Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of e-marketing on the business performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector and its impact on customer loyalty after the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was 100 MSME entrepreneurs in the culinary sector in Garut Regency. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS was used to analyze data from respondents consisting of culinary MSME owners in certain areas. Data obtained through questionnaires are processed and analyzed to test the validity and reliability of the construct, as well as test the proposed hypothesis. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of e-marketing on business performance and its impact on customer loyalty. This research is intended to determine the influence of e-marketing on business performance and the influence of e-marketing on customer loyalty using research that has been conducted previously. The analysis used in this research is the outer model test, inner model test and hypothesis test. The results of this research state that the e-marketing variable has an influence on business performance of 68.8%, which shows that the influence exerted is strong enough to be statistically significant. Then there is the e-marketing variable which has an influence of 68.9% on the customer loyalty variable, which means that the influence exerted is strong enough to be statistically significant. These three variables have a positive influence and are considered capable of influencing e-marketing.

Abstract

This research discusses how customer engagement and social networking sites influence business performance. The population in this study were buyers or connoisseurs of dodol products in the Garut Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 97 dodol customer respondents in Garut Regency who were distributed using a questionnaire via Google Form media and then processed using the SPSS statistics 26 and SmartPLS 3 applications using purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test, which are carried out using the R-square value, direct effect, bootstrap, and t-statistic methods. This research aims to determine the influence of customer involvement on innovation performance and the influence of social networking sites on innovation performance. The results of this research state that customer involvement influences innovation performance, which influences 64.03%, and social networking sites influence innovation performance, which influences 21.96%. The results of these two hypotheses show that the variables can control each other with a high value at that time. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of customer involvement on the innovation performance of dodol products in Garut Regency as well as enthusiasm (enthusiasm), attention (attention), absorption (absorption), interaction (interaction) and identification (identification) which are very supportive of several indicators in performance innovation in dodol products in Garut Regency and that there is an influence of social networking sites on the innovation performance of dodol products in Garut Regency as well as social communities, social media platforms and social media .

Abstract

This research examines the impact of digital literacy and e-commerce experience on student’s digital entrepreneurship intention. Digital literacy is important in the digital technology era, and e-commerce experience also shapes the view of the digital business world. This study explores the relationship between digital literacy, e-commerce experience, and student’s digital entrepreneurship intention. Through this study, it is expected that the important factors influencing digital entrepreneurship intention among students will be revealed, as well as the importance of digital understanding in today’s business. The population in this study are students at Garut University. This type of research is quantitative research with a non-experimental / survey research type. The sample used in this study was 359 respondents, distributed to respondents using a questionnaire directly and through Google form media, then processed using SPSS statistics 26 using a simple purposive sampling technique. The results of the study state that the Digital Literacy Variable has a positive and significant effect of 46.7% on Digital Entrepreneurship Interest. The E-commerce Variable has a positive and significant effect of 40.8% on Digital Entrepreneurship Interest. The Digital Literacy and E-commerce Variables have a positive and significant effect of 49.1% on Digital Entrepreneurship Interest. While the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research model

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The research incorporates both direct and indirect effects, considering various independent and dependent variables. The targeted population comprises customers who consistently repurchase Haus products. A purposive sampling approach was employed, resulting in a sample size of 96 respondents who received questionnaires. The collected data underwent analysis using SPSS software for validity and reliability testing. Subsequently, SmartPLS software was utilized for further data analysis. The primary objectives of this research are to ascertain the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, the impact of brand image on customer satisfaction, the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction, and finally, the influence of brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that service quality significantly impacts customer satisfaction by 20.3%, while brand image exerts a substantial influence at 75.1%. Moreover, customer satisfaction is a significant driver of customer loyalty, accounting for 89.7%. The study also identifies a notable impact of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (18.2%), and brand image similarly affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction by 67.3%.

Abstract

The IT company, as a pioneer in the development of information technology, utilizes information systems in almost all of its operations, ranging from company management to marketing management. One of the operational aspects of the IT company in conducting its business is client management, in this case, project management. The IT company, WIT.ID, in Bandung, has not yet integrated its project management, resulting in difficulties in allocating programmers for projects due to a lack of data collection. This research aims to understand the project management process, the stages that can be integrated into the system, and its impact on the effectiveness of project management at WIT.ID. This study adopts two methods, namely the analysis of the piece to analyze the capability of the IT project management information system and the Scrum approach to design and build the system. The goal is to enhance the efficiency of IT project management at WIT.ID through the improvement of the information system. The development stages involve analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The agile Scrum approach is applied to project management. System testing includes black box testing and usability testing, with a feasibility level reaching 86.4%.

Abstract

Garut Regency Regional Government is one of the non-profit organizations that has long utilized information systems and information technology. However, currently, many information systems fail to be implemented due to various reasons. These failures are measured in percentages of 35% total failure, 50% partial failure and 15% success, Judging from the statistical data of the district assessment of the best SPBE implementation in 2022, Garut Regency is not included in the index, meaning that the Garut Government is still below the top 10 of the overall index average. From the various exigencies found, this research was conducted to produce an Enterprise Architecture design using the Oracle Architecture Development Process as a way to facilitate the alignment of business strategies with Information Technology strategies and their implementation. To achieve the research objectives, the Oracle Architecture Development Process method approach is used in which there are several design phases in the form of vision architecture, current state architecture, future state architecture, strategic roadmap, architecture governance, and business cases. So that a blueprint is produced with four main components of architecture, namely business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture which are adjusted to the goals and business processes of the Garut Regency Government. And produced nine recommended applications to support government public service activities, and produced an IT Roadmap that is used to assist in implementing enterprise architecture design and integrating business processes and Government applications. The results of this study are expected to be used as a comparison and guide for the Garut Regency Regional Government in developing information technology in applications, data, and technology, it is hoped that further research will design the business case phase so that the proposals given can be implemented by the Garut Regency Regional Government as a whole.

Abstract

This research discusses how product and organizational innovation influence business performance. The population of this research is West Java culinary MSMEs, one of which is Garut Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was 100 Culinary MSME entrepreneurs in Garut Regency, using a purposive sampling technique and the Smart PLS version 4.0 supporting tool by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. This research examines the influence of product and organizational innovation on business performance. This research aims to determine the influence of independent variables that can influence business performance apart from research that has been conducted previously. The analysis used in this research is the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test, which was carried out using the total effect. The results of this research state that product innovation influences 48.6%. The organizational innovation variable has an influence of 27.8% on business performance. This third variable shows that variables can control each other with sufficient or moderate value. The aim is to test the influence of product and organizational innovation on business performance.

Abstract

Abstract– Human resources are one of the important factors in an organization or company, in addition to other factors such as assets and capital. Every organization and company will always try to improve the performance of its employees to achieve company goals. Performance is often a problem that arises among employees. The design used in this research is a cross sectional method. This type of research uses a verification method with an explanatory survey. The sampling technique used is a probability sampling technique using sampling of 100 respondents by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the computer software tool SmartPLS version 4.0. Based on the research results, it can be seen that there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

Healthyle aims to alleviate consumer concerns about catfish quality through a rigorous certification process. The city of Bogor and its surroundings were selected as the target market due to the high demand for catfish in the area. The ultimate goal of this assignment is to aid Healthyle in devising an effective business strategy, positioning it to potentially become a significant player in the catfish farming industry in Indonesia, particularly in and around Bogor. The strategic analysis of a company involves assessing its internal and external environment. This includes evaluating internal factors such as strengths and weaknesses using the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and Value Chain analysis. External factors, including opportunities and threats, are assessed using the External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), PESTEL analysis, and Porter’s Five Forces model. The Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) compares the company’s performance with its competitors, while the Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (SFAS) integrates findings from IFAS and EFAS. This approach is expected to be profitable short-term and build a sustainable reputation long-term. The research offers insights into the industry’s competitive dynamics and strategy formulation.

Abstract

Abstract– Small and Medium Enterprises Coffee shops need to increase their competitiveness to survive and develop. The knowledge and information disseminated can be technical, non-technical, or both. The research method used is quantitative with a verification type of research. Research the population of coffee shops in Garut Regency. The research sample was 47 coffee shops taken randomly with 50 respondents consisting of managers. Research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to coffee shop owners or managers. Research data was analyzed using PLS-SEM analysis. The research results show that knowledge sharing positively affects competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing enables organizations to: Increase innovation and creativity, Improve decision-making, Increase efficiency and productivity, Improve product and service quality, and Strengthen cooperation and collaboration.
