Jurnal Sendratasik diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali pada bulan S Maret, Juni, September, dan December denganmemuat artikel / artikel penelitian di bidang musik, tari, dan drama serta pembelajarannya. Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The main instrument in this study was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instrument and camera. The data were collected through interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by identifying the data, classifying the data, describing the data, and making conclusions. The results show that the learning process for the musical ensemble at SMP Negeri 29 Padang consists of group division, coinciding, selection of musical instruments, and learning of each music / instrument. The music ensemble learning activities are divided into three stages: preparation, practice / process, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, the teacher prepares the teaching document and  subject matter while the students prepare musical instruments. In the practice / process stage, the teacher gives apperception in reminding about the meaning of musical ensembles and types of musical instruments, introducing songs to be played, and providing musical scores as well as techniques for playing recorder and pianica. In the evaluation stage, the teacher assesses, reviews, and sees the success and development of students towards learning.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the performance form of Talempong Unggan at the circumcision event in Sumpur Kudus District, Sijunjung Regency. This type of research was qualitative which used descriptive method. The main instrument in this study was the researcher and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques were carried out by doing observation, literature study and interviews. Steps of data analysis were taken to collect data, analyze data, describe data and make conclusions. The result shows that the performance of Talempong Unggan in the circumcision event contains two forms, namely the first in the form of procession on the road and the second in the form of sitting with cross-legged in front of the house / on the porch of the house. In the procession of Talempong Pacik in circumcision event, Unggan functions as accompaniment music from Bako family to accompnay children to be circumcised. The performance of Talempong Unggan which is played in front of the house in circumcision functions as entertainment music and waits for children who will be circumcised.

Abstract

Abstarck This research is aim to get, to process, to analyze, and inrstigate data about correlation betwen study motivation and parent’s anttention to the study result of musical art in subjeck cultural art SMP N 8 Payakumbuh 2012/2013. Kind of research that use is correlational description. Population in this research is all student in grade VIII who study musical art in SMP N 8 Payakumbuh. There are 214 students. This research use 24 students. Instrumen that use is closed sample. Before doing the research, the first step is doing try out to considered validity and reliability the research instrumen. There are two analysis that use. They are (1) Descriptive analysis that aim to see mean, standar deviation, presentation, the number of group and interval. (2) Inferential analysis aim to test the hipothesis. The result show that (1) Variable of student motivation is good. (2) The correlation betwen study to study result is significant with contribution about 29% to variant variable of study result. (3) The correlation betwen parent’s attention to study result is significant with contribution about 18% to variant variable of study result. (4) The correlation betwen motivation and parent’s attention together are significant with contribution 29% to variant variable of study result. Keyword: Correlation ,Motivation, parent’s attention

Abstract

AbstractThis article the aim to investigate the effect of implementing Learning Start with Question (LSQ) type of Active Learning model toward students’ learning outcome in learning Dance at SMA Negeri 14 Padang in academic year 2016-2017. This study was experimental research with the static group comparison design. The population of this study was 255 XI grade students of SMA Negeri 14 Padang registered in academic year 2016-2017. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique in which XI IPS3 was chosen as experimental class and XI IPS 1 was as control class. There were 32 students of each class. The instrument used was cognitive test. The result showed that there was significant difference between the implementation of Learning Start with Question and that of conventional method. The average score of experimental class (83.03) was higher than that of control class (76.78). It can be seen that tcount was 4.31 and ttable was 1.67. This result meant the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, there was better effect of implementing Learning Start with Question than that of conventional method.Keywords: Influence, Learning Model, Learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the meaning of the Kejai Dance in a wedding Party in the Rejang society of Lebong Regency in Bengkulu Province. The type of this study was qualitative. The instruments used in collecting data were stationery, cameras, cellphone and handycam. The types of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The techniques of data collection were done by means of literature studies, observations and interviews. The steps in analyzing data were done by doing data reduction, data model (data display), withdrawal or verification conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Rejang society of Lebong regency in Bengkulu Province has the Kejai Dance which has a social meaning matchmaking at a wedding party. The meaning is expressed in the movements of the Kejai dance as follows: (1) Sambah movement gives the sense of gratitude to Allah SWT so that it is given a smooth and straightforward work all that is to be done. (2) awal movement to begins the dance has the meaning that the society is always slow to do a job and always think first to make a decision. (3) Siap movement to get acquainted has good attitude and has good procedures. (4) Memberi dan menerima movement has the meaning that this society always receives whatever the results of the business they get in the form of gratitude. (5) Patah dayung movement has the meaning the society has a stand in every action and their hard work. (6) Sambah penutup movement has the meaning that every work that is done is always runs well and keeps returning to take care of it well whatever the results. Each movement has very deep meaning so that those show that the Kejai Dance includes life and social values in matchmaking betweenlackey and maid in the society of the Topos Village. The equipments (properties and costumes) give meaning to that society always has polite attitude and polite in dressing. The floor patterns mean that a married life is very simple but still solid and secure. The music instrument gives the meaning that the life of the Rejang area is also very simple. The Kejai Dance performance in a wedding party has an overall meaning which is the value of people's lives, responsibility and mutual respect as a binder of solidarity to strengthen the relationship among people.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and study the form of Choreography Review of Paarakan Silek Dance in Jorong Kampung Surau, Kenegarian Gunung Selasih, PulauPunjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. This is a qualitative research using a descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Silek Paarakan dance in Jorong Kampung Surau. The main instrument was the researcher itselfand was assisted by stationery and a photo camera. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by collectingand analyzing the data. The results of the research prove that the Choreography Review of Silek Paarakan Dance is a traditional dance in Jorong Kampung Surau. It is especially performed at Maarak Niniak Mamak Ka Rumah Gadang event and is performed once a year after the Eid prayer. The movements of Silek Paarakan dance consist of Sambah Kiri, Sambah Kanan, Mempersilahkan, Manyangua Tingkok, Tampelong, Tupai Bagaluik, Lantiang Pauh, and Ujak Musang movements. The dancers consist of 20 men. The music used is Talempong Pacik Dan Gong. The costumes worn by the dancers include: Taluak Balango black shirts, Endong (itiak palm) pants, Sembat wrapped around the waists, and black caps. The performance is held in an open field (yard) during the day.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research was to describe the learning process on music subject for students with particular needs (blind) at SMP Negeri 4 Payakumbuh. This was a qualitative research that used descriptive method. This was done by seeing, observing and collecting information related to the research object. The data then was described descriptively. The result of the research that the students with particular needs did not get similar materials, methods, and learning media to the normal students as all of those required visual capability. In addition, there was not any specific teacher paid to help them in learning.   Keyword : musik, anak berkebutuhan khusus, kualitatif, deskriptif.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to discover and describe the Interest of students Towards the art of dance in Dance in JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL extracurricular activities Development Laboratory research using the UNP. qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. The object of this research is the students who follow the Extracurricular dance in JUNIOR Development Laboratory UNP totalling 18 people. Research instrument this is a researcher as observer and tools in accordance with observation sheets. The technique of data collection on penilitian this is with the study of librarianship, documentation, observation, and then processed using the formula percentages and rates close to the respondent. The results showed that the interest of students towards extracurricular dance belongs to the medium. It is obtained from the results of the calculations of the indicator by using the observation sheets feeling pleased with the amount of percentage of 70.3% 55.5%, interest, attention to 62.9%, 75.9% engagement, curiosity 46.2% and 33.3% of the needs. So the summation of the data obtained through observation is 57.4%.Keywords: Interest students, dance art, extracurricular activities

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to reveal and describe the development of Joget Dangkong in Moro District, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. This research was a qualitative research with analytical descriptive method. The types of data used in this research were primary and secondary data. The main instrument in this research was the researcher herself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationeries and cameras. Data collection techniques were conducted by means of literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data model (data display) and conclusion drawing / verification. The results confirmed that Joget Dangkong t was one of the arts and culture that was still being developed in the Moro Subdistrict of Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. Therefore, it  still exists and is accepted in the community until now. In 2019, Joget Dangkong has been developed into Joget Dangkong creations in terms of form, distribution and function, and Joget Dangkong is only performed on certain events. The response of the community was very good and very supportive in order to maintain Jogging Dangkong, because Joget Dangkong had developed from the main source to earn a living, so now it is an entertainment. The development of Joget Dangkong is possible in the midst of society to foreign countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. Joget Dangkong creation is very well responded by the community since the development of Joget Dangkong is in a positive form without violating applicable ethics and norms. Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to describe on the development of Dance in Indang Tareh River Nagari Balah Aie North Sub-district VII Koto Padang Pariaman. This study aims to describe the development of Indang Dance in Sungai Tareh Nagari Balah Aie Utara VII Koto Sub District Padang Pariaman District. This research was a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was the development of Indang Jorong Sungai Tareh Nagari Balah Aie Utara VII Koto Sub District Padang Pariaman District. The instruments of this research were the researcher selves and researcher was assisted by supporting instruments such as notebooks, pens, voice recorders and camera. Techniques of data collection were done by way of literature study, observation, interview and documentation. Techniques of data analysis were done by step of grouping, analyzing, and describing the data. The results showed that Indang dance of Sungai Tareh is a traditional art in Nagari Balah Aie Utara District VII Koto Padang Pariaman District. Indang dance of Sungai Tareh is used as entertainment at traditional ceremonies, entertainment at weddings and other entertainment. The Sungai Tareh Indang dance is served in the form of tigo sandiang at alek nagari and solo performance at the wedding party. In Indang dance of Sungai Tareh uses internal and external music. Numbers of dancers are 13 dancers and 1 person is tukang dikie. Costumes used are guntiang cino costume, kain sarung, and deta. Quantitatively, Sungai Tareh Indang dance has undergone the development and has been performed in the neighbouring area such as Pekanbaru, sawah lunto, bawan pasaman, and experiencing the development of usability from as a broadcaster of Islam and Alek nagari to the wedding party.Key words: Development, Indang River Tareh
