Abstract

Islamic law is basically a universal law that can be applied without being constrained by time. The elasticity of Islamic law provides answers to every phenomenon that arises so that Islamic law will always be relevant to be applied anytime and anywhere and there is no doubt that Islamic law is eternal. Lately there are many alternative treatments commonly called hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is a method of treatment using hypnotic patterns. Hypnotherapy in its development continues to undergo modifications from its practitioners, because each hypnotherapist has values that make it unique. The review of Islamic law on hypnotherapy contracts aims to find out the truth about the practice of hypnotherapy, especially in the PPT Counseling and Psychotherapy Clinic in Yogyakarta. In this study using qualitative methods with data collection through interviews and documentation. The primary informants in the study were hypnotherapists and clients who had undergone hypnotherapy. The data obtained is then analyzed by relating it to Islamic law. The application of the contract in hypnotherapy at the PPT Counseling and Psychotherapy Clinic in the Yogyakarta area does not violate sharia principles. This is because the contract that occurs in hypnotherapy is fulfilled properly. In addition, there is no element of coercion at all, because the hypnotherapy they undergo requires a voluntary state from the client to facilitate the hypnotherapy process

Islamic education should provide young Muslims with the opportunity to learn about their religion. The meaning of education is to develop physical and spiritual potential to obtain certain values and norms. These educational activities can take place in a family, school, or community. The family, school and community are environments that can shape human character. While these three factors influence each other, parenting has the greatest impact on children's education. These three dimensions, if based on human understanding of religion through their respective identities in their respective religions, will increasingly direct the development of this era to be more advanced.

Abstract

In Islamic inheritance, the process of determining the heirs is carried out before the distribution of inheritance. The categories of heirs are grouped based on their status and kinship to the heirs. Ashobah is a group of heirs who are understood as recipients of the remaining assets. However, the ashobah heirs do not always receive the rest of the property, but the ashobah group can also not get an inheritance at all. This study aims to describe the theory and practice of determining Ashli heir ashobah based on the concept of syajarotul mirats. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of library research. All the data collected were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study explain that the heirs of ashobah in getting an inheritance are between three possibilities. First, ashobah gets all the inheritance. Second, ashobah get the rest of the inheritance after the ashabul furudh group. Third, ashobah does not inherit at all. Furthermore, there is only one heir who becomes ashobah and there cannot be two ashobah. In the concept of syajarotul mirats, all types of ashobah are judged based on jihhah, qorobah and quwwatul qorobah on the bunuwah, ubuwah, ukhuwah and 'umumah lines.

Abstract

The materialists tried to convince others that the cause of the growth and prevalence of materialism during the 18th and 19th centuries was the emergence of scientific theories and that it was the spread of science and technology that resulted in humanity being attracted in that direction. Muthahhari rejected this view. The growth of science or education has nothing to do with materialism. Materialism took the form of a school of thought during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. It was then that materialist ideas took the form of ideologies and many embraced them eagerly.
