Social media has become an important part of adolescents' lives, including in the formation of their social identity. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on the development of social identity of students at SMP 27 Central Maluku. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, data were collected through questionnaires given to 150 students selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results showed that social media has a significant influence on students' social identity, both in positive and negative aspects. Students use social media to express themselves, build communities, and broaden their horizons. However, social pressure, self-comparison, and the phenomenon of "fear of missing out" (FOMO) also have negative impacts that can affect students' self-confidence and mental health. Therefore, guidance from teachers and parents is needed in the use of social media so that students can use social media wisely and healthily.

Employee performance is a vital aspect in determining the effectiveness and success of an organization, especially in the public sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement and work motivation on performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study uses a quantitative method with a saturated sample technique of 121 employees in the public sector, the analyst uses the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between variables. The findings of the study indicate that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on performance, but not significant on OCB. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance and OCB. OCB has a positive and significant effect on performance. OCB cannot be a mediating role between work engagement and performance. However, it can be a mediating role between work motivation and performance. The implications of these findings suggest that organizations need to pay more attention to work motivation factors such as incentives, career development, and a supportive work environment, which can encourage higher OCB behavior, which ultimately contributes to improving overall employee performance. While work engagement has a direct impact on performance, organizations also need to find ways to enhance its impact on OCB to foster a more collaborative and productive work culture

This study addresses the gap in understanding the effects of different AI-driven personalization strategies on customer engagement in e-commerce, particularly considering the moderating role of privacy concerns. The purpose is to analyze how product recommendations, AI-driven customer service, and automated personalized promotions influence customer engagement, and how privacy concerns affect these relationships. A quantitative approach was applied using survey data collected from 258 e-commerce users. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that automated personalized promotions significantly enhance customer engagement, while product recommendations and AI-driven customer service do not have a significant impact. The findings suggest that privacy concerns play a critical role in moderating the effectiveness of AI personalization. This study contributes to e-commerce marketing strategies by highlighting the importance of privacy considerations and targeted personalized promotions to increase customer engagement. Future research should explore privacy concern mitigation and test findings across diverse e-commerce platforms.

Technological developments with the emergence of e-commerce provide great opportunities for students to start businesses with lower barriers. Students who have a high level of self-efficacy will be more confident in managing a business, taking risks and solving problems that arise in the entrepreneurial process. This is in accordance with behavioral theory which states that the perception of control over behavior greatly determines the emergence of intentions and ultimately entrepreneurial actions. Accounting students, who are basically equipped with the ability to understand financial recording and reporting systems, have a competitive advantage and can make business decisions appropriately.

Environmental issues are pressing and require serious attention, and green accounting emerges as a crucial solution. Examining the influence of financing decisions and company profitability on green accounting is the objective of this research. This study using data from manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Panel data regression analysis is applied to this study as the data is a combination of time series and cross-sectional data. Statistical tests are used to determine whether the Fixed Effect Model, Common Effect Model, or Random Effect Model is the most suitable model for the data before conducting further analysis. Empirical analysis shows that debt financing and equity financing has a significant impact on green accounting. However, the research findings show that profitability does not have a significant impact on green accounting. Despite equity financing being shown to enhance green accounting practices, highly profitable companies do not automatically increase their green accounting practices.
