive public-sector workforces. Abstract

Abstract- Indonesia’s e-commerce adoption continues to grow as consumers increasingly rely on digital platforms for transactional convenience. Shopee remains the most dominant marketplace in Indonesia, leading both market share and platform engagement. This study investigates how consumer privacy concern, online trust, and brand intimacy shape e-loyalty in the Shopee ecosystem. Additionally, the moderating role of need for relatedness is examined to understand individual differences in forming relational bonds with the platform. Using a survey of 225 Shopee users in Greater Jakarta and applying PLS-SEM, the findings demonstrate: (1) privacy concern negatively affects trust and intimacy, (2) trust positively influences intimacy and e-loyalty, (3) intimacy strongly predicts e-loyalty, and (4) need for relatedness strengthens the trust–intimacy relationship. The study offers theoretical advancement by integrating privacy, trust, and relational bonding theories in a marketplace context and highlights practical strategies for fostering customer loyalty through relational experiences. Keywords: Privacy Concern; Online Trust; Brand Intimacy; E-Loyalty; Need for Relatedness; Shopee.

Abstract

The urgency of this research lies in the fact that over the past decade, issues related to SMEs in Pamekasan have not been fully resolved. This contrasts with the government's current focus on the larger creative economy sector. This relates to the incomplete and uneven distribution of SME database (NIB) data collection. This fundamental problem impacts the ability of SMEs to move up a class to the difficulty of monitoring SMEs so that decision making becomes wrong/not in accordance with the target. The novelty of this study lies in the focus of research on database-based SMEs (NIB) problems by using QDA Miner Lite as an analysis and data processing tool. The study population was 107 with a sample of 39 SMEs using a purposive sampling technique. The type of qualitative research and research methods were interviews and field surveys. The results of the study indicate that Pamekasan SMEs whose NIB is problematic are caused by the SME factor not fully understanding how to update an inactive NIB, while for the most escalated SMEs, namely Pamekasan SMEs, their businesses continue to grow so they can survive in the existing competition to improve the regional economy. The implications of this research for the Pamekasan district government are to pay more attention to problematic SMEs in terms of NIB which is a regional government database so that it is easier to conduct evaluations, monitoring and implement escalation programs that are more targeted for the welfare of Pamekasan SMEs and improve the regional economy

Abstract

In a collaborative learning environment involving strategic alliances, the process of integration is critical. The main objective of this research is to conduct a comprehensive examination of dynamic integration capabilities (relationship capital, surfacing, joint learning structure, and knowledge acquisition), particularly in the context of learning within strategic alliances. This research is to answer how the public institution can stay competitive and improve their integration capability through strategic alliances in learning area specifically. This research is groundbreaking as it is the first to empirically examine all the learning framework’s constructs, which includes relationship capital, surfacing, joint learning structure, and knowledge acquisition, in relation to dynamic integration capability and strategic alliance performance at the same time. The research utilized a quantitative method. The seven-point Likert scale survey was conducted through online to 83 respondents from 83 strategic alliances within a public institution in Indonesia from November 2023 to June 2024. Additionally, open-answered interviews with some respondents were organized to deepen the understanding of research findings. The research reveals that dynamic integration capability has a positive correlation with the performance of strategic alliances. Furthermore, it indicates that all constructs within the learning framework significantly impact dynamic integration capabilities. Among these, the construct of knowledge acquisition shows the strongest correlation with dynamic integration capability. The knowledge acquisition has the most significant impact on dynamic integration capability and suggested that public institutions and strategic alliances are effectively promoting cooperation through joint research projects and other similar activities to stay competitive.
