Upaya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi sejalan dengan tujuan Kemendikbud dalam penyempurnaan kurikulum yang tertuang dalam kurikulum 2013. Pada pelaksanaannya mengharuskan guru untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hasil pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan selama ini. Penilaian keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran tersebut dapat dilihat dari kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) siswa. Evaluasi juga harus dilakukan pada gaya belajar siswa yang beragam. Dengan mengetahui gaya belajar siswa, guru dapat menyiapkan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan memudahkan siswa menyerap informasi secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir tinggi mahasiswa calon guru matematika ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 orang mahasiswa Universitas Indraprasta PGRI semester V yang terdiri dari subjek bergaya belajar visual, auditori dan kinestetik yang masing-masing diwakili oleh 2 orang. Teknik analiis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, kategorisasi, sintesisasi, dan penyusunan hipotesis kerja.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subjek bergaya belajar visual mampu memenuhi kemampuanmenganalisis 100%, aspek mengevaluasi 87,5% dan aspek mengkreasi 37,5%. Subjek bergaya belajar auditori mampu memenuhi aspek menganalisis 87,5%, aspek mengevaluasi 87,5% dan aspek mengkreasi 25%. Subjek bergaya belajar kinestetik mampu memenuhi aspek menganalisis 100%, aspek mengevaluasi 12,5% dan pada aspek mengkreasi 25%

Pemanfaatan e-learning pada pembelajaran di Prodi PGSD STKIP Modern Ngawi dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran mahasiswa dalam pemahaman materi perkuliahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan keefektifan media e-learning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada mata kuliah konsep dasar IPS yang ditunjukkan melalui hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020 dengan melibatkan 50 mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Modern Ngawi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif untuk melihat signifikansi dan keefektifan, yaitu Paired Sample t Test dan Gain Score. Media e-learning STKIP Modern Ngawi terbukti signifikan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada mata kuliah konsep dasar IPS dengan nilai gain sebesar 0,712

Sebagian orang berpendapat bahasa Inggris dianggap sesuatu yang menakutkan. Akan tetapi, saat ini bahasa Inggris sangat dibutuhkan baik secara aktif dan pasif. Sehingga pembelajaran bahasa Inggris memiliki suatu kurikulum dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Bahkan setiap individu harus berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris dalam setiap kesempatan. Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berlatih secara berulang. Dan untuk hasil yang lebih maksimal dibutuhkan media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang sifatnya interaktif. Hal ini yang diperlukan oleh anak-anak usia sekolah menengah pertama di panti asuhan Abigail. Dengan demikian tujuan dalam penulisan ini adalah untuk merancang media visual interactive maps sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah media interactive maps dibuat dengan gambar dan bentuk yang menarik bisa digunakan sebagai media edukasi bagi usia sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian & pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kritis. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu penganalisisan, perencanaan, pengembangan, pengimplementasian, dan pengevaluasian, namun penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap pengimplementasian. Instrumen tes yang dikembangkan berupa soal uraian berjumlah lima butir soal kemudian divalidasi sebanyak dua kali, yaitu validasi isi dan validasi empiris. Pada validasi isi diperoleh rata-rata nilai butir soal tes sebesar 3,30, sedangkan pada validasi empiris menunjukkan kelima butir soal dikategorikan valid dengan nilai koefisien Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,67. Hasil implementasi tes menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa sebesar 9,71 dari 20,00 ( ) dengan nilai tertinggi 20,00 dan nilai terendah 1,00. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa masih tergolong rendah

Microscope is the main tool to make observation and research in the field of science, because it can be used to make small objects look great observation. Faced with the limitation of learning tools, the teachers are required to have creativity assemble instructional media if not yet available. As an alternative to microscopy, performed a simple microscope manufacture with an android smartphone and used as a learning tool in the observation of onion cells. To determined the success of the manufacture and use of the simple microscope was conducted research to students of class VII as many 2 class of 50 students at Trisoko Junior School in East Jakarta. After seeing of a demonstration steps to create and used with an android smartphone, the students can immediately practice making and using it. The result showed that overall students managed to make a microscope with the help of an android smartphone with skill and neatness.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship and influence of understanding mathematical concepts with mathematical reasoning in learning matrix on grade XI of senior high school. In this study the survey method was conducted using random sampling. The scores were obtained from the 54 students' understanding and mathematical reasoning tests. Based on SPSS calculations 20. Correlation coefficient between the understanding of mathematical concepts with mathematical reasoning is 0.695, meaning a strong relationship. The significance value is 0,000 <0,005 which means that it is significant. The regression equation is = -0,989 + 9,71, if there is no concept understanding then mathematical reasoning is negative. The regression coefficient X value of 9.71 states that each addition of one value to the understanding of mathematical concepts will increase mathematical reasoning by 9.71. From the data and analysis above, it is shown that there is a significant relationship between understanding concepts and students' mathematical reasoning on the matrix material, indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.695, which means a strong relationship, sig. 0,000 <0.005 that means significant.

This research intends to create a letter and number recognition application for kindergarten with a realistic approach using Android. The outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic has resulted online learning from the level of kindergarten to college students. The research method used was RnD (Research and Development) using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) approach. This research has come to the stage of limited trial. The result of this research was the analysis stage, in which the researcher conducted a needs analysis at the research location, kindergartens in Jakarta. The design stage where the researcher created a design of the application and what buttons were needed in the screen display. The development stage where the researcher created an application that was ready to be tested in a simple and limited way to be able to see the inputs, advantages and disadvantages in the application. The next stage was an evaluation by creating improvements based on apkar input and the results of limited trials carried out at the implementation stage

This study analyzes the learning of the Whole of Government through online classes at Latsar CPNS from Home during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Financial Training Center. The method used is quasi experiment. The results of the study are as follows: the average post-test score of the class is 92 or very satisfactory, the highest score per participant with a score of 100 or very satisfying and the lowest is 81 or satisfying. The learning action plan is able to convey material up to 81% -95%. The disadvantages of online learning are the lack of understanding of the material and the constraint of unstable internet connections, while the strengths are interesting, fun, sharpening your dexterity in searching and finding answers. Suggestions for improvement are to add to the discussion of learning material, the form of questions with right-wrong answer choices be replaced by multiple choices, and reduce the number of post-test questions. In general online learning is considered positive and effective by participants so that it can be continued both during the pandemic and the new normal.

The principal as a leader must be able to increase empowerment and guidance for teachers through improving human resource management. Therefore the principal has the obligation and responsibility to develop teacher competence. This study aims to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the principal's leadership in building up teacher social competence. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci using descriptive qualitative research methods with case study research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data presentation analysis technique started from the collection of all data from observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Then it was followed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions drawn. While the data validity test used data triangulation. The results of this study indicated that: 1) Guidance in communication and socializing effectively in SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci was good enough with the implementation of picket sympathy for all school elements. 2) The development of school and community relationship management and taking an active role in the community was good enough with the implementation of synergy-building guidance for teachers at SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. 3) Guidance in preparing teachers as agents of social change was good enough with the existence of MGMP guidance for all school elements in SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in developing teacher competence in SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci was the lack of initiative of the principal and teacher awareness in providing guidance to improve social competence for teachers.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of pedagogic competence, compensation, and discipline on the performance of junior high school teachers in South Jakarta. The method used in this study was quantitative using the survey method with multiple linear regression. This research was conducted from September 2018 to February 2019. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents who were junior high school teachers in South Jakarta. Based on the research results, it was obtained that a correlation value of 0.902, it indicated a very strong correlation coefficient value, the value of the termination coefficient was 81.4%. The value of the regression equation was Y = 13.41 + 0.723X1 + 0.048X2 + 0.153X3, it indicated the direction of the regression equation was positive. Hypothesis testing results obtained F value counting 116.55 where it was > 0.05, this indicated that there was a joint influence of the variables of Professional Competence, Compensation, and Discipline on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in South Jakarta.
