Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the effect of green advertising and environmental quality awareness on green purchase behavior through environmental attitude as an intervening variable on Milo gen-Z consumers in Semarang City. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument distributed online and analysis using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result showed that green advertising has no effect on green purchase behavior. Environmental quality awareness and environmental attitude have a positive effect on green purchase behavior. Green advertising and environmental quality awareness have a positive effect on environmental attitude. Therefore, Milo is expected to deepen the green advertising message and prove that they really want to commit to the environment, not just a marketing strategy. Future researchers are expected to explore other generation and other related variables, such as influencer campaigns, and the level of customer satisfy action in sustainable products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how perceptions of the usefulness of online reviews, emotional value, perceived risk, and trust influence consumers' purchase intentions. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving 200 respondents from the Special Region of Yogyakarta who are active TikTok users and show interest in shopping through TikTok Shop. Data were analyzed statistically using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings reveal that: 1) Perceived usefulness of online reviews has a significant and positive impact on trust and purchase intention, 2) Trust plays a crucial role in enhancing purchase intention and reducing perceived risk, 3) Emotional value positively influences both trust and the intention to purchase, and 4) Perceived risk also affects consumers' buying decisions. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors that shape consumer purchase intention, particularly in the context of online reviews and emotional value

Abstract

Muslim consumers in buying food products will certainly consider the halalness of the product. This study aims to identify the repeat purchasing behavior of Muslim consumers generation z through halal certificate variables and halal awareness. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used is convenience sampling with a sample size of 230 people. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using PLS software with Structural Equation Model (SEM) modeling. The results of this study indicate that halal certificates have a significant effect on halal awareness, trust and repurchase interest. While trust has a significant effect on repurchase interest, and halal awareness is significant on repurchase interest. The contribution of this study lies in a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the repurchase interest of halal food products through halal certificates and halal awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the challenges and opportunities of Islamic banks in the prospects of Islamic finance in the era of the digital economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data sources consisting of primary data using interviews and secondary data with data relevant to the study. The results of the study show that the challenges faced by Islamic banks in this digital economy era are cybersecurity, updating community needs, the application of the principle of prudence and know your customer (KYC) which is still less than optimal, and the application of the digital economy among the community. The opportunities faced by Islamic Banks in this digital economy era are Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Cybersecurity development, Responsive product innovation, and Increased regulation

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social media marketing on repurchase intention through brand trust and brand image. The quantitative approach was applied by distributing questionnaires to 310 respondents of Bakpia MSME customers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis was conducted using AMOS 23 software with SEM modeling and Sobel Test. The results showed that social media marketing has a positive effect on repurchase intention, brand trust, and brand image. Brand image has a positive effect on brand trust. Brand trust and brand image have a positive effect on repurchase intention. Social media marketing has a positive effect on repurchase intention mediated by brand trust and brand image. These findings provide important implications for Bakpia UMKM managers in Yogyakarta by utilizing social media in building stronger relationships with customers to improve brand image and brand trust, and encourage repeat purchase interest.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of company size on tax avoidance with profitability as a moderating variable. This study involved manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 in the basic and chemical industry sub-sectors. The sample was determined purposively, totaling 91 companies. Data collection from www.idx.co.id which is quantitative. The data analysis used is moderation regression analysis. The results of this study include, 1) company size has a positive effect on tax avoidance. 2) profitability strengthens the positive effect of company size on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the experiences of teachers and students in the implementation of financial literacy at school. The method used in this research is qualitative research with the Grounded Theory method, which aims to explore in depth the experiences of teachers and students in the implementation of financial literacy in schools. Data obtained from interviews and documentation through informants. The results of the study show that the implementation of financial literacy in junior high schools depends not only on the teaching materials provided, but also on interactive teaching methods, policy support and school resources, as well as family involvement in shaping students' financial habits. Therefore, to create a young generation with good financial literacy, a holistic approach involving various parties is needed, including teachers, schools, parents and students' social environment. Overall, the conceptual model developed in this study shows that the implementation of financial literacy in junior high schools cannot stand alone, but requires support from various parties, including schools, families, and the social environment

Abstract

Every student's need in higher order thinking must be known by the subject teacher in the classroom. One of the steps used is to develop a digital-based test-based Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) assessment instrument that is prepared based on the needs of each student and subject teacher, where students are required to have a creative way of thinking. The purpose of this study was to develop a digital-based Higher Order Thinking Skilss (HOTS) assessment instrument to improve students' creative thinking, analyze the feasibility of the assessment instrument validation results by material experts, learning design, and evaluation experts, and see the response of students in economic learning activities and keep effectiveness in improving students' creative thinking in class XI MIPAS-4 SMA Swasta Masehi Berastagi. This research model uses Borg and Gall according to the needs of students. The instruments used in this study used validation sheet questionnaires from material, design and evaluation experts, teacher response questionnaires, and student response analysis. On the results of quantitative analysis using validation test, differentiation, and the level of difficulty of the instrument and analysis of experimental data by increasing students' creative thinking. The results obtained from the study showed that the results of multiple choice test validation by material experts were 86% in the very good category, validation by learning design experts were 88% in the very good category, validation results by evaluation experts were 85% in the very good category, teacher response validation results were 89% in the very good category, and student response was 90% in the very good category. This study consisted of students of class XI MIPAS-4 SMA Swasta Masehi Berastagi as many as 30 students. Where the results showed that the digital-based Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) assessment instrument was feasible to use with a total score of 82% in the good category in improving students' creative thinking in economics class XI MIPAS-4 SMA Swasta Masehi Berastagi in the 2024/2025 academic year. Meanwhile, in the control group, the use of LOTS assessment instruments amounted to 56%, which was in the non-creative category in increasing creative thinking in the economic subject of class XI MIPAS-4 SMA Swasta Masehi Berastagi in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Sustainability reporting disclosure is an important step in raising awareness of the social, economic and environmental consequences of companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and company size on the sustainability reports of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 to 2023. Financial statements and corporate sustainability reports provide secondary data for this study. Ten samples were selected through purposive sampling, and various analysis methods, such as validity test, reliability test, classical test, and hypothesis test, were used. The test results show that profitability has a negative effect on sustainability report disclosure, while leverage and company size have a positive effect on sustainability report disclosure

Abstract

Low entrepreneurial intentions are a serious problem for various parties, including the government, education, industry, and society. Factors that can influence and increase entrepreneurial intentions include entrepreneurship education, motivation and self-efficacy. This study aims to foster entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurship education, motivation and self- efficacy. The research approach uses quantitative with explanatory research type. The population was taken from active students and had taken entrepreneurship learning as many as 1392. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship education, motivation and self-efficacy had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions partially and simultaneously. An important role in improving education through entrepreneurship learning can be one of the potentials to develop and increase self-efficacy in entrepreneurship. In addition, the motivation possessed by students will increase a person's intention to become an entrepreneur.
