Abstract

This research aims to address the challenges of finding grass supply for Domba Garut farmers. Information about the quantity and quality of grass supply is crucial for maintaining the health and productivity of the sheep. Developing Location Based Service (LBS) technology in Android is an important step as a solution to provide information about the location of grass supply and the types of grass needed by farmers. The information collected from monitoring and reporting grass supply through this Android application can assist farmers in planning, distribution, and ensuring a sustainable grass supply. The research results show that this application, based on UI/UX testing, received a very good rating, and the location-based features have a positive impact on efficiency in terms of time and search processes. As a result, the business processes lead to achieving an adequate amount of grass and contribute to the growth of the Domba Garut farming industry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan dalam mencari pasokan rumput bagi petani Domba Garut. Informasi tentang kuantitas dan kualitas pasokan rumput sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan dan produktivitas domba. Mengembangkan teknologi Location Based Service (LBS) di Android merupakan langkah penting sebagai solusi untuk memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi pasokan rumput dan jenis-jenis rumput yang dibutuhkan petani. Informasi yang dikumpulkan dari pemantauan dan pelaporan pasokan rumput melalui aplikasi Android ini dapat membantu petani dalam perencanaan, distribusi, dan memastikan pasokan rumput yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini, berdasarkan pengujian UI/UX, mendapatkan peringkat yang sangat baik, dan fitur berbasis lokasi berdampak positif pada efisiensi dalam hal waktu dan proses pencarian. Akibatnya, proses bisnis mengarah pada pencapaian jumlah rumput yang cukup dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan industri pertanian Domba Garut.

Abstract

The business model is a crucial aspect of building a business. The Wedding Organizer (WO) business is getting back on its feet as social restrictions are lifted during the Covid 19 pandemic. Jangji is a one-stop application built to select and use WO and Wedding Planner services. The purpose of this research is to project the Jangji business model and design a business model using the Business Model Canvas approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a case study approach. The steps taken are: (1) SWOT Analysis, (2) Grand Strategy Analysis, (3) Business Model Canvas. This research found that the right strategy to apply to this business is the Growth and Stability Strategy, where Jangji can add more application features, take advantage of the momentum as a pioneer and publish tools in applications through digital marketing. It is hoped that the BMC mapping in this research can help the development of Jangji's business model.

Abstract

For an organization to have a competitive advantage, it requires continuous employee commitment Employees who arecommitted to the organization have a tendency to remain in the organization. The loss of employee organizational commitment means theorganization loses support and loyalty from employees in achieving organizational goals. This research was conducted to find out howmuch influence job involvement has on organizational commitment.The design used in this research iscross sectional method. This type ofresearch uses verification methods explanatory survey. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique withsaturated samples as the sampling technique. The number of samples studied was 54 people. The data analysis technique used isPartialLeast Squares (PLS) using the smartPLS computer software program version 3.0. Based on the research results, show that jobinvolvement influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between consumption values (i.e., functional, social, and emotional values) and environmental concern toward satisfaction and loyalty in green restaurants. A sample of 394 data points was gathered through online questionnaires from green restaurant customers in West Java, Indonesia. Using partial least squares to analyze the data, this study revealed that environmental concern and the value of functional, social, and emotional are significant predictors of satisfaction and behavioral intention. These findings provide guidance for green restaurant business managers to improve business competitiveness and simultaneously contribute to developing a sustainable environment.

Abstract

Worries related to financial problems often cause sufferers to experience stress. Stress due to a series of financial problems has increased public awareness of the importance of avoiding personal financial distress. This creates opportunities for unique business development, which can contribute to understanding strategies for strengthening wise management of personal finances. This research aims to provide an understanding of the formation of factors that influence personal financial distress and examine the moderating role of gender. Data was collected through an online questionnaire from 352 Muslim millennials who live in the most populous province in Indonesia, namely West Java. Through the use of PLS ​​for data analysis, this research reveals that religiosity, financial literacy which includes financial knowledge and behavior have a significant effect on personal financial distress. Furthermore, this research shows that gender does not moderate the relationship between religiosity and financial literacy on personal financial distress. These findings provide guidance for financial organizations, governments and educational institutions to jointly improve educational programs that support integrated religious and financial education activities, so that they can contribute to helping society improve their financial management wisely in accordance with sharia principles, and at the same time, contributing to reducing the impact of financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Augmented Reality (AR)-based Product Visualization on Customer Satisfaction in the wall paint industry. A quantitative survey method was employed, collecting primary data through questionnaires from customers of wall paint companies. Regression analysis was used to analyze the data and identify the influence of the independent variable (AR-based Product Visualization) on the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction). The research results reveal that AR-based Product Visualization significantly affects customer satisfaction (t calculated > t critical, 11.155 > 1.980). Approximately 52.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by AR-based Product Visualization. These findings indicate that the implementation of AR technology in the wall paint industry can enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of internet addiction, materialism, hedonic shopping motivation, and promotions on online impulse buying among the people of Kotabaru, both partially and simultaneously. This study took a sample of 385 people. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that, partially, there is one variable that does not have a significant effect on online impulse buying, namely the internet addiction variable, while the other three variables, namely the nature of materialism, hedonic shopping motivation and promotions, have a significant effect on online impulse buying. And simultaneously, there is a significant influence of all variables on online impulse buying with a large influence of 51.2% while the remaining 48% is determined by variations in changes in other variables which are not included in the research model.

Abstract

Abstract– In Indonesia, QRIS is presently a payment system that is gaining popularity. However, there are still a number of obstacles in the way of MSMEs using QRIS as a payment method. The purpose of this study is to use the UTAUT and TAM constructs to more thoroughly investigate the factors that influence MSMEs in the Garut Regency to adopt QRIS. Utilising a quantitative methodology, this investigation. The variables in this research consist of Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), User Attitude (UA), adoption of QRIS (Adopt), and Financial Literacy (FL). The research results show that the factors that encourage increased financial literacy in MSMEs include Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and User Attitude. Meanwhile, the factors that encourage the adoption of QRIS by MSMEs are Social Influence, User Attitude, and Financial Literacy.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises significantly influence economic growth and development. The findings of this study indicate that innovation, risk-taking, and proactiveness are crucial dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation that positively impact the performance of MSMEs in the Garut Regency. The primary objective of this research is to assess the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Dodol micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Garut Regency, focusing specifically on entrepreneurs engaged in Dodol businesses. Conducted as quantitative research with a descriptive approach, the study involves a population of Dodol business actors in the Garut Regency. A sample of 81 respondents was selected through simple random sampling techniques and analyzed with SPSS statistics 21. The research employs various analytical tools, including simple linear regression, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The research reveals that the entrepreneurial orientation variable has a substantial influence of 44.6% on the performance of MSMEs. In conclusion, this study underscores the critical importance of enhancing the performance of MSMEs, emphasizing the necessity of understanding the entrepreneurial orientation of a company as integral to achieving this goal.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and risk perception on purchasing decisions within the marketplace among residents in Garut Regency. The study focuses on individuals who have engaged in shopping activities on various platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli, and others in Garut Regency. The research population consists of individuals who have actively participated in marketplace transactions, with a sample size of 96 marketplace customers. Data collection utilized two methods: online surveys via Google Form and offline surveys conducted by directly engaging respondents across various sub-districts in Garut Regency. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS Statistics 26 and SmartPLS3 applications, employing purposive sampling. The primary objective of this research is to ascertain the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and risk perception on purchasing decisions. The findings reveal that the e-WOM variable holds a substantial influence of 63% on purchasing decisions, while the risk perception variable exerts an 18.4% influence. These results demonstrate the interconnected nature of these variables, indicating that each variable can significantly impact the others.
