Islamic educational institutions are currently developing very quickly as a result of public interest and growing public confidence in these institutions. One of the many educational institutions in Yogyakarta with a network of schools at various levels is the Educational Institution for Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta. Batita, Play Group, Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Integrated Islamic Junior High School, and Integrated Islamic High School are some of the current levels. This study combined a descriptive method with a qualitative approach as its research methodology. For the implementation of operations at each level to be successful, financial management must be done in an organized and orderly fashion. Where financial management becomes crucial due to its role in carrying out educational activities. The primary finding of this study may be noticed in the financial management realization, planning, and supervision phases. At the Islamic Education Institution of Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta, financial management planning is executed in the form of a RAPBS that is put together by all leaders at each level based on that levels' needs while still referencing the school's vision and mission. The implementation of financial management at the Islamic Education Institution of Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta has been modified to the technical guidelines listed in the RAPBS for that year and is used for expenditures on school interests, practice materials, practical tools, financing student activities, and developing the quality of students and teachers. Fairness and efficiency have also been applied to the management of school finances. An honest and reliable public accountant was used to oversee the financial administration at the Islamic Educational Institution of Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta. This paper examines how Bankruptcy in the Qur'an. Understanding is obtained through the meaning of the word Khasara in the Qur'an. This study uses library research, and uses an approach to the interpretation of the Qur'an in terms of thematic interpretation. The method used in the discussion of this paper is qualitative, this method is used to find the desired meaning of the word Khahara, the existing data is processed for further interpretation into concepts that can support the objectives and objects of discussion. After searching the meaning of the word khashara, an understanding is obtained that the bankruptcy described in the Qur'an includes several circumstances; First, do not follow the rules, do things that can break the order, tend to be arbitrary, Second, follow things that are generally inappropriate or should not be followed, Third, people who betray or violate the agreement, Fourth, orders us to fair or fair and do not commit fraud, Fifth, focus on one thing that is not in principle and neglect other things that are more important

This research was conducted because it was motivated by the teacher's frustration in applying the reward and punishment method in the educational process between enforcing discipline, increasing achievement and all efforts to achieve educational goals. Between a good cause and the issue of violation of the human rights of children. Conceptually in the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide for asasi in the life of Muslims and the applicable laws and regulations very clearly provide signs for the implementation of the method of reward and punishment in the educational process. A teacher should not hesitate to apply it in the educational process. There is no need to overdo it without being able to control yourself, nor do you need to be afraid to apply it because it is considered a violation of human rights. It is precisely by applying the methods of reward and punishment appropriately, such as eating the right dose of medicine, that it will usher in education achieving its noble goal. Appreciation is given if the student is able to show an achievement that he was previously unable to do so that for him it is of educational value. On the contrary, punishment is given when the student shows an offence that he was previously unaccustomed to commit, so that when given the punishment makes him realize that he has committed a mistake. Kegiatan bahasa arab merupakan wadah bagi santri dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat dan potensi diri dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kegiatan bahasa Arab di Pondok Modern Daarul Abroor dengan rumusan masalah bagaimana (1) perencanaan kegiatan (2) pengorganisasian kegiatan (3) implementasi kegiatan (4) monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan (5) faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian yaitu staf bagian bahasa dua orang dan staf pengasuhan santri dua orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipatif di lembaga tersebut, wawancara terstruktur terhadap staf bagian bahasa dan staf pengasuhan santri dan dokumentasi tertulis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penyimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) perencanaan kegiatan yang mengacu pada metode yang baik (2) pengorganisasian yang terstruktur rapi (3) dalam pelaksaan kegiatan pimpinan pondok memberikan pelayanan, motivasi, pengarahan, dan perubahan baik langsung atau mendelegsikan tugas (4) monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan setiap minggu dan setiap kegiatan harus dilaporkan (5) faktor pendukung kegiatan: adanya kegiatan bahasa, KBM menggunkan bahasa arab, asatidz menjadi uswah hasanah, adanya reward dan punishment. Faktor penghambat: bolehnya menggunakan bahasa indonesia bagi santri baru, kurang kesadaran dalam memahami pentingnya bahasa Arab dalam kehidupan mereka.

Motoric development in early childhood is one aspect of development that is very important in child development, by looking at the overall motor development of children at an early age we can see how other aspects develop. There are two motor skills in children, namely gross motor and fine motor, each of which has its own indicator of ability. This study aims to look at the development of children's motor skills at the age of 4-5 years, because at the age of 4-5 years the child's motor skills are clearly visible, both fine motoric and gross motoric. This study uses a data collection method with observation checklists, which is an informal observation method where the observer has determined the behavioral indicators to be observed from the subject in one table. The research location was for students of TKIT Yaummi Fatimah Pati class A (age 4-5 years), totaling 23 students. the results of the research on children's motor skills in class A TKIT Yaumi Fatimah Pati in general are in the good category with an average percentage of gross motor skills of 83% and fine motor skills of 84%, with the highest score being able to score 100% there are 4 children, the lowest is 2 with an ability score in the percentage of 56%, while the average average score between 70-80% is 6 children.

Poverty after the covid-19 pandemic has increased significantly. Without proper handlers it will have an impact on the distability of security and social life. Religion as a source of teachings and morals has a responsibility in providing solutions to this problem. The purpose of this study was to find this form of responsibility within Islam and Christianity. The two religions have the largest adherents in Indonesia. Knowing the role that is owned determines the spectrum of life in Indonesia. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a normative- sociological approach by taking data on the texts of the Qur'an and the Gospels that talk about philanthropy and understand the verses as religious believers, then see how the verses and texts are implemented in people's lives by both religious believers. The results showed that first, the two religious teachings have a theological basis to alleviate poverty. Second, both have distinctive terms in the form of material assistance, in Islam it is known as zakat, infak, almsgiving, and waqf, while in Christianity it is called collective, karitas, donations. The conclusion of this study is that Islam and Kristin both have a theological foundation that can be used as a basis for alleviating poverty so that their adherents can not only play their own roles, but can cooperate with each other.

The number of schools in Indonesia is increasing year by year. Competitive competition between educational institutions is unavoidable and needs to be responded to appropriately. This complicated problem coupled with the relatively low quality of management of Islamic education institutions can be a threat to the existence of Islamic educational institutions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the marketing management system and the efforts that can be made by Islamic educational institutions to improve the image of Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative research method that emphasizes library research using secondary data in the form of books and previous scientific articles that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that educational marketing management can be interpreted as managerial activities of educational institutions carried out in order to create, maintain and enhance profitable exchange interactions with other parties to achieve the goals of the institution. In its application, educational marketing management applies marketing management concepts, including marketing planning, marketing organizing, marketing actuating and marketing controlling. Efforts to maintain and enhance the positive image of Islamic institutions are (1) Applying Islamic principles in marketing in service, appearance, persuasion and satisfaction. mproving the quality of Islamic education services through improving the quality of human resources. (3) Digitalizing of marketing of Islamic education services by utilizing technological developments for the branding of Islamic educational institutions

The quality of education in Indonesia is at the middle level of all countries in the world. Therefore, improving the quality of education is something that needs to be done. One way to improve the quality of education is to carry out supervision. With supervision, will improve the quality of teachers so that student achievement will also increase. This study uses the literature study method, by examining sources that are relevant to the scope of educational supervision. Be it from books, journals, articles or other sources. The approach used is descriptive-qualitative. By describing each qualitative data found descriptively. Supervision is a form of supervisory action carried out by the principal in order to develop professionalism, increase motivation and monitor the quality of teachers in acting in the classroom. So that the goals of educational institutions can be achieved. With the development of teachers, students are expected to be able to maximize their potential and increase achievement. Implementation of permanent supervision based on existing steps and principles so as to maximize results. Therefore, supervision is needed in educational institutions, in order to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers which can have an impact on increasing student achievement so that the quality of education in Indonesia also increases. The purpose of research on the living qur'an method as a problem handling in the community environment is to find a specific way in which the living qur'an method is effective in dealing with problems that occur in society. In this research, it uses a qualitative type with a literature study method. With data collection techniques, namely documentation such as; books, journals, magazines and more. The results of the research, that the researcher provided clarification on the existing problems about the qur'an living method as a handling of problems in the community environment, namely: First, the meaning of the Living Qur'an Method from a form of management here that a book of the Qur'an can live in the life of society which means that man does something according to the meaning contained in the Qur'an. It can be interpreted that we as Muslims should be able to learn more or worship the Qur'an and practice what we know in order to achieve broad knowledge. Second, the Application of the Living Qur'an Method in Community Life that from the management side, in the application of the living Qur'an method, it must have a living qur'an approach to reflect the community. So that these people can apply the meaning of the Qur'an in their lives. Third, the Function of the Living Qur'an Method towards Society lies from management here that a person will change by itself if he administers the Qur'an so as to make changes for oneself and the surrounding environment so as to create a harmonious environment between one another so as to create a peaceful environment. The Qur'an provides the right way so that people can walk their way, therefore humans are required to learn constantly to know broad knowledge so that humans continue to develop in terms of knowledge.
