Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on various areas of life. One of them is the field of education. Education cannot be separated from learning activities carried out in schools and universities. In overcoming this, online learning is an alternative for continuing to carry out learning during the pandemic. This study aims to determine students' perceptions about online learning that has been done. This type of research is a descriptive study with quantitative data analysis techniques. The method of data collection is the survey method for active students of the chemistry education study program at the University of Bengkulu from 4 years of class. The students involved in this research were 96 from various years. Aspects measured are aspects of readiness, aspects of learning effectiveness and aspects of impact. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 20 closed questions and 4 open questions. The scale used in closed questions is the Likert scale. The results of the research on the readiness aspect were very good, while the learning effectiveness aspect was good. For the impact aspect, students get more positive impacts than negative impacts. The most positive impact is to have more control over technology.Pandemi COVID-19 berimbas kepada berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan. Pendidikan tak lepas dari kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah. Dalam mengatasinya, Pembelajaran online menjadi alternatif untuk tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran selama pandemi berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa mengenai pembelajaran online yang telah dilakukan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan data adalah dengan metode survei kepada mahasiswa aktif program studi pendidikan kimia Universitas Bengkulu dari 4 angkatan. Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 96 dari berbagai angkatan. Aspek yang diukur adalah aspek kesiapan, aspek efektivitas pembelajaran dan aspek dampak. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dengan 20 pertanyaan tertutup dan 4 pertanyaan terbuka. Skala yang digunakan pada pertanyaan tertutup adalah skala likert. Hasil penelitian pada aspek kesiapan adalah sangat baik, sedangkan pada aspek efektivitas pembelajaran adalah baik. Untuk aspek dampak, mahasiswa lebih banyak mendapatkan dampak positif daripada dampak negatif. Dampak positif yang paling banyak dirasakan adalah lebih menguasai teknologi.

Abstract

Education is a golden bridge to change. Through education, someone teaches how to change things. This study aims to determine the values of Islamic education in the teachings of Ki Hajar Dewantoro. This research uses library research (library research), and the type of analysis descriptive approach. The main data source uses the first part of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's book: education, while the secondary data is in the form of supporting books, as well as scientific journals related to research themes. Collecting data using documentation in the form of a main data checklist. Data analysis used content analysis in a systematic way, then given a thorough interpretation. The results of the study show that the "Between" system is the embodiment of the Ki Hadjar Dewantara concept used in the Taman Siswa education system, with the intention of obliging teachers who remember and prioritize children's natures, by not forgetting all the circumstances surrounding them and placing them. students as the center of the educational process. This concept is very relevant to the value of Islamic education that education will succeed when it can develop children's potential in accordance with the nature and goals of Islam, namely to become a servant of Allah and the Caliph on earth. This research has many weaknesses and shortcomings. The results of the research are expected to become a new reference which can be further developed in the information about the values of Islamic religious education in the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara.Pendidikan merupakan jembatan emas menuju perubahan. Melalui pendidikan, seseorang diajarkan bagaimana cara mengubah keadaan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan islam dalam ajaran ki hajar dewantoro. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research), dan jenis pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Sumber data utama menggunakan buku karya Ki Hajar Dewantara bagian pertama: pendidikan, sedangkan data sekundernya yaitu berupa buku-buku pendukung, serta jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi berupa checklist data utama. Analisis data menggunakan analisis konten yaitu mencatat pesan secara sistematis, kemudian diberi interpretasi secara menyeluruh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem “Among” merupakan perwujudan dari konsep Ki Hadjar Dewantara yang dipakai dalam sistem pendidikan Taman Siswa, dengan maksud mewajibkan pada guru supaya mengingati dan mementingkan kodrat-iradatnya anak-anak, dengan tidak melupakan segala keadaan yang mengelilinginya dan menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat proses pendidikan. Konsep ini sangat relevan dengan nilai pendidikan islam bahwa pendidikan akan berhadil ketik adapat mengembangkan potensi anak sesuai dengan fitrah dan tujuan islam yaitu menjadi hamba Allah dan khalifah dibumi. Penelitian ini masih banyak kelemahan dan kekurangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sebuah referensi baru yang dapat dikembangkan lagi dalam menggali tentang tema nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam yang pada ajaran Ki Hajar Dewantara.

Abstract

Improving the quality of regulatory reform in legal politics, which has implications for the direction of the formation of laws and regulations, demands counter-cultural changes within the regulatory institution itself. External controls and oversight are essential but not sufficient to overcome bureaucratic resistance and the growing philosophy of command and control. A number of approaches have been used through training and dissemination of information, repetition of writing on job descriptions and evaluation criteria, and building reform units, to support the functions of regulatory agencies. This research method is normative juridical, which emphasizes the study of literacy, laws and regulations, books and other related information sources. Juridical analysis shows clearly that bureaucratic reform should be seen as a long-term investment in building effectiveness, not just a solution to actual problems. This understanding will reduce the tendency for dysfunctional products to form regulations, due to the intervention of certain organizational or political interests. The change in the perspective of the bureaucrats in viewing the possible regulations will not be achieved in several decades without seriousness in improving the bureaucracy itself.Perbaikan kualitas reformasi regulasi dalam politik hukum yang berimplikasi pada arah pembentukkan peraturan perundang-undangan menuntut adanya perubahan counter cultural di dalam badan institusi pengaturan itu sendiri. Kontrol eksternal dan oversight merupakan hal yang penting tetapi tidak cukup untuk mengatasi resistansi birokrasi dan berkembangnya filosofi command and control. Sejumlah pendekatan telah dipergunakan melalui training dan desiminasi informasi, pengulangan penulisan pada job description dan kriteria evaluasi, serta membangun unit reformasi, untuk mendukung fungsi badan pengaturan. Metode penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif yaitu menekankan pada studi literasi, peraturan perundang-undangan, buku dan sumber informasi lainya yang masih berkaitan. Analisis yuridis menunjukkan secara jelas bahwa reformasi birokrasi haruslah dipandang sebagai investasi jangka panjang dalam membangun efektifitas, bukan sekedar suatu solusi bagi masalah aktual. Pemahaman ini akan mengurangi kecenderungan disfungsional produk pembentukan peraturan, karena adanya intervensi kepentingan organisasi atau politik tertentu. Perubahan cara pandang para birokrat dalam memandang peraturan kemugkinan tidak akan tercapai dalam beberapa dekade tanpa keseriusan dalam memperbaiki tubuh birokrasi itu sendiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the existence of the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School as a representation of traditional Islamic education institutions. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The primary data sources consisted of kiai, ustaz, students, and the community around the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School. Secondary data sources consist of books, journals, and other relevant scientific works. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation methods, then analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School still exists as a traditional Islamic education institution by maintaining five roles, namely (1) transmission of classical Islamic sciences, (2) institute of da'wah, (3) preserver of Islamic tradition, (4) center for reproduction of ulama, and (5) place of community service and development.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis eksistensi Pondok Pesan­tren DDI Mangkoso sebagai representasi lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Sumber data primer terdiri atas kiai, ustaz, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso. Sumber data sekunder terdiri atas buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah relevan lainnya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pe­ne­litian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso tetap eksis sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional dengan memper­ta­han­kan lima peran, yaitu (1) tempat transmisi ilmu-ilmu Islam klasik, (2) lem­baga dakwah, (3) peles­tari tradisi Islam, (4) pusat reproduksi ulama, dan (5) tempat pengabdian dan pengem­bangan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study research on how to determine Arabic language learning methods and techniques with a comprehensive approach, with the aim of learners to understand and be able to practice what has been learned and understand four skills thoroughly. This Research is literature research that seeks to find the literature that corresponds to the theme of the discussion and then analyzed with a descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that the comprehensive terms used in education cover a variety of aspects. First, the content of Arabic language learning should be comprehensive. Second, Arabic learning methods must also be comprehensive, the methods used in accordance with the materials submitted in order for the previously determined goals to be achieved. Third, the learning process should occur in the whole educational process. A comprehensive approach is more effectively applied to elementary and intermediate students. As for the advanced level of language teaching, it is more suitable to use Nazhariyah al-Furu'. This approach is how teachers modify the classes they face by sticking to the achievements of the four skills. Therefore, a comprehensive approach that includes strategies, methods, models, and learning elements make four skills in Arabic can be learned to master and develop Arabic comprehensively.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang cara menentukan metode dan teknik pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan pendekatan komprehensif, dengan tujuan agar peserta didik mampu memahami dan mempraktikkan apa yang telah dipelajari dan memahami empat keterampilan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang berusaha menemukan literatur yang sesuai dengan tema kajian  kemudian menganalisisnya dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa istilah komprehensif yang digunakan dalam pendidikan mencakup berbagai aspek. Pertama, isi pembelajaran bahasa Arab harus komprehensif. Kedua, metode pembelajaran bahasa Arab juga harus komprehensif, metode yang digunakan sesuai dengan materi yang diajukan agar tujuan yang ditentukan sebelumnya tercapai.  Pendekatan komprehensif lebih efektif diterapkan pada siswa dasar dan menengah. Sedangkan untuk tingkat pengajaran bahasa Arab lanjutan, lebih cocok menggunakan Nazhariyah al-Furu'. Pendekatan ini adalah bagaimana guru memodifikasi kelas yang mereka hadapi dengan tetap berpegang pada empat keterampilan yang ada. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan komprehensif yang mencakup strategi, metode, model, dan elemen pembelajaran membuat empat keterampilan dalam bahasa Arab dapat dipelajari untuk menguasai dan mengembangkan bahasa Arab secara komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the blended learning model on the ability to write scientific articles of students at STAIN Majene. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 30 students who take scientific article writing courses. The research instrument consists of test and non-test instruments. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and inferential data analysis technique assisted by SPSS version 20 software. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in students' ability to write scientific articles before using the blended learning model and after using the blended learning model.Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model blended learning terhadap kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah mahasiswa di STAIN Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah penulisan artikel ilmiah yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari instrumen tes dan non-tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial berbantu software SPSS versi 20.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah mahasiswa sebelum menggunakan model blended learning dan setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran blended learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems and challenges of determining the honorarium of a notary in making a deed and the solution. This research is normative juridical research using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials were collected through literature study and analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are problems in determining the honorarium for making deeds, namely 1) notaries are faced with a choice between following the organizational provisions of the Indonesian Notary Association or participating in market competition; 2) there are several notaries who end up being dragged into bargaining over the cost of making a deed which has actually been stipulated by the notary professional organization because they are more indulging their egos to get a large number of clients without considering the notary's dignity as a public official; and 3) it is necessary to stipulate rules on the minimum honorarium for Notaries, so that an equal honorarium will be formed between one Notary and another.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' critical thinking skills in natural science learning, the effectiveness of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by picture card media in improving students' critical thinking skills in natural science learning, and the difference between before and after using the media-assisted guided inquiry learning model. picture cards in improving students' critical thinking skills in learning natural sciences. This research is a quantitative pre-experimental design. The research design used is the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design pattern. This design has a pretest, before being given treatment. The data collection technique in this study used a multiple-choice test technique. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that students' critical thinking skills before being taught the guided inquiry learning model assisted by picture card media had an average of 37.31, a standard deviation of 19.299 and a percentage of completeness of 8% and after applying the guided inquiry learning model assisted by media picture students' critical thinking skills have an average of 73.46, a standard deviation of 9.356 and a completeness percentage of 81%; the guided inquiry learning model assisted by picture card media is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in natural science learning (p-value 0.05); and there is a significant difference between before and after applying the guided inquiry learning model assisted by picture card media in improving students' critical thinking skills in learning natural sciences.

Abstract

This study aims to find alternative solutions to peer-to-peer lending problems. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique used is documentation technique (scientific journal articles related to peer-to-peer lending). The data analysis technique used is analytical descriptive analysis regarding default settlement options in peer-to-peer lending. The results of this study indicate that alternative solutions for solving peer-to-peer lending problems are based on  Article 21 POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 the parties are required to mitigate risks through litigation channels, namely by going to court on the basis of default (Article 1243 Civil Code) made by the recipient of the loan; and the non-litigation route, namely through mediation because mediation efforts are included in the substance of the law (Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between online learning systems during the Covid-19 period and spiritual intelligence. This research is qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Bone State Islamic Institute. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by conducting three stages of data analysis, namely reducing data, data models and verifying conclusions. The results of this study show that the spiritual intelligence of IAIN Bone students in learning before Covid-19 students are able to interpret the substance of learning so as to make them focus on their life goals; and learning during Covid-19 is influenced by the application of an online learning system that makes some students still able to interpret the substance of learning so that they remain focused on their goals in learning, although there are some other students who have not been optimal in interpreting the substance of learning that can make them focus on their life goals.
