Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of a method of learning in the ability of the students write the text of anecdotes private Madrasah Aliyah Depok city .The influence of the motivation to study write the text of anecdotes students in the ability of the private Madrasah Aliyah Depok city .The influence of interactive method of learning and the motivation to study write the text of anecdotes students in the ability of the private Madrasah Aliyah Depok city .Research methods that were used is the experimental methods are .It is a whole research population in a student of class x ma private in Sukmajaya Depok city, namely Madrasah Aliyah Nur Al Zahrah and Madrasah Aliyah Al Jihad in the academic year 2016-2017, where the capacity of each individual class between the 34-40 students. While the total sample that is the draw (parallel from the total number of classrooms to school population) 65 students .The research results show: 1) Significant influence in the ability of the method of learning write the text of anecdotes students MA Nur Al Zahrah. 2) Significant influence in the ability of the the motivation to study write the text of anecdotes students in MA Nur Al Zahrah. 3) There are the influence of the interaction that significant a method of learning and the motivation to study of the ability of students write the text of anecdotes MA Nur Al Zahrah. The impact of this method that is obtained from the teaching process increases significantly every aspects of attention , active, exited , and conducive students toward the direction of the better. To motivate your students in order to want to write the text of anecdotes through a method of interactive learning and so students can be more active in developing ideas in writing text anecdote.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and examine whether the use of modules in digital systems courses can improve students' understanding of concept skills. The population in this study was R2X class students who took digital systems courses in the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year at the Unindra Informatics study program. This research is in the form of classroom action research in two cycles to improve students' understanding of concept skills in digital systems courses using modules. Each cycle goes through stages: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation of actions, 3) Evaluation, 4) Reflection. The instruments in this study were observation sheets and student exercises. Observation results show that the use of modules in lectures can facilitate students in increasing their conceptual understanding abilities. The curves of each activity indicator to facilitate students in improving conceptual abilities are always rising. While the average results of understanding students' concepts increase each cycle of action.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of employee class for learning English to be used as a reference for curriculum development and making syllabus for English for Specific Purposes (ESP). This study identified students’ motivations, constraints faced by the students and the needs for learning English based on four basic language skills. This research uses descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 159 respondents from first semester students of the 2018/2019 academic year at one of the private university in the East Jakarta. They are generally aged 21-29 years with the last education of vocational schools and have jobs as private employees. The identification of their language skill shows that generally the respondents have English basic skill. Analysis of questionnaire data states that students' motivation in learning English is to improve academic grades and be able to speak English. While their main constraints are limited vocabulary and not understanding English grammar. The results of needs analysis concluded that students need English to understand texts and instructions along with to obtain information that is useful for their studies.

Abstract

Changes in behavior are one of the goals of the education process. Behavior in Islam is called Akhlaq. Akhlaq in Indonesian is called character, where human behavior can be formed through the process of education in order to become a better person. Not only formal-based education there is also non-formal education and this is usually often held in mosques. Besides being used as a place of worship, a mosque can also be used as a place of religious study, the aim of which is to provide an understanding of Islamic values that are minimal in formal schools. The purpose of religious knowledge is conveyed to make children have a good personality that is akhlakul karimah. The morals of children are fostered and enhanced through mosque-based education where the material is about religion taught in the mosque. This writing uses qualitative research, because research is based on field observations. The purpose of writing is making children want to learn the science of religion which is held in a regular mosque. This kind of education is usually called Madrasah Diniyah or religious school.

Abstract

The emergence of technology has shown a significant impact on changing human patterns. Whether it's a negative or positive impact on the use of smartphones. Judging from the impact of using a smartphone, it turns out to have a positive effect if used as a learning medium. A combination of technology and new learning media that are needed by kindergarten schools that can help teachers deliver material on vocabulary to know the names of animals. In designing learning media applications to know the names of animals created using the method of working with waterfall and assisted with the java android programming language with the target output that will be achieved from this design is a prototype in the form of an application to recognize the names of animals in the form of learning media in TK NEGERI JAGAKARSA 01 Android-based. With this application, it is expected to be able to assist teachers in utilizing learning media to improve students' ability to absorb material given by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning styles on the ability to think critically mathematics, the influence of learning habits of critical thinking skills of mathematics, and the influence of interaction of learning styles and habits of critical thinking skills of mathematics. The research method used is expose facto method with two way ANOVA, with the number of samples as many as 90 people. The instrument used is the instrument of learning style questionnaire and learning readiness and essay in understanding the concept of mathematics. From this research, it can be concluded that: (1) There is significant influence of Learning Style to Student's Creative Thinking Ability, (2) There is a significant influence of Learning Habit to Student's Creative Thinking Ability, (3) There is no significant effect of Style Interaction and Learning Habits of Student Maths Creative Thinking Ability. The implication of this research is that there is no influence of students 'learning styles and students' learning habits on the ability to think creatively math significantly. Thoroughly creative thinking ability of math students who learn with visual learning styles, audio and kinesthetic learning styles do not differ much, it's just kinesthetic learning style more dominate well. So to strengthen kinestetik learning style with high learning habits in teaching and learning activities, so that students can be more leverage in understanding the concept of mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of character education on students' self-concepts at SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok. The method used in this study is to use correlational surveys with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. While the sample of this study were 100 students at SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok. Hypothesis testing analysis using linear regression test, with the results of the hypothesis test there is the influence of character education on the formation of students' self-concept. From the results of the study have an impact on an increase in character education when the tacher give the lesson in class as an effort to form positive self concept of students.

Abstract

Number sense merupakan suatu rasa intuitif seseorang untuk dapat menaksir bilangan, mampu mendeteksi kesalahan dalam suatu perhitungan, dan teliti dalam menghitung. Number sense yang baik diperlukan sebagai faktor penunjang aktivitas sehari-hari. Number sense tidak hanya dalam mengenal tetapi juga terampil dalam berhitung. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa siswa belum peka terhadap keteraturan bilangan beserta operasinya, sehingga komponen number sense  tentang pemahaman dan keterampilan mengenai bilangan juga kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) dengan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi bilangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan number sense yang valid. Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) ini ditujukan kepada siswa SMP Kelas VII. Pengembangan LKS ini dilakukan berdasarkan pada model Plomp (preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment phase). Kualitas produk yang dikembangkan mengacu pada bukti validitas isi. Validator terdiri dari 2 dosen Pendidikan Matematika. Bukti validitas LKS menunjukkan skor sebesar 3,395 dengan kategori valid dan tidak perlu direvisi. Namun untuk lebih menyempurnakan produk, revisi tetap dilakukan berdasarkan saran dan komentar validator. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika pada materi bilangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning methods with CTL on student mathematics learning outcomes, to determine the effect of students' self-concepts on student learning outcomes in mathematics, and to determine the effect of the interaction of learning methods with CTL and self-concepts. The experimental method was used in this study, which was located at Uswatun Hasanah Middle School in 2019, with 60 students being sampled, including 30 control class students and 30 experimental class students. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the sample. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics such as finding mean, median, mode, standard deviation, and inferential statistics, which is to find coefficients. The results showed: There is an influence of learning methods with CTL on student mathematics learning outcomes, there is an effect of students 'Self Concepts on student learning outcomes in mathematics, and there is an interaction of learning methods with CTL methods and students' Self Concepts on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan pembelajaran menulis teks berbentuk procedure dengan model pembelajaran  Make a match  di kelas VIII SMPN 10 Depok. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII.A pada semester 1. Objek penelitian adalah perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan proses penilaian dalam pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur dengan model pembelajaran make a match . Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) perencanaan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran make a match  yang telah direncanakan oleh guru telah memenuhi standar pelaksanaan yang ditentukan. Keberhasilan perencanaan pembelajaran dapat diperhatikan dari terpenuhinya keseluruhan sintak atau prosedur standar penyusunan langkah persiapan/perencanaan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran make a match . (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru dan siswa, guru dapat dikategorikan berhasil menerapkan model tersebut untuk menulis teks  berbentuk procedure. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model make a match  learning dapat diperhatikan dengan membandingkan langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru sebagaimana kegiatan pembelajaran dengan sintak pembelajaran. (3) Guru telah mampu menerapkan proses penilaian model pembelajaran make a match dalam menulis teks berbentuk procedure secara baik dan sesuai dengan sintak yang sudah ditetapkan dan mampu memenuhi kriteria penilaian yang dicantumkan di dalam RPP yang disusun sebelumnya.
