Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of accessibility and social media on the decision to visit with trust as an intervening variable at the Depati Coffee Sungai Penuh tourist attraction? The aim of this research is to determine the influence of accessibility and social media on the decision to visit with trust as an intervening variable at the Depati Coffee Sungai Penuh tourist attraction. The analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a path analysis approach. The research object is visitors to the Depati Coffee Sungai Penuh tourist attraction. The results of the research explain that there is a significant positive influence between accessibility on purchasing decisions, there is a significant positive influence between social media on purchasing decisions, there is a significant positive influence between trust on purchasing decisions. The accessibility variable has a significant positive effect on trust. Social media variables have a significant positive effect on trust. Furthermore, there is a significant positive influence between accessibility on the decision to visit through trust as an intervening variable to Depati Coffee Sungai Penuh. Then there is a significant positive influence between social media on the decision to visit through trust as an intervening variable to Depati Coffee Sungai Penuh. .

Abstract

Banten merupakan provinsi yang mempunyai tingkat pengangguran terbuka tertinggi di Indonesia. Sementara itu, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Banten termasuk berskala besar dengan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berstatus tinggi, dan Upah Minimum yang mengalami kenaikan setiap tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), dan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK) terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan data panel dari delapan kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2017 hingga 2023. Analisis regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu E-Views 12. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa masing – masing variabel independen yaitu Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), dan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT). Apabila bersama – sama Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Provinsi Banten juga dipengaruhi signifikan oleh semua vaiabel independen dengan koefisien determinasi mencapai 73%.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and foreign ownership on corporate financial performance in the financial sektor of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. This type of research is quantitative research. In this research, the data source used is secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Samples that meet the criteria are 102 samples. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 30 statistical tool. The result of this study partially indicates that the managerial ownwership has a significant positive effect and foreign ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance, while institutional ownership has no signifficant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji optimalisasi User Generated Content (UGC) sebagai strategi pemasaran digital untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Sungai Penuh, Indonesia. Menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dari data sekunder platform e-commerce, termasuk 1.250 ulasan konsumen dan data interaksi, penelitian ini mengevaluasi hubungan antara keterlibatan UGC dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Analisis sentimen mengungkapkan bahwa 78% UGC terkait UMKM lokal membawa sentimen positif, sedangkan Structural Equation Modeling menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara paparan UGC, kepercayaan konsumen (β=0,67, p<0,001), dan niat pembelian (β=0,58, p<0,001). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategis UGC dapat secara substansial meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan loyalitas pelanggan bagi UMKM regional dengan sumber daya pemasaran terbatas. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang berkembang tentang strategi pemasaran digital di negara berkembang dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pemangku kepentingan UMKM di pasar regional serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan rekan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar. a)Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. b)Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 73 responden yang merupakan pegawai aktif di lingkungan kantor tersebut .c) Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen, yaitu dukungan rekan kerja dan motivasi kerja, terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dukungan rekan kerja maupun motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan adanya dorongan internal dari pegawai dapat meningkatkan produktivitas serta efektivitas kerja. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pimpinan instansi untuk menciptakan budaya kerja yang kolaboratif dan memfasilitasi peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of village fund allocation management at the Ko'mara Village Office, Kec. East Polongbangkeng District. Calculation is based on the effectiveness ratio and growth ratio. The research method used is quantitative with financial ratio data analysis techniques. Village financial report data for the 2019 to 2023 fiscal year were processed using the SPSS version 29 application. The research results showed that the financial performance of village fund allocation management at the Ko'mara Village Office, District. East Polongbangkeng District. Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of determining the influence of internal communication and teamwork on the productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation I Regional 8 Camming Plantation Units Bone Regency. This sample was taken from PT. Nusantara Plantation I Regional 8 Camming Plantation Units Bone Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are shared and related to the problem being studied. Data collection was carried out by observation, distribution of questionnaires and documentation. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study uses the Likert scale method. Based on the results of the study using the SPSS application version 30 regarding the influence of internal communication and teamwork on employee work productivity at PT. Nusantara Plantation I Regional 8 Camming Plantation Units of Bone Regency which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the author draws an important conclusion, namely that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This means that the better internal communication is established, the more employee work productivity will also increase and teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This shows that the better the teamwork, the better the peoductivity achieved. Keywords : Internal Communication, Team Work, Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Role of Government in Developing the Competence of SME sectors in Galesong Selatan District, Takalar Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data processed are the results of interviews conducted with 5 informants, namely the Head of Government, Head of Economics, Wholesale Figures, Craftsmen, Street Vendors. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation.The results of the study are that the Government plays an active role in developing the competence of SME sectors in South Galesong District through product innovation training, development of SME (small medium enterprise) training. This program aims to improve skills, competitiveness, and marketing of local products, so that MSMEs can contribute more to the regional economy.

Abstract

The Indonesian manufacturing sector still faces various problems in the global market consisting of increasingly high product competition and relatively low added value. Therefore, this study aims to identify the competitiveness and influence of the level of trade openness on the performance of Indonesian manufacturing exports using the method of analyzing the degree of trade openness, Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) which is enhanced by the Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA) method, Trade Balance Index (TBI) and panel data regression. The results of the analysis found that the structure of Indonesian manufacturing exports tends to focus on low or medium technology products, while high-tech products that have greater added value are still dominated by imports. Viewed from the side of the degree of openness, it was found that the average degree of trade openness was lower than other ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Low trade openness has the potential to open up global market access which ultimately limits Indonesia's opportunities to expand its market share. Meanwhile, the analysis of the results of panel data regression shows that the variables of the degree of trade openness, GDP per capita of each trading partner country, Indonesia's GDP per capita, the real exchange rate and competitiveness have a positive and significant effect on the export performance of the Indonesian manufacturing sector. Meanwhile, the population of partner countries has a negative and significant effect on Indonesia's manufacturing sector exports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen fashion di marketplace Shopee, khususnya pada toko Missyshop di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 160 responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif Missyshop di Shopee. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan rumus Malhotra untuk penentuan jumlah sampel, yang menghasilkan 160 responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif Missyshop di Shopee. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik citra merek Missyshop, semakin tinggi kualitas produknya, dan semakin besar kepercayaan konsumen terhadap toko tersebut, maka semakin besar pula kemungkinan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Kepercayaan dan Keputusan Pembelian
