Abstract

Purworejo Regency is one of the five areas affected by the Java tsunami run-up on July 17, 2006. Based on the results of the Rapid Survey by BPDP and BPPT, along Pantai Kebempuan is the location of the tsunami run-up in Purworejo Regency at coordinates 109,912 LS -7.85 East BT 1.7 meters. The purpose of this study is to estimate the tsunami travel time, distribution of tsunami wave heights and tsunami coverage areas due to the impact of the Java earthquake on July 17, 2006 at Pantai Kebempuan, Purworejo. The method used is a descriptive analytical method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are the high point, bathymetry, earthquake parameters, tidal forecasts for the waters of the Kebempuan coast, Geo Eye 1 image data, and beach slope. Tsunami modeling using COMCOT v 1.7 software with the Java 17 July 2006. Based on data processing, it is known that the maximum wave speed is 3.8788 m / s. In the 40th minute, the initial amplitude of the tsunami wave of 1,644 meters had reached the Kebshore Beach. The widest tsunami coverage area and the maximum farthest distance to occur on the Labor Beach are 1.23 km2 and 1.4 km. Based on the results of verification with an RSR value of 0.26. The results of validation of tsunami simulations using COMCOT v.17 note that the height of the model tsunami run-up is quite in accordance with the run-up data that occurred at the time of the incident, with an RSR value of 0.29 and a CF of 1.63.

Abstract

Telecommunications has become a necessity in every activity. Based on the results of the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (2018) the number of cellular telephone subscribers in Indonesia reached 319.4 million. Based on this number there is a large market potential because it can be assumed that each customer requires at least one telephone number, and each number is required to be used for telecommunications costs such as monthly bills for postpaid number customers and phone credit for prepaid number customers. Telecommunications needs not only occur at the individual level but also in an organizational environment such as the company which will later be used as the main target market in the business model. The large market potential gave rise to the idea to create a business concept that focuses on the company's customer segment that is able to provide convenience, security, flexibility, and transparency so as to facilitate the company's business activities and reduce the risk of loss due to misused communication benefits.

Abstract

The activities of the shipping sector are divided into two, commercial and non-commercial shipping. In order to support sea transportation facilities, infrastructure in the form of a port is needed. The port is a stop / terminal of the ship after a cruise. At the port the ship carries out a variety of activities, such as the ups and downs of passengers, loading and unloading of goods, refueling, and fresh water. In order to support business activities for its own interests, a Special Terminal (Tersus) can be built. For the construction of the tersus, CV Bina Lestari Jaya coordinates with the government and prepares concepts thoroughly, takes care of licensing which has quite complicated stages and requirements, because it requires a survey with accurate data, both location determination, feasibility studies both on land and at sea / water. It also needs to consider the economic aspects, efficiency, environmental impact and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety). Furthermore, a feasibility study was accompanied by a Palembang Class 1 Navigation District technical team. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach.

Abstract

The number of DHF patients in Sragen regency in the last few years continued to increase which was then compounded by seasonal changes. The lack of public awareness of the problem of DHF was caused by ignorance of the public on the dangers of DHF and its spread. Based on existing research, DHF distribution patterns were also influenced by environmental factors such as population movement patterns that were influenced by how well the existing transportation systems and facilities. Based on this fact, the author tries to apply several methods of forecasting the number of DHF sufferers to see whether there is a real influence between how good the transportation system is with the number of DHF sufferers and increase the level of public awareness and facilitate parties who need data on the spread of DHF sufferers in Sragen Regency in the period of required period. The models used in this study are ARIMA, Backpropagation, and Point Estimation models. The prediction process was done by dividing the forecasting process into two based on the dataset used, namely the dataset from 2013 to 2106 for complete data and the dataset from 2010 to 2016 for incomplete datasets due to missing or damaged data. The data used as a dataset were data taken from data on the number of patients in Sragen regency. The forecasting process in this study was carried out by forecasting using the ARIMA and LSTM methods on two prepared datasets.

Abstract

Coastal villages have different characteristics from villages in rural areas. This difference is not only on the geographical-ecological aspect, but also on economic and socio-cultural characteristics. Geographically, coastal villages are on the border between land and sea. Geographical-ecological conditions of coastal villages affect economic activities in them. Economic activities in coastal villages are characterized by activities in the utilization of coastal environmental resources and services. Economic activities include fisheries, trade, maritime tourism, and transportation This study seeks to study the application of tough coastal development programs as an effort to build an oriented coastal region to facilitate the economic activities of villages in coastal areas that are expected to reduce the poverty rate of coastal communities in the middle of the city. This study uses a qualitative research design using descriptive methods that intend to explain how the phenomenon of resilient coastal village development and coastal area development as an effort to reduce the number of coastal communities in Central Java province by using purposive sampling sampling techniques and research samples taken in coastal communities The results of the north coast of Java and cilacap districts were as follows: that the implementation of the strong Coastal Village Development Program in the coastal communities of Central Java showed that the three focuses of development activities had been carried out properly. The development activities are resource development, environmental / infrastructure development, and disaster preparedness development. While activities that are not carried out are human development and business development. The recommendations given in this study are that the implementation of the program must be supported by sufficient funds, need coordination and cooperation with other stakeholders, and the need for effective monitoring and evaluation Keywords: program implementation, coastal village, coastal area development, Poverty, Central Java
