Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Habib Husein Ja'far's da'wah strategy in YouTube videos about Islamic messages. This research is a qualitative research with qualitative data types. The data collection technique is in the form of observation and library research (library research) obtained from various data related to the things studied, in the form of literature related to this research. The results of the study show that the management of the da'wah strategy used by Habib Husein Ja'far is in the form of lecture breaks, writing pauses and chatting pauses. Habib Husein is more often active in the digital world, covering social media, be it Twitter, Instagram and Youtube. Habib Husein Ja'far's YouTube channel, which has been managed independently from the start, contains studies on da'wah materials on Islam that are light and packaged in an attractive way. The method of conveying Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar's preaching on YouTube has an appeal with the technique of applying a relaxed style of delivery, the Dominant style delivery method, and the animated expressive style delivery method

Abstract

This study aims to determine customary law (nikah sumbang) in a moral perspective in Kerinci Regency. In 2019-2022, there were 21 perpetrators of violations of customary law of discordant marriage committed by the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. With data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of this discordant marriage was no different from marriage in general, it's just that for this discordant marriage there was an admonition made by the upstream of the balang sent by Ninik Mamak to the person who performed the discordant marriage. Then there are sanctions from customary law applied to people who perform discordant marriages. The fine is also intended so that people who have performed discordant marriages do not become a byword for the community. The customary law of discordant marriage in a moral perspective can be said not to affect morals, one of the intentions and objectives of discordant marriage is to strengthen the tribe or strengthen the family that has long been far away so that after the marriage becomes close again.

Abstract

This research was aimed to improve the students’ ability in writing announcement through Gallery Walk Technique at tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi in 2022/2023. The researcher employed a classroom action research design conducted over two cycles. The research focused on the students of X-MIPA. The instruments utilized for this study were a writing test, and an observation sheet. The results of each cycle revealed that in Cycle I, the technique was not successful. Therefore, the research continued to the next cycle after revising the plan based on the weaknesses identified in Cycle I. The findings of Cycle II indicated that 7 students (33%) reached the 'good' level, while 14 students (67%) achieved the 'very good' level. These results demonstrate that the implementation of the 'Gallery Walk Technique' in this study successfully enhanced students’ writing announcement text.

Abstract

There were some problems that students writing hortatory exposition text first students were difficult to find any ideas in writing hortatory exposition text, second did not know how to organize paragraph, third students did not able to write hortatory exposition text with correct structure. The purpose of the research was to find out the significant effect of Stop and Dare Strategy on the Students’ Ability in Writing Skill at the Eleventh Grade of SMK Swasta Kristen Tomosa 1Gunungsitoli Idanoi in 2022/2023. The researcher used quantitative research with quasi experimental design, by pretest and posttest to the experimental group and control group. The sample of the research were consisted of 60 students. The researcher concluded there was a significant effect of Stop and Dare Strategy on the Students’ Ability in Writing Skill at the Eleventh Grade of SMK Swasta Kristen Tomosa 1 in 2022/2023 at the significant level 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of democratic values ​​in learning Pancasila and citizenship education (PPKn) in class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci. This research is focused on the application of democratic values ​​through learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education in class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci. Democratic values ​​in learning include the value of cooperation between students, self-confidence, freedom of opinion, mutual respect and respect for differences of opinion. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci in March 2023 to completion. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. The sampling technique that researchers used in this study was the snowball sampling technique. Data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions are data analysis techniques that researchers use in this study. The results of this study are that SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci in class X IPS 1 and 2 the application of democratic values ​​in Civics learning is not fully good enough, this can be seen from the many student behaviors that do not reflect democratic attitudes. The behavior of students in learning activities in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci is not fully in accordance with the indicators from Zamoni, there are several indicators according to Zamoni which students have not been able to apply in the learning process such as cooperation between students which is still in a poor category, then also attitudes respecting opinions between individuals who are still classified as not good enough, from this, class X IPS has not fully implemented democratic values. So that during the learning process it can be seen that the democratic values ​​highlighted by students are not fully good. On the other hand, the method used by the teacher is the same method every time so it is possible for students to become bored and boring

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are a reference for educators to determine the success or failure of students in carrying out the learning process in class. This study aims to determine the factors that influence mathematics learning outcomes in the material of flat-sided geometric shapes at SMP Negeri 4 Gunungsitoli Idanoi. The subjects of this study were class VIII students with 26 students. The instruments used in the study were a test of 5 questions and interviews. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the data exposure, the researchers concluded that the average student learning achievement was 73.00. From the data on student learning outcomes test scores above, a standard deviation of 11.1 was obtained from 26 respondents. Students with moderate learning outcomes are 53.85%, with high learning outcomes are 26.92%, and students with very high learning outcomes are 3.85%, with a completeness percentage of 65.38%. Low learning outcomes can be seen from interviews with students that 69.23% of students need help understanding the material the teacher explains during the learning process. In addition, from the results of interviews with subject teachers, it was obtained that aspects that often affect student learning outcomes are internal aspects, including lack of student interest in learning, lack of ability to understand the material, lack of student memory, lack of student skills in arithmetic and aspects of External factors include the lack of attention and support from the family to return to the lessons given by the teacher at home.

Abstract

The method used in the research was one qualitative research is classroom action research. The purpose of this research is to improve the students reading fluency of recount text through multimedia running text at the tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli in 2022/2023. Based on the result of the data in cycle I showed that there are 17 students in fair level (47%), there are 12 students in fairly good level (33%), there are 2 students in good level (5,60%), and there are 5 students in very good level (14,00%) and the average of students’ value is 62,6. Cycle II, there are 19 students in very good level (53%), there are 17 students in excellent level (47%) and get the average of students value is 87,36. It means that the students’ ability in reading fluency of recount text through multimedia running text in cycle II is success. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded the multimedia running text improves the students’ reading fluency of the tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli.

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) analyze how the Cash Social Assistance program implementation, and 2) to know the Social Cash Assistance program impact to community. Qualitative research method was used in this study with purposive sampling. The research located in the North Talikuran Village Administration, North Kawangkoan Sub-District, Minahasa Regency. The study results show that 1) Cash Social Assistance fund distribution to participants in Talikuran Utara is right on target. 2) The Cash Social Assistance Program has impacts, both positive and negative, to communities. This fund can really help beneficiary communities in their daily lives (Positive impact), while the negative impact is that this program creates a culture of reliance and sluggishness.

Abstract

This study expects to portray and break down the most common way of getting ready Local Regionall Property Needs Plans (RKBMD) by Territorial Devices in Minahasa Regime. This study utilized subjective examination techniques. The administration of local property in the Minahasa Rule Government, for this situation the readiness of the Regionall Property Needs Plans (RKBMD) in the Minahasa Regime Government, has not worked out positively. This is a direct result of the 4 (four) perspectives contemplated, it makes sense of that the primary hindrance in the correspondence viewpoint is socialization, when seen from the fundamental asset viewpoint it very well may be presumed that the absence of human and monetary assets is a deterrent in the asset perspective, and in The demeanor angle should be visible from the absence of mindfulness in doing liabilities as an authority overseeing territorial property and from the part of regulatory construction where there is an absence of comprehension of SOPs in regards to the readiness of Regionall Property Needs Plans (RKBMD).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze 1) the certified teachers performace in the learning process, 2) factors that hinder the certified teachers low performance, 3) the principal’s efforts to overcome obstacles to the certified teachers performance. The method used is a qualitative research method at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. The study results are 1) The certified teachers performance is still low in discipline, skill of teaching and making learning tools; 2) Inhibiting factors are low ability (knowledge) and skills, lack of motivation from superiors, lack of control or supervision by school principals, lack of courage of school principals in taking firm action, lack of training in making learning tools and not mastering information technology; 3) Efforts made by school principals to improve the performance of certified teachers are firm in reprimanding and imposing sanctions, conducting training in making learning tools and having to master information technology and carry out continuous evaluations.
