Abstract

Abstract

This article argues that currently the Indonesian Muslim community is experiencing degradation in understanding Islam not only as an an sich religion. Islam has not been a driving factor for social change in aspects of national and state life. This study uses content analysis and comparative methods. Researchers conduct a study of texts related to Transformative Islam and then study various social events related to Transformative Islam. The research findings show that Islamic teachings in Indonesia have not become values ​​and ethos that encourage social change, unity and civic life, and are factors that support progressivity in the life of the nation and state. The researcher recommends that Muslims revisit the idea of ​​Transformative Islam in order to re-mainstream Islam as liberation, criticism and at the same time social change.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effectiveness of implementing standard clauses in the management of the Jombang Plantkringan cafe from an Islamic business law perspective. This research uses empirical juridical research methods with a conceptual approach, and data collection uses observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and library data. The data obtained was then analysed using inductive and descriptive methods. Based on the research results, it was found that: 1) the effectiveness of the application of standard clauses in the management of Cafe Plantkringan Jombang has been effective. 2) The application of standard clauses in Cafe Plantkringan has not been effective because Cafe Plantkringan has not implemented the principle of Al-Hurriyah (freedom).

Abstract

Islamic education, as an effort to improve the quality of human resources, is an important sector that needs attention in supporting the achievement of national development goals. Through Islamic education, it is hoped that quality individuals can be formed who are able to contribute to achieving national development targets. Bearing in mind that national development requires superior human resources, both in general science and religion, attention, management and utilization of these human resources must be carried out optimally. In this research, the author formulates the problem: Is there a role for personnel management in improving the quality of Islamic education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'arif NU 08 Mataram Baru East Lampung in the 2022/2023 academic year? The aim of this research is to determine the role of personnel management in improving the quality of Islamic education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'arif NU 08 Mataram Baru East Lampung in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research sample included all teachers, staff and employees of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'arif NU 08 Mataram Baru, totaling 42 people. To collect the necessary data, the author used several methods, including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. After the data was collected, the author analyzed it using the Contingency Coefficient Correlation formula. Based on data analysis from research results, it was found that there is a role between personnel management and the quality of Islamic education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'arif NU 08 Mataram Baru East Lampung in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

The epistomological concept of sharia marketing is sharia-driven (driven by sharia from legal sources) which is oriented towards meeting consumers' needs and desires and creating value for them as long as it does not conflict with the main source in Islam, namely the Al-Qur'an. an and Hadith. This research aims to determine the management of Safira Laundry in Kayen Village, Diwek District and the Sharia Marketing Perspective on Safira Laundry Management in Kayen Village, Diwek District. This research uses empirical juridical research methods with a conceptual approach. The analysis technique uses inductive and descriptive methods, and data collection is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of management in the Safira Laundry business is very good with a purification stage that is in accordance with sharia and is also continuously supervised by the business owner.

Abstract

Fruit is one of the items that is widely sold on the market and fruit is also a profitable trade. However, fruit has a drawback, namely that the quality of the fruit itself does not last long or rots quickly. The management used at the shop is to minimize losses due to fruit that is not suitable for consumption so that it becomes processed and gets a high selling price, namely by reprocessing it into juice, fried foods and chili sauce. This research aims to: (1) find out and examine the management of the Musliha fruit shop in Krian Sidoarjo regarding processed fruit products that use fruit that is less suitable for consumption, (2) examine the review of sharia business law on the management of the Musliha fruit shop in Krian Sidoarjo regarding processed products fruit that uses fruit is less suitable for consumption. This research is empirical juridical research, with a conceptual approach and analyzed using inductive and descriptive methods. Primary legal materials from observations, interviews, documentation, library data. Secondary law is obtained from books, journals and related literature. The results of the research show that the Musliha Fruit Shop's management of fruit that is not suitable for consumption has been running well and in accordance with sharia principles and social responsibility. This shows that the shop has implemented business practices that comply with sharia law principles, which include halal products, fairness in business and social responsibility. By continuing to maintain and improve the quality of products and services, Musliha Fruit Shop can continue to develop and make a positive contribution to the surrounding environment. This evaluation not only provides an overview of product halalness and fairness in business, but also about the shop's social responsibility in the context of sharia law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas lebih dalam mengenai penerapan mata pelajaran Aswaja di MI AL-Falah Kuncung Banyuarang Ngoro Jombang pembelajaran agama yang butuh ditanamkan kepada para murid supaya tidak terjerumus dalam pergaulan yang menyimpang diera kemajuan globalisasi sekarang.Dalam hal ini seorang guru pembelajaran agama Islam sangat berarti kedudukannya dalam membentuk kepribadian muridnya dengan baik tanpa mengesampingkan norma-norma agama. Ajaran Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah atau biasanya disingkat dengan kata ASWAJA oleh kalangan Nahdliyin (NU) dikira cocok dengan Islam Indonesia,sebab didalamnya terdapat ajaran mengenai prinsip-prinsip,nilai-nilai aswaja seperti Tawassuth (mooderat) ,Tawasun (balance atau seimbang),Ta`adhul (adil),Tasamuh (toleransi). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan mata pelajaran Aswaja di MI AL-Falah kuncung sudah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran yang telah dibuat. Abstract

As a legitimate method of exchange, securities play a significant role in the commerce and economic sectors. The purpose of this study is to examine the composition and operation of securities in connection with their application as evidence of debt recognition or ownership. In order to understand the legal aspects of securities and their function in promoting transaction efficiency, a study was carried out on a variety of securities, including checks, money orders, bonds, stocks, demand deposits, and others. The study's findings demonstrate that securities serve as both legitimate proof and legal assurances for the parties concerned. Securities are therefore a crucial tool for establishing legal certainty and security in commercial operations.

Abstract

The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Indonesia is one of the important aspects in company management that focuses not only on financial profit, but also on contributing to social and environmental welfare. This article aims to analyze the implementation of CSR in Indonesia from a legal perspective, by highlighting the regulations that govern and their implementation in the business world. This study uses a normative approach by analyzing applicable laws and regulations, such as Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and other related regulations, as well as their implementation by companies in Indonesia. In addition, this article also discusses the challenges and obstacles faced by companies in carrying out their social responsibilities, as well as how CSR contributes to sustainable development and community welfare. The results of the study show that although there are regulations that require companies to implement CSR, there is still a misalignment in the implementation between large and small companies, as well as a lack of supervision of effective CSR implementation. Therefore, there needs to be an effort to increase legal awareness and strengthen the supervision mechanism to ensure that CSR provides maximum positive impacts on society and the environment.

Abstract

Abstrak Materi akhlak yang eksis diajarkan di pondok pesantren diantaranya keutamaan ilmu, keutamaan belajar, keutamaan menyebarluaskan ilmu (mengajarkannya), adab (akhlak) pelajar terhadap dirinya sendiri, adab pelajar terhadap pendidik/orang yang berilmu, adab seorang pelajar terhadap ilmu yang dipelajarinya. Adab orang yang berilmu terhadap dirinya sendiri. Adab pendidik/orang yang berilmu dalam proses belajar-mengajar. adab seorang guru kepada murid-muridnya dan adab terhadap kitab. Materi-materi tesebut banyak tertuang di dalam kitab yang ditulis oleh para ulama diantaranya KH Hasyim Asy‟ari dalam kitabnya adabul alim wal muta‟alim. Pondok pesantren yang mengajarkan kitab tersebut dan mengamalkannya diantaranya adalah Mts madrasatul Qur`an. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui : penerapan kitab Adabul „Alim Wal Muta‟alim sebagai pembinaan akhlak al-karimah siswa Mts madrasatul Qur`an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adanya inovasi guru menerapkan nilai kitab Adabul ‘Alim wal Muta’allim dalam pembelajaran atau kegiatan sehari-hari dengan metode keteladanan (uswah hasanah).
