Abstract

Vocabulary is one of the language elements that must be owned and mastered by foreign language learners, including Arabic. This requires teachers to be more creative in choosing and using vocabulary teaching media to achieve the best learning results. Flashcards are one of the easiest and most effective media for learning mufrodat. This study aims to determine the effect of flashcards media on the mastery of Arabic vocabulary of Sabiluth Thoyyib Senior High School students. The sample of this research amounted to 20 students. This research is quasi-experimental research using t-test. This study used a one group pre-test and post-test design. The instruments in this study were pre-test and post test questions. In the t-test results using Paired sample t-test analysis. With the help of SPSS 22.0 for windows software. The results showed that there was a positive effect of flashcards on the mastery of Arabic vocabulary. Obtained a significant value of 0.000. It is known that the results (Sig. (2-tailed)) of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that learning by using flashcards has an effect in improving mastery of Arabic mufrodat. So, the use of flashcard media in learning Arabic to improve vocabulary skills has a positive effect on Sabiluth Thoyib high school students. Therefore, we can use this media in learning Arabic with various learning methods so that learning Arabic becomes effective and very interesting, especially in learning vocabulary. المفردات إحدى عناصر اللغة التي يجب أن يمتلكها ويتقنها متعلمي اللغات الأجنبية ، بما في ذلك اللغة العربية. وهذا يتطلب من المعلمين أن يكونوا أكثر إبداعًا في اختيار واستخدام وسائل تعليم المفردات من أجل تحقيق أفضل نتائج التعلم. تعد البطاقات التعليمية من أسهل الوسائط وأكثرها فاعلية لتعلم المفردات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير وسائط البطاقات التعليمية في  ترقية الكفاءة  المفردات العربية لدى طلاب في المدرسة سبيل الطيب الثانوية باسوروان. و عدد عينة البحث 20 تلميذا وتلميذة. هذا البحث هو بحث شبه تجريبي باستخدام  الإختبار – t . وقد كان التصميم لهذا البحث مجموعة قبل الإختبار و بعده (pretest-post-test). الأدوات في هذه الدراسة كانت أسئلة الاختبار القبلي والبعدي. في نتائج اختبار t باستخدام تحليل اختبار t للعينة المزدوجة. بمساعدة SPSS 22.0 لبرنامج . windows أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير إيجابي للبطاقات التعليمية في الترقية المفردات. تم الحصول على قيمة دلالة قدرها 0.000. من المعروف أن نتائج (علامة (2-tailed)) بقيمة 0.000 <0.05 ،  و الاستنتاج أن التعلم باستخدام البطاقات التعليمية له تأثير في تحسين إتقان  المفردات العربية. لذا فإن استخدام وسائط البطاقات التعليمية في تعلم اللغة العربية لتحسين الكفاءة المفردات له تأثير إيجابي على طلاب مدرسة سبيل الطيب الثانوية باسوروان . لذلك يمكننا استخدام هذه الوسيلة في تعلم اللغة العربية بأساليب تعلم مختلفة حتى يصبح تعلم اللغة العربية فعالاً وممتعًا للغاية ، خاصة في تعلم المفردات.

Abstract

E-learning means using information technology with computers or smart tools that are interconnected between students and teachers so that the learning process continues to be implemented correctly through technology, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, it is undeniable that schools often face problems in their implementation. As in the Al-Qonita Islamic Elementary School, this research aims to reveal and solve problems in applying the Arabic language teaching strategy based on e-learning by Badr Al-Khan in the Al-Qonita Islamic Elementary School Palangka Raya. In writing this research, the researcher used the qualitative approach with the type of case study. Furthermore, use the data collection method of interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The researcher used the method of analyzing the data for the model of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study revealed that Al-Qonita Islamic Elementary School Palangka Raya has problems in applying the strategy of teaching the Arabic language based on e-learning by Badr Al-Khan, meaning a problem in presenting the learning process on e-learning, student participation in learning, and the use of applications. The school provides the ability to solve problems such as designing learning steps on e-learning, communicating with students intensively, and providing training on using applications.التعلم الإلكتروني يعني استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات باستخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر أو الأدوات الذكية المترابطة بين الطلاب والمعلمين بحيث استمرّ تنفيذ عملية التعلم بشكل صحيح من خلال استخدام التكنولوجيا خصوصا أثناء جائحة كوفيد -19. ومع ذلك، غير ممكن إنكار أنه غالبًا تواجه المدارس مشاكل في تنفيذها.  كما هو الحال في مدرسة القانتة، و أهدف هذ البحث لكشف المشكلات وحلها في تطبيق استراتيجية تعليم اللغة العربية على أساس التعلم الإلكتروني لبدر الخان في مدرسة القانتة الإبتدائية الإسلامية فالانكارايا. استخدمت الباحثة في كتابة هذا البحث بالمدخل الكيف بنوع  الدراسة الحالة. واستخدم طريقة جمع البيانات نحو طريقة المقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق والاستبانة. واستخدمت الباحثة طريقة تحليل البيانات في هذه البحث لنموذج ميلس وهوبرمان. ونتائج هذه الدراسة اكتشفت انها المدرسة القانتة الإبتدائية الإسلامية فالانكارايا لها مشكلات في تطبيق استراتيجية تعليم اللغة العربية على أساس التعلم الإلكتروني لبدر الخان، يعني مشكلة في تقديم عملية التعلم على التعلم الإلكتروني، والمشاركة الطلاب في التعلم، واستخدام التطبيقات. توفير المدرسة القانتة حل المشكلة مثل وتصميم خطوات التعلم على التعلم الإلكتروني، والتواصل مع الطلاب بشكل مكثف، وتوفير التدريب على استخدام التطبيقات.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there is no availability of learning materials that are able to support the needs of students in improving their understanding and skills of Arabic, especially in  mahārah kalām . The research method used is library research with primary data in the form of Arabic teaching materials and secondary data in the form of relevant scientific articles. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Arabic language textbooks for class IX for junior high schools published by KEMENAG in 2020 meet the eligibility standards of books according to the BSNP. And in the CEFR realm, the Arabic textbook contains language proficiency levels at A2 and B1 in mahārah kalām. The results of this research can add to teachers’ insight regarding the availability of learning media that is appropriate to the learning level students in mahārah kalām.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials is needed in order to improve learning in schools. Specifically, Arabic instruction at modern Islamic Boarding Schools in Indonesia. The Islamic Boarding School al-Īmān for Girls Ponorogo is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools that requires the development of Arabic teaching materials. The pesantren has attempted to present teaching materials for learning material Insyā’ that are consistent with its learning objectives, which have existed since the pesantren’s inception. However, the author found flaws in the teaching materials for the second grade after the observation. Therefore, the author hopes to be able to carry out the development of insyā’ teaching materials for the second grade, namely by presenting new teaching materials that are in accordance with the needs of second-grade students at the Islamic Boarding School al-Īmān. This research will try to answer two questions: what is the description of the teaching material in the book Insyā’ that is suitable for second-grade students at the Islamic Boarding School al-Īmān? And how effective is the teaching material for second-grade students at the Islamic Boarding School al-Īmān? This research is a research and development project, so the results will be analyzed through pre- and post-testing. The results of this study showed that the t-test was 8,844 larger than the t-test table of 2.02. This indicates that there is a difference between the pre-test and post-test scores, and the new teaching materials are effective in teaching insyā’ for the second grade at the Islamic Boarding School al-Īmān and have the potential to improve students’s insyā’ ability.

Abstract

Gender affects the use of the language that is spoken by speakers and displays the character and identity of the speaker's language. This study aims to describe the linguistic characteristics of men and women used by the main characters in the films ‘Umar wa Ikhwatuhu and ‘Ā’isyah wa Shadīqātuhā, uncover social and cultural factors that influence the use of speech used, and explore gender stereotypes that exist in both films. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source comes from 3 episodes of the two films, while the research data are the main character's speech and utterances, namely Umar and Aisyah. Data collection are done by documentation and literature study. The research results show that there are differences in linguistic characteristics at the phonological, morphological and lexical, syntactic and grammatical levels of the two characters of that gender. Language differences based on gender are also influenced by social factors, Arabic culture and Islamic religious culture. These two films also explore gender stereotypes by displaying the concept of exemplary and ideal language and speaking according to gender.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the general trends in the impact of audio-visual media. The research examines the effects of audio-visual media on listening skills and motivation in Arabic language learning, considering educational levels, research design, and the types of audio-visual media used. The results indicate that at the primary school level, animation media such as Animaker and cartoons are highly effective in enhancing listening skills and student motivation, as they offer an interactive and enjoyable learning experience. At the junior high school level, the use of interactive videos and popular platforms like YouTube shows significant improvements in listening skills and fosters student engagement through media that is familiar to their daily lives. At the senior high school level, the integration of complex content such as films and YouTube videos enhances listening skills and motivates students by connecting language learning to real-world contexts. Meanwhile, in higher education, more authentic audio-visual media, such as subtitled videos and films, help develop deeper listening skills, expand vocabulary, and encourage self-reflection through exposure to culturally rich content. Motivation for learning also progresses steadily, starting from an interest in animation at the primary level to an appreciation for contextual content at the higher education level. Overall, the study highlights the importance of adapting the type of audio-visual media according to the developmental stages of learners, thus supporting optimal listening skills and learning motivation at each educational level. The findings underscore the need for a targeted approach in media selection, considering the alignment between media and students' real-world interactions.

Abstract

Low student engagement in learning Arabic writing skills is often overlooked, especially in traditional teaching methods that fail to actively involve students. This leads to lack of practice, low motivation, and limited student participation, which hinders their ability to master writing skills. Addressing this issue is crucial to improving instruction.This study aims to reveal the impact of Task-Based Learning through digital poster design on student engagement. Engagement aspects studied include behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions. A quasi-experimental design with a quantitative approach involved 48 from the ninth grade of Pembangunan Islamic Middle School, divided into experimental (n = 24) and control (n = 24) groups. Data were collected using questionnaires based on a Likert scale and observation. The experimental group scored higher engagement (90) than the control group (77.04). The t-test yielded a t-value of 10.316 with a p-value of less than 0.001, indicating that the difference between the two groups is statistically significant. These results indicate that Task-Based Learning positively affects student engagement and contributes to innovative teaching in Arabic language and literature. غالبا ما يتم التغاضي عن انخفاض مشاركة الطلاب في تعليم مهارة الكتابة، خاصة في مناهج التعليم التقليدية التي تفشل في إشراكهم بفعالية. يؤدي ذلك إلى نقص الممارسة، وضعف الدافعية، ومحدودية مشاركة الطلاب، مما يعطل إتقانهم لمهارة الكتابة. إن معالجة هذه المشكلة أمر ضروري لتحسين جودة التعليم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر التعلم القائم على المهام من خلال تصميم الملصق الرقمي على مشاركة الطلاب. شملت أبعاد المشاركة المدروسة الجوانب السلوكية والعاطفية والمعرفية. تم استخدام تصميم شبه تجريبي بمنهج كمي، حيث شملت العينة 48 طالبا من الصف التاسع بمدرسة بمبانجونان المتوسطة الإسلامية، موزعين على مجموعتين: تجريبية (عددهم = 24) وضابطة (عددهم = 24). جمعت البيانات باستخدام استبانة مبنية على مقياس ليكرت والملاحظة. أظهرت النتائج أن المجموعة التجريبية حققت درجة مشاركة أعلى (90) مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة (77.04). كما أظهر اختبار "ت" قيمة “ت" بلغت 10.316 بقيمة p أقل من 0.001، مما يشير إلى أن الفرق بين المجموعتين ذو دلالة إحصائية. تشير هذه النتائج إلى أن التعلم القائم على المهام يؤثر بشكل إيجابي على مشاركة الطلاب ويساهم في التعليم المبتكر في اللغة العربية وآدابها.

Abstract

The development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) demands learning activities that also involve technology. Especially now that the world of education has been filled by the Alpha generation who are very close to digital skills, so the teaching materials used must also support students to collaborate with technology. This study aims to develop teaching materials for Arabic oral proficiency grade 1 elementary school using QR Code and describe the characteristics of the product developed. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with Thiagarajand's 4D development model which has four stages, namely difine, design, development, and disseminate. The results of the development of this research are teaching materials containing QR Codes and animated images about hobbies to interpret expressions or sentences delivered. The presentation of learning activities presented is in accordance with the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) that has been prepared. The teaching materials contain eight criteria, namely interactive and innovative, multimedia presentation, flexibility, collaborative, based on learning implementation plans, continuous, oral approach, and parental immersion.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the stock terms in the Arabic stock websites based on Morphosemantic. Morphosmantic here is a theory of semantics that consists of analyzing morphology and semantics. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method. Perform this research using a content analysis form. This research tool is the researcher himself. The data in this search are all sagittal terms (of a word or words) related to morphos mantic in sagittal sites from Saudi Arabia (Saudi Tadawul), Qatar (Qatar Stock Exchange), and UAE (Dubai Financial Market). The results of the research show that the sagittal terms in the Arabic language in morphology have a modification in Arabization, (2) derivatives, (3) types of pluralization, and (4) preference between Arabization and derivatives. And (5) Word Combination, (6) Hybrid, (7) Acronyms and Abbreviations, and in connotation, a modification in (1) the role of connotation in the formation of the meaning of stock terms, and (2) translation (3) change of meaning, (4) relation of meaning, and (5) terminology. يهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف مصطلحات السهم في المواقع الإلكترونية السهمية العربية على أساس مورفوسمانتيك (الدلالة الصرفية). مورفوسمانتيك هنا هو نظرية من نظريات علم الدلالة الذي يتكون من تحليل مورفولوجي (الصرف) وسمانتك (الدلالة). استخدم الباحث بحثا نوعيا بطريقة الوصفي. أداء هذا البحث باستخدام نموذج تحليل المحتوى. أداة هذا البحث الباحث نفسه. البيانات في هذا البحث هي كل المصطاحات السهمية (من الكلمة أو الكلمات) المتعلقة بمورفوسمانتيك في المواقع السهمية من السعودية (تداول السعودية) ، قطر (برصة قطر) والإمارات (سوق دوبي المالي). تظهر نتائج البحث أن المصطلحات السهمية في اللغة العربية في الصرف هناك تعديل في التعريب (Arabization) و(2) الاشتقاق (Derivatives) و(3) أنواع الجمع (Pluralization) و(4) التفضيل بين التعريب والاشتقاق(Preference Between Arabization And Derivatives) و(5) جمع الكلمة (Word Combination) و(6) الهجين (Hybrid) و(7) الأوائلية (Acronyms) والنحت (Abreviations) و في الدلالة تعديل في (1) دور الدلالة في تكوين المعني مصطلحات السهم و(2) الترجمة و(3) تغيير المعنى و(4) علاقة المعنى و(5) الإصطلاحية.
