Abstract

Studying the effects of MSMEs' financial literacy and inclusion on their performance in Kota Pari Village, PantaiCermin District, SerdangBedagai Regency was the focus of this research. The research is aimed squarely at the SME sector. Financial literacy and financial inclusion, which have been shown to boost MSMEs' productivity, will be the focus of this research. This study employs a descriptive, quantitative method based on multiple linear regression analysis techniques to examine the data. Thirty micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) players made up the research samples. It is hoped that the findings of this study would increase financial literacy and promote financial inclusion in Kota Pari Village, PantaiCermin District, SerdangBedagai Regency, so that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the area can maximize their performance. The study found that a positive and substantial influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs was present at a total percentage of 48.2%.

Abstract

(Thematic Field Practice/PLT) is a required course for students of English Literature. This PLT implementation is a forum for each student to apply and improve the knowledge they have acquired in the fields of English Literature and Musical Arts in their community. In particular, through PLT he targets Sunday school children and youth in HKBP Parmonangan.This research can be classified as a type of descriptive research using qualitative methods, judging by the scope and results to be achieved. The survey was conducted with teenagers and Sunday school children from HKBP Parmonangan Church on Jl. Surya No. 12, Ex. IndraKasih Medan Tembung, North Sumatra. The activities of the author are as follows. (Thematic Field Practice/PLT) is a compulsory subject for students majoring in English Literature. The implementation of this PLT is a forum for all students to apply and enhance the knowledge gained in the field of English Literature to the community, especially Sunday School children at HKBP Parmonangan through the PLT. Based on the results of the discussion and on the data obtained from the actual work at the HKBP Parmonangan Church, the authors can make conclusions and recommendations that may be useful to all parties involved. deal with a problem, namely: Students learn more and can understand faster when they enter the world of work directly, Practical students acquire a wide range of knowledge in industrial practice, both theoretically and practically, Being able to know how to solve various problems directly, efficiently and effectively because they are linked to existing systems reduces errors and Can know how to work together between developers, distribution of tasks, means of communication and kinship created in PLT.

Abstract

This study's objective was to identify and analyze sustainable economic growth through the strengthening of digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs for MSME actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Province. In addition, economic growth is the process of changing a nation's economic conditions in a sustainable fashion towards a more prosperous state for all its citizens over time. In an effort to increase economic growth, the government has promoted the spirit and spirit of entrepreneurship, particularly becoming a digitalpreneur, which is part of entrepreneurship based on the large number of internet users in Indonesia, especially mobile internet, in the hope that digitalpreneurs can become a potential new pillar of the national economy that grows and develops from the creative-preneur spirit of the nation's generation in developing businesse. The method employed is a quantitative descriptive method, namely the study of literature, theory, or literature in order to provide an overview of certain facets of the examined population's way of life. The research sample included 30 respondents who were involved with MSMEs. The results of the study indicate that digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs have a positive and significant impact on sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Creating Instagramable content is a highly supported part of the strategic plan of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia for the development of the tourism sector, especially the super-priority area of the Toba Caldera KSPN. One of the areas that received the highest attention was Parsingguran II Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Examining the advantages of this village are 1) The village with the fastest development of tourism facilities in Humbang Hasundutan District; 2) Selected as one of the villages that received a visit from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. H. Joko Widodo and were awarded 3 Belgian Blue cows imported from Belgium; 3) Becoming one of the beneficiary villages for the food estate megaproject. These three things illustrate indicators that this village must be supported by various parties in developing the agricultural and tourism sectors in the future as a World Class Destination. This development process certainly does not escape from the main problems, one of which is the very weak index of resources in the field of tourism marketing. With the massive development in Parsingguran II village, this village should have stepped into the next stage, namely opening the door for tourist visits to its area. The location of urgency of this service is so that the government budget that has been given can be balanced with an increase in the human resource index that will be carried out in this community service program. The HR development index offered is the Production of Instagramable Content to Create a Tourist Market at the Toba Caldera Pilot Tourism Site with the ultimate goal of creating an economic cycle that benefits the community. The objectives of this activity are 1) To create technical visual content to attract tourist visits, because tourism development without the presence of tourists is a fatal mistake in organizing tourism; 2) to improve the quality of village human resources so that they have the ability in the field of promotion using visual tools and managing social media so that they can attract tourist arrivals. The outputs in this community service are sinta-accredited national journals, articles in the mass media, activity videos, and HKI as additional outputs.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the basicity of youth and increase creativity in protecting the environment. The method of implementing youth service activities to form characters who care about the surrounding environment and support the field of creativity in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Kec. Tualang Field. The program requires physical and mental readiness, as well as knowledge and skill readiness. With this service activity, the relationship between higher education institutions as a source of knowledge and the community is getting better so that handling in various fields of development will be integrated.

Abstract

This dedication aims to overcome the decline in youth's interest and understanding of gorga carving in Pansur Napitu Village and develop the economic potential of traditional art. This decline in interest is due to a lack of knowledge, skills, and understanding of the economic value of gorga carving. This proposal will actively engage youth through training and empowerment programs. Training will focus on an introduction to gorga carving, carving techniques, and the application of creative design. Youth will be given knowledge about cultural values, history, and the importance of preserving the art of gorga carving. In addition, youth will be trained in aspects of product development and marketing. They will be taught about the use of quality materials, the development of attractive designs, and effective marketing strategies. With this understanding, the youth in Pansur Napitu Village will be able to produce gorga carving products that have high economic value. In implementing the program, cooperation with local governments, cultural institutions, and creative industry players will be a key factor. Support and synergy with related parties will facilitate access to resources, market opportunities, and networks that can support the development of gorga carving products, Program evaluation and monitoring will be carried out regularly to measure the success and impact that has been achieved. With effective training and empowerment, it is expected that the youth's interest in gorga carving will increase, their skills will be improved, and creative products of economic value will be produced, thus having a positive impact on the youth and the Pansur Napitu Village community.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate both partially and simultaneously on stock value in the Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population of this research consisted of 35 companies, with a sample of 26 companies. The analysis technique used panel data regression with the Eviews 9.0 application. The regression model used was the Random Effect Model (REM). The data used were from the first to the fourth quarter of 2020 to 2021 and the first quarter of 2022. The results of the research showed that only the earnings per share variable had a partially positive and significant effect on the stock value of the Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Meanwhile, the variables of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all variables of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The variables of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate contributed only 8.97% to the formation of stock prices and had a weak relationship with stock prices.

Abstract

This research was conducted on MSMEs Personnel of Bandrek Ginger Merah which operates in the field of selling red ginger. The aim of the research to determined and analyzed the influenced of product and service quality on consumer product purchasing decisions. The population was 100 consumers who came to buy red ginger products at MSMEs, sampling was taken using random samples with saturated samples so that the total sample were 100 respondents. The type of data used was primary data and the data sources used are secondary data, data collection techniques used literature studies, surveys and observations. Data analysis techniques were multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research showed that the quality of products and services partially and simultaneously has positive and significant effected on consumer product purchasing decisions at MSME Insan Bandrek Jahe Merah in Bandar Sono Village, Nibung Hangus District, Batubara Regency. There was strong correlation between product and service quality and product purchasing decisions in red ginger bandrek human MSMEs. The value of R2 = 0.469 means that the decision to purchase red ginger products in the company can be explained by the quality of the product and service by 46.9% and the remaining 53.1% can be explained by other variables not studied.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to implement one of the tridharmas of higher education, and help manage the Namu Sira-Sira natural bathing tourist attraction, Durian Lingga Village, Sei Bingei District, Langkat Regency. The main problem faced by partners is that in managing this tourist attraction, there is no financial management, no cleanliness management of the tourist location, no banner plan for the tourist location. The output in this activity is 1). Managers have the ability to create simple financial reports 2). Availability of good and appropriate hygiene management and hygiene advice. 3). Articles published in online ISSN journals. 4). There are social media accounts that managers use to market tourist attractions. This activity was carried out in Durian Lingga Village, Sei Bingei District, Langkat Regency.  This location is 55 km from Medan State University, a distance of 1 hour. This location was chosen because of the excellent tourism potential that can be developed for recreational sports, and can provide income for the surrounding community.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze Asset Growth, Capital Structure and Profitability. The location of this research is the Plantation and Food Crop Industry Sub-Sector Company which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The sample in this research is all companies in the Plantation and Food Crops Industry Sub Sector registered on the IDX, totaling 23 companies with a total of 92 financial reports. The independent variables of this research are asset growth and debt to equity ratio (DER). The dependent variable is measured by return on equity (ROE). The research results show that partially asset growth and debt to equity ratio (DER) have a positive and significant effect on return on equity (ROE). Meanwhile, simultaneously the Asset Growth and debt to equity ratio (DER) variables have a positive and significant effect on return on equity (ROE). The magnitude of the influence exerted by all variables is 65.73%.
