Abstract

Digital marketing has evolved rapidly with advancements in technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and machine learning. One of the main innovations in digital marketing is personalization, which refers to tailoring messages, offers, and customer experiences based on individual preferences, behaviors, and past interactions with brands. This study aims to analyze how personalization in digital marketing influences customer perceived value, using the Customer Value Theory as the analytical framework. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research identifies the relationship between personalization and customer value across functional, emotional, and social dimensions, as well as how it impacts customer loyalty and brand equity. The study also highlights challenges related to the ethical use of data and the long-term impact of personalization on customer loyalty. Based on these findings, further research is needed to explore variations in responses to personalization influenced by culture and demographics, and to examine the role of new technologies like AI, AR (augmented reality), and blockchain in enhancing customer experiences.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of entrepreneurship in creating business plans for culinary UMKM in Sidoarjo City and to identify the key success factors for culinary business owners. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, which involves 50 culinary UMKM operating for more than two years. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations, focusing on product innovation, digital marketing, financial strategy, location selection, and risk management. The research results indicate that the most influential factors in the success of culinary businesses in Sidoarjo are digital marketing and product innovation. Through thematic analysis and data triangulation, it was found that UMKM entrepreneurs are generally proactive and innovative in adapting to market trends and leveraging digital marketing to reach consumers. Other factors, such as financial strategy and location selection, also support business sustainability. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for aspiring entrepreneurs in developing successful and sustainable culinary business plans

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much trading volume (X1) and market capitalization (X2) affect stock returns (Y) with the level of website information disclosure (Z) as a moderation variable. The method used is quantitative and the data is obtained in the form of secondary data. This object uses LQ45 indexed companies with a sample of 100 data from 20 companies for 5 (five) years, namely 2019 to 2023 through a purposive sampling technique. The findings from the hypothesis test indicate positively and significantly  that trading volume and market capitalization have an influence on stock returns. The level of website information disclosure is able to moderate well market capitalization and stock returns. But on the other hand, it is unable to moderate the relationship of trading volume to stock returns

Abstract

This study examines service quality in a small maintenance and repair company, using lean six sigma to identify problems and identify errors causing inconsistent service quality. The study used a qualitative approach, incorporating descriptive analytics, to analyze data from observations, customer interviews, and employee interviews in CV. ABC. DMAIC framework is used to find the root cause of the problem, and provides best possible suggestions to improve the quality of the company's services. In this study, it was found that the problem that caused the inconsistent level of service quality was a problem in administrative management there were 3 main errors, there are inaccurate expenses tracking, inaccurate invoices, incomplete job documentation. In improve phase that use FMEA, it was found that the company must further improve job documentation to improve service quality because it has the highest Risk Priority Number.

Abstract

This study focuses on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) companies in the mining sector for the period 2019-2023 which aims to analyze the role of managerial ownership on firm value, the role of debt policy on firm value, and the role of dividend policy as a mediator on managerial ownership and debt policy on firm value. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques for this study using SmartPLS-SEM. The results of the study found that managerial ownership (X1), debt policy (X2), dividend policy (Z) have a significant effect on firm value (Y), while the role of managerial ownership (X1) and debt policy (X2) through dividend policy (Z) as a mediator has an insignificant and significant effect.

Abstract

The$ curre$nt e$ra of globalization incre$ase$s compe$tition in incre$asingly compe$titive$ companie$s and re$quire$s companie$s to improve$ innovation. The$ purpose$ of this study is to analyze$ the$ influe$nce$ of transformational le$ade$rship and quality of work life$ on Organizational Citize$nship Be$havior (OCB) with organizational commitme$nt as a me$diating variable$ in PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$lule$r. This study use$s a quantitative$ approach with data colle$cte$d through que$stionnaire$s. The$ re$se$arch sample$ include$s all e$mploye$e$s of PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$lule$r, which is 98 re$sponde$nts. The$ re$sults of the$ analysis of this study show that all hypothe$se$s are$ acce$pte$d, name$ly transformational le$ade$rship and quality of work life$ affe$ct organizational commitme$nt and organizational citize$nship be$havior. The$ variable$ of organizational commitme$nt also affe$cts organizational citize$nship be$havior. This shows that e$mploye$e$s who have$ a high quality of work life$ and organizational commitme$nt, can incre$ase$ e$mploye$e$ OCB. The$ implications of this study are$ important for PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$llular in incre$asing the$ role$ of OCB e$mploye$e$s by incre$asing the$se$ factors

Abstract

Analyzing the role and impact of fintech in improving financial literacy and supporting MSME business activities in Boyolali City is the purpose of this study. A mixed method approach was used in this study, namely combining quantitative data through surveys of MSME actors and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results of the study indicate that the application of financial technology (fintech) significantly increases MSME actors' access and understanding of financial products and services. In addition, fintech functions to simplify business processes, improve operational efficiency, and expand market coverage. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of supporting fintech adoption as a strategy to improve financial literacy and the sustainability of MSME businesses in Boyolali. Recommendations are given to policy makers and fintech service providers to develop more integrated programs to empower MSMEs sustainably

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of OODA Loop analysis in the resilience strategy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the use of social media, with the TOE Framework (Technology, Organization, and Environment) approach. With increasing competition in the digital era, MSMEs need to adopt adaptive and responsive strategies to survive and thrive. This study uses a qualitative method with interviews and surveys of a number of MSMEs that are active on social media. Data analysis uses 2 (two) methods, namely OODA Loops and TOE Framework. The results of the study show that the application of OODA Loop analysis helps MSMEs in observing market conditions, orienting strategies, making the right decisions, and acting efficiently. Social media functions as a vital tool in the process of observation and interaction with customers, allowing MSMEs to respond quickly to consumer needs and preferences. The TOE Framework approach highlights the importance of technological, organizational, and environmental factors in facilitating the implementation of OODA Loop, where technological support and innovative organizational culture are the keys to success. The results of the study show that this approach can significantly improve the responsiveness and adaptability of MSMEs in a dynamic market and create a comprehensive framework to improve the resilience and competitiveness of MSMEs. The advice given is for MSMEs to continue to develop digital capacity and adapt to environmental changes to achieve sustainability and competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

One of the fields of expertise taught in Vocational High Schools (SMK) under the Office Management and Business Services program is archiving, where students are required to quickly understand the material and effectively perform archival practices. This study aims to develop a Moodle-based e-module, analyze the feasibility of the teaching material through validation assessments from subject matter experts, media experts, and instructional design experts, and examine students' responses through individual trials, small group trials, and large group trials. The study also analyzes students' responses to the developed product, focusing on the archival management subject in the 11th-grade MPLB class. This research adopts the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as a research approach, as proposed by Dick and Carey. The study involves 32 students from class XI IPS 2 as the research subjects. The findings indicate that the Moodle-based e-module is considered feasible, obtaining an average score of 81.77%, classified as highly feasible. Furthermore, the developed e-module is proven to be effective in improving students' learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test analysis results, which show a significance value (sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study adopts a quantitative approach model where the population includes manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 to 2022. The sample was selected by purposive sampling which included 200 manufacturing companies. As for this study using secondary data taken from www.idx.co.id. To analyze the data, multiple regression methods, coefficient of determination analysis, and classical assumption testing were used. The results showed that: 1) profitability has a positive effect on CSR, 2) litigation risk also has a positive effect on CSR
