Abstract

Reading is one of the most fundamental skills a child needs to learn to succeed in life. Developing good reading habits is vital to your child’s future not just academically, but in everyday life as well. It is responsible of all parties, parents, school and government or child care observer in improving the ability children’s reading. In the other hand, there are large number of children’s story books which are labeled according to the age and level of the child’s own development, but in fact incompatible with their age. The children’s story books in the form of short stories, novels or comics are dominated by foreign markets such as Walt Disney series, Japan comics series , and many more. This is one of the reasons why the theme of this study is selected. Children need to be given reading materials that are appropriate with their age and closed to their tradition so young learners have a responsibility towards the surrounding environment and they also grow their love for the region they live in. One of the best resources for reading material is story book based on oral story of local tradition. The purpose of this research is to develop the oral story of local tradition from Samiran village, Selo sub-district, Central Java to supporting the literacy program especially in reading. The research applied was Research and Development and located in Samiran village Central Java. The subjects of this study was 20 children in Pertiwi Kindergarten Samiran, level Kindergarten B at the aged of 5 – 6 year. Abstract

This research focus aimed to gain an overview of the application of safe place techniques in reducing anxiety symptom for children with selective mutism. This research was conducted in TA Zam-zam Kota Malang. This research used a qualitative research with a type of case study. The data analysis technique that used was Miles and Huberman model. Data were obtained from interview, observation and analysis documents. This research found that the intervention by the teacher on N showed that the implementation of the basic principles of safe place techniques is appropriate for N because it did not directly focus on the problem of the rejection approach of speech experienced by children, this can be seen from the gesture of N who gradually began to open themselves to their surroundings. Children were not required to verbally express their feelings or emotions. Children's feelings and thoughts can be expressed through playing and drawing. Abstract

The main problem that is the focus of this research is the process of making educational toys with used goods in TK IT Al Fattaah Sumampir Purwokerto. This study aims to describe TK IT Al-Fattaah Sumampir Purwokerto in the manufacture of educational game tools with used goods. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The method in collecting data that I use is observation, interview and documentation. Whereas in data analysis using the method of reducing data, presenting data, and inferring data. The results of this study indicate that TK IT Al-Fattaah Sumampir Purwokerto has tried to make their own educational game tools with used goods. Abstract

This article aims to understand the philosophy of Behaviorism in early childhood education from the perspective of Waldorf (Rudolf Steiner) which is applied to its usefulness in the learning process. Steiner is an educational theory commonly referred to as Waldorf, the word "Waldorf" usually alternates with the term Steiner. Describing schools with a curriculum based on Steiner's teachings is about humans who have ties associated with unraveling the mysteries of the spiritual world. At school Waldorf developed a model to develop creativity in the educational process. Waldorf has a kindergarten that differs from other schools in general. Waldorf educates kindergartens from 3-7 years old. Having a school curriculum that contains games that can hone children's development, such as games that discuss, fairy tales, fables, folklore, these games can increase motor skills and arts. According to the theory of behaviorism the results of learning experiences are the most changes in behavior. The interaction between stimulus and response occurs because of the learning process. The theory of learning behaviorism itself is interpreted to study human behavior, and there are three feelings regarding early childhood education supported by Waldorf teachers: respect, enthusiasm, and protection. a. Abstract

Early childhood is the successor of the family that must be fostered and educated with various aspects of development. The child's gross motor includes all the muscular activities of the hands, feet, and all members of the body that integrate with the process of maturity in its coordination. Various studies on the development of gross motor skills of children, but in this study aims to determine the child's gross motor development through animal movement games. The research was carried out in PAUD IT Bunayya Pekanbaru in group A with a total of 16 students. This type of qualitative research that researchers apply to this study is to describe the learning outcomes that have been carried out so far by evaluating them through the results of the pretest and posttest. The results revealed that the gross motor development of children through animal movement games in PAUD IT Bunayya Pekanbaru can run well as expected, as the results of the percentage of pretest results of 31.35% have increased in the posttest results of 77.8%. Abstract

PAI at all levels of education aims to increase students' faith, understanding, appreciation and practice of the religion of Islam so that they become Muslim human beings who believe in Allah SWT, and have noble character in personal, social, national and state life. However, there are specific objectives that must be considered so that the influence of Islamic Education at the PAUD level can affect life outside of school and in the family. This quantitative research describes its influence, especially on the students of TK Aisyiyah 5, Magelang City, who identify its significance. For this reason, it is suggested to strengthen the reciprocal relationship between kindergarten and parents in addition to consistency in assisting children in learning Islamic Education at home. Abstract

A song masterpiece by Pak Kasur entitled Dua Mata Saya, My two eyes, is very interesting to be reviewed deeply. It can be seen from the structure of the melody and the lyric that has educational meaning and value. The method that is used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting all the data and then the data are classified, validated and interpreted. This research shows that the melody structure that is made has clear pattern, the lyric is simple and easy hence children are able to pronounce it and it is appropriate according to the characteristic of children’s song. Abstract

Introducting Al-Qur'an has done by cooperation of parents and teachers which tahfizh Al-Qur'an interacting on daily consolidated. Tahfizh Qur'an is a religious program to improve children's concentration and learning outcomes. HOTS model approach an important role. The study to determine the implementation tahfizh Qur'an program in early childhood by higher order thinking skills (HOTS) model. The method used literature study approach. The tahfizh program in early childhood is part of religious and character education so that children memorize, deepen meaning and empathy, get used to at school and home. Teachers can apply higher order thinking skills learning models, not only evaluating the memorization of the Qur'an but until students act to do something and even become used to it. Implementatign of tahfizh Qur'an program in early childhood using HOTS model is important for teachers at school and guided by parents at home so habituation besides increasing concentration also fosters empathy. Abstract

Children are individuals who are experiencing development. Early childhood is an individual who is at the golden age stage where at this time the child is experiencing a high sense of curiosity about something as learning. The formation of superior human character is an all-time project in Islam. Therefore, in this paper, the author wants to find the right steps to build a religious foundation in children whose ending will develop into characters that reflect behavior based on religious values.The results of this study indicate that (1) the religious values instilled in children are the values of faith, morals and worship. (2) a) The methods used are modeling, habituation, parables, storytelling and dialogue. b) The results obtained are that the child is able and accustomed to praying without coercion, becomes accustomed to learning the Koran, loves Allah's creation and does good deeds. c) Other family members also have a share. d) The process is carried out anywhere and anytime. (3) Parents act as father and mother as well as friends. (4) The family environment and social environment have an influence on the process of cultivating religious values. Abstract

The purpose of the results of this study is to find out more about the problems felt by parents when accompanying children to study at home. Related to the purpose of this study, the effective way of researchers using this type of research is descriptive qualitative type, through interview techniques followed by reducing data and conclusions. In extracting data from this study the researcher was able to produce and show a general picture experienced by parents (respondents) in accompanying children who were unable to study at home during the Covid-19 period, this was extraordinary by draining high anger appetite in a fairly frequent time span. , quota limitations, even parents, especially mothers, are very complaining about the learning given virtually (youtube,) and the results of the provided material such as the Google Class Room followed by evaluations and assignments, this is what raises the anxiety of parents at all. do not understand the material being taught that is delivered via virtual, especially mathematics in grade VI. This needs to be examined together when the current emergency condition is requested for policy makers so that educators, especially for elementary school children, with learning at home do not focus on heavy tasks. This has resulted in the anxiety and confusion of parents whose education cannot be equated with today's world, where it is very difficult to use technology (learning media) such as using Android phones, gadgets.
