Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer engagement, customer experience, and service innovation impact customer loyalty. This study employs quantitative research techniques, and SmartPLS 3.0 is used for data processing. Non-probability sampling is used with purposeful sampling media, and questionnaires with a linear scale are used to collect the data. The study's target audience consists of Indonesian citizens who are at least 18 years old, have smartphones with the Gojek app installed, and have used Gojek services at least once. 243 participants made up the study's sample size. According to the study's findings, efficiency and user-friendliness of the customer experience have a significant impact on how engaged customers are with Gojek, while service innovation and the sensory component of the customer experience do not. Customer engagement and user-friendliness of the customer experience do not significantly affect customer loyalty for Gojek, but service innovation and the sensory and efficiency of the customer experience do. According to the study's findings, businesses should concentrate more on enhancing service innovation, sensory quality, and efficiency in order to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Additionally, the Independent Entrepreneur Program (WMK) at Shipbuilding Institute of Polytechnic Surabaya (PPNS) organizers have not yet had a well-integrated information system to effectively and efficiently gather information for business performance assessments of the tenants. This research aims to develop a prototype of the Information System for Business Performance Assessment of WMK PBLT PPNS tenants using the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model. The result of this research is a prototype of the Information System for Business Performance Assessment of WMK PBLT PPNS tenants. Based on the EFQM assessment, the average total business performance assessment score obtained is 897, with the highest category being “Orientation on Integrated Quality Management” with a ratification score >800-1000. That indicates that the businesses run by the tenants have achieved optimal performance results. With this prototype, it is hoped to assist in the process of assessing tenant business performance more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of mediation of affective commitment, and work discipline on the effect of job stress on employee work attachment. This research was conducted at the Sugar Factory X in East Java, involving 158 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the results were analyzed using PLS software. The results of this study indicate that job stress does not have a significant effect on work attachment, but affective commitment and work discipline as full mediation on the effect of job stress on work attachment. In testing direct effects on other variables show that, job stress directly influences work discipline and affective commitment, while work discipline and affective commitment directly affect work attachment. This study places affective commitment, and work discipline as a variable for the pillar on the effect of job stress on employee work attachment. The important findings of this study are affective commitment and work discipline act as full mediation variables. That job stress is unable to play a role in efforts to improve employee work attachment unless there is a role in mediation from affective commitment variables and work discipline. The results strengthen the social exchange theory.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have created a new generation with new and distinct behaviors, particularly in terms of product or service consumption. Social media has evolved into a platform for consumers to share their product-consuming experiences by leaving evaluations based on perceived pleasure. Satisfied customers form attachments and closeness with the brand, resulting in a sense of love for it. Brand love stems from a brand's capacity to represent its customers, and it may also be evident in the visual compatibility between the two parties. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of visual congruence, self-expressive brand, on increasing e-WOM mediated by brand love especially among shoes consumers. This explanatory study used respondents from the sneakers-loving population. The purposive sampling technique is used. This research instrument was tested using PLS, validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The hypothesis was tested using the t-test. Data analysis technique using Path Analysis. This finding emphasizes the significance of Visual Congruence and Self-Expressive Brand in developing Brand Love and e-WOM, particularly for items that are closely tied to the manner of expression and social behavior of their customers.

Data collection for this research was carried out by distributing an online survey to 146 respondents. This study results that students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs is quite high, but there are obstacles, namely not having initial capital for the business, not having business talent, not having a business network and being afraid of taking the risk of going bankrupt. This research is very important for universities in preparing reliable human resources for entrepreneurship and also as a guide for the government in creating jobs and the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Further research can be carried out at various different campuses.
