Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine: win-win solutions and organizational productivity. This research is library research or library research. The data collection technique used is to find sources of reading both from books, articles, theses, dissertations and research reports. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using content analysis. The result of this study is that conflict can be positive or negative depending on how it is resolved. One way that can process and overcome my conflict becomes positive or negative based on how to resolve it, both in terms of technique and strategy. Win-win solution is a strategy that can be applied and used in conflict resolution within the organization so that organizational productivity is disrupted or decreased. The main purpose of a win-win strategy is to fix the problem, not to hurt one party. The use of this strategy is to hear each other's input from various perspectives, define basic issues and create an atmosphere of mutual trust between all involved. In all of these strategies the problem is solved for the common good, not the private interest. The result of this strategy is a solution for those involved in conflict because a win-win solution meets individual needs, common interests and strengthens the relationship of all parties. Win win solutions can work efficiently if all parties work together to resolve conflicts that exist in the midst of the organization.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak to date has had a significant impact on the world of education, so the majority of schools in Indonesia are still using online learning systems. The implications of several policies that have been set by the government regarding the learning system during the pandemic, require schools to support online learning. Based on these problems, this study was made to determine learning management during the pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative research using the descriptive method in which the search for source information and data collection is done by interview and documentation method. Based on interviews conducted with several teachers of SMAS Muhammadiyah Tanjung Redeb, it can be concluded that in the learning process, the use of the right method is a must or an absolute thing that must be done in order to achieve learning objectives. Meanwhile, online learning can be done through various learning applications. The use of the correct method combined with the right strategy will make the learning implementation strategy work as expected. In addition, obstacles in learning occur if there are obstacles to the learning process, especially from human factors (teachers and students), institutional factors (classrooms), and educational factors (lack of teaching materials). Furthermore, the measure of the success of the learning process is through effective learning, which includes several factors such as available media resources, high learning motivation, student activities, smooth network access, task results, sufficient materials, and supportive locations.

Abstract

Islamic education financial management must be the concentration of the school in meeting the financing needs of the education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction and the interests or expectations of students' guardians in the service and financial management of Islamic education at SMA Cendekia to evaluate future development. The method used in this study is a mix method with a sequential explanatory strategy, namely by conducting a quantitative analysis of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to find the level of importance and performance of school financial management then the findings are analyzed using qualitative methods to produce research conclusions. The results showed; (1) It is important for schools to communicate with student guardians, alumni, and the community in assisting the fulfillment of funding sources. (2) The importance of paying attention and understanding the financial problems experienced by students. From these two findings, it is hoped that schools can build collaboration with more active and creative committees to help communicate financial issues to achieve quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Pondok Pesantren Bali Bina Insani dan tantangan beserta hambatan dalam mengembangkan pendidikan Islamnya dan mempertahankan eksistensinya di tengah masyarakat non-muslim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diuji menggunakan metode triangulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubarman berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran pendidikan (marketing education) yang dilakukan Pesantren Bali Bina Insani dalam mendapatkan santri di lembaganya adalah melalui sebar brosur, spanduk, sosialisasi ke sekolah dan kampung muslim di Bali, serta memanfaatkan iklan di media sosial, namun yang jauh lebih penting adalah menjaga citra baik pesantren sehingga dari mulut ke mulut akan tersyiar keberadaan dan eksistensi pesantren. Dan faktor pendukung diantaranya adanya organisasi wali santri yang semangat turut syiar dan sosialisasi, tantangannya yaitu semakin banyak sekolah Islam di denpasar menyebabkan turunnya kuantitas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen program Gerbang yang ada di Pondok Pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadha mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pada tingkat wustha. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah semua data terkumpul, peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan musyrif bermusyawarah untuk menentukan tujuan program, bentuk kegiatan yang ada dalam program, target pembelajaran, dan sasaran kegiatan terbelih dahulu sebelum menjalankan program. dalam pelaksanaan program. Pada tahap pelaksanaan musyrif mengerjakan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing seperti yang sudah diputuskan pada tahap perencanaan yaitu menjalankan program masing-masing sesuai dengan bidang keahlian yang dimiliki. Pada tahap evaluasi terbagi menjadi bulanan dan mingguan yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dan musyrif dan hasil rapat evaluasi program dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk langkah selanjutnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the planning and actuating of management in the intensive Arabic program for religion specialization as the MAN-PK stub of MAN 2 Kota Malang and to analyze the supporting factors and obstacles found in the process while running the program. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data obtained by observation and interviews were then analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are; (1) planning management program is carried out properly in accordance with the objectives of the program; (2) supporting teachers used strategies that accordance with planning and objectives in implementing the program; (3) the majority of students have the same orientation even though some students think to change their specialization is one of the obstacles in this intensive Arabic language program.

Abstract

The development of talents and interests are very essential factor in determining the success of education. One of goals of Creative Student Day program is to create the student being creative. Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah Darul Muta'allimin in the context of developing the talents and interests of the students also made a Creative Student Day program or also known as the santri musabaqah such as calligraphy, speech in three languages, fahmil Qur'an, and reading the yellow book. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Creative Student Day program in developing the talents and interests of students at Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah Darul Mut'allimin Tanah Merah Aceh Singkil. This study utilizes descriptive qualitative research methods using observation, documentation, and interviews. The Creative Student Day program has succeeded in developing talents therefore students have competitiveness, hone skills, and achievements when participating in competitions.

Abstract

Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) are performance measures to create an adaptive university with more concrete outcomes. This policy accelerates the implementation of the MBKM Program. Universities are required to implement a curriculum adapted to MBKM to achieve IKU-2. The Universitas Palangka Raya is not optimal in IKU-2, which is still below the standard of 0.05% (9/16,920) in 2020 and 1.89% (250/13,207) in 2021. The Biology Education Study Program as one of the Study Programs those who contribute to IKU-2 certainly need a strategy to increase IKU-2 achievements in the MBKM Program. This research is a qualitative research. Respondents totaled 30 people consisting of Head of Study Program, Students, Lecturers and Staff of Biology Education. Data collection was carried out by means of semi-structured interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using SWOT and QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, an alternative strategy was obtained to increase IKU-2 achievements, namely the strategy of integrating the MBKM program with lecturer project research assistance activities.

Abstract

The educational process, of course, requires adequate facilities or infrastructure. If the school has facilitated by providing infrastructure to support learning, then both teachers and students will be able to utilize and optimize the learning process and training activities at school. This study aims to determine the implementation of the utilization of facilities and infrastructure in learning and training in robotic activities at MAN 1 Kediri City. MAN 1 Kota Kediri is one of the madrasahs that organizes superior skills. With the complete facilities and infrastructure in MAN 1 Kota Kediri, it will be easier to improve the quality of academic and non-academic learning. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data taken through interviews, observation, and documentation. One of the superior skills in MAN 1 Kota Kediri is robotics. This skill is still quite new but is in demand by many students. The results of the management of facilities and infrastructure for MAN 01 Kota Kediri run effectively and efficiently. The impact of the management of facilities and infrastructure is that learning programs and extra robotic programs can run well. Several achievements and trophies from the extra robotic program were achieved from competitions that were participated in at both regional and national levels.

Abstract

The implementation of counseling guidance obtained by students from educators is expected to increase their trust and devotion to Allah Swt by teaching the principles and guidance contained in the Qur'an and Hadith. Researchers use a type of literature review research. The method used is the thematic tafsir method (maudhu'i). The implementation is to improve the management of counseling guidance implementation by applying Islamic values in the implementation of schedules, availability of infrastructure, and administration of counseling guidance services. The results of the study found that the values that can be applied in the management of counseling guidance implementation are the values of muamalah, akhlakul karimah, and amaliah in the implementation of counseling guidance schedules in the classroom face-to-face once a week. The value of honor in the availability of counseling guidance service infrastructure. The value of mu’awanah and the value of tawhid in finding symptoms of problematic students, causes, and solutions, and the value of trust in the administration of counseling guidance services
