Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect of learning model Conceptual Change Based Instruction (CCBI) and Generative Learning Model (GLM) and critical thinking skills to the learning outcomes of acid-base.The research was conducted in SMA Bakti Mulya 400 lesson year 2015-2016. In this study were randomly selected sample (cluster random sampling). Data of learning outcomes and critical thinking skills are collected in the form of multiple-choice written test type. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and two ways ANOVA. Based on research, it was found. First there is a difference in student learning outcomes significantly between models CCBI with GLM model (F = 4.288, p <0.05), the second there is a difference in student learning outcomes significantly in the group of students with high critical thinking skills among models CCBI with GLM model (F = 4.34, p<0.05), the third there was no difference in student learning outcomes significantly in the group of students who have the ability to think critically low between models CCBI with GLM model (F = 0.194, p<0.05), and the fourth there are significant interaction between the learning model with the ability to think critically (F = 5.122, p<0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The influence of the regulatory supervision of the school on teacher performance, 2) The influence of school leadership on teacher performance, and 3) the influence of the regulatory supervision and leadership principals together on the performance of teachers, as many as 71 teachers are used as samples are 30 teachers and 30 as a research trial. There is a positive and significant The influence of supervision the supervisor and leadership the principle to teachers performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama untuk mengeksplorasi peran dan efektivitas penggunaan berbagai jenis media dalam memfasilitasi komunikasi pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Minimnya partisipasi siswa dikarenakan media pembelajaran yang monoton serta tidak terdapat pengalaman nyata. Media seperti buku bergambar, alat peraga visual, musik, video edukatif, dan teknologi interaktif dianalisis dalam konteks kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan interaksi, pemahaman, dan ekspresi diri anak-anak. Penelitian yang relevan ditinjau untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dan implikasi penggunaan media dalam setting pendidikan. Penelitian ini juga membahas tantangan dan peluang dalam menerapkan dan menggunakan media secara efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan komunikasi anak.

Abstract

The selection of study programs is an academic decision that is influenced by social and cultural factors, in addition to interests and talents. This study aims to analyze the reasons why students choose the Bachelor of Government Studies Study Program at the University of Jambi and understand the influence of social and cultural factors in these decisions. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data from in-depth interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from related documents. Data analysis was carried out using NVivo 12 Plus to identify key patterns and themes. The results of the study show that the selection of study programs is influenced by social factors such as the influence of family, friends, and the media, as well as cultural factors such as leadership values and community traditions. In addition, academic considerations and career prospects also play an important role. These findings highlight the importance of understanding social and cultural factors in designing recruitment strategies and academic guidance to increase student satisfaction and success.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of spiritual intelligence on learning motivation and its impact on student discipline at MAS PP Syafa’aturrasul. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consists of all students at MAS PP Syafa’aturrasul Teluk Kuantan, totaling 232 students. The sample for this study includes 128 students from grades X and XI. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are: First, the level of student discipline at MAS PP Syafa’aturrasul is categorized as moderate at 36.7% and high at 63.3%. , there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on student discipline at MAS PP Syafa’aturrasul with an R-square value of 0.123. Second, there is a significant influence of learning motivation on student discipline at MAS PP Syafa’aturrasul Teluk Kuantan with an R-square value of 0.204. Third, here is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously on student discipline at MAS PP Syafa’aturrasul Teluk Kuantan with an R-square value of 0.209. Keywords: Spiritual Intelligence, Learning Motivation, Discipline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berbahasa anak dengan Down Syndrome dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah salah satu anak kelas II SDLB X. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa VGA memiliki kemampuan memahami perintah sederhana (reseptif) dengan cukup baik, namun masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pelafalan, penyusunan kalimat, dan penguasaan kosakata (ekspresif). Penggunaan media visual, lagu, dan pendekatan konkret membantu meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa VGA. Kesimpulannya, strategi pembelajaran yang tepat dan peran guru yang adaptif sangat berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dengan Down Syndrome di kelas inklusi.
