Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance of Spaylater using the UTAUT 2 model and evaluate its impact on online impulse buying (OIB) behavior among Gen Z in Garut Regency. A total of 400 Gen Z respondents who had purchased fashion products on Shopee using Spaylater as the payment method participated in this study. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS. Gen Z is known as a generation highly engaged with digital technology and strongly attracted to tech-based financial services, including Buy Now Pay Later features such as Shopee PayLater. The results show that social influence (SI) and habit (HB) significantly influence behavioral intention (BI). Beside that, habit (HB) and Behavioral Intention (BI) are significantly influence online impulse buying (OIB). Furthermore, hedonic motivation (HM) not influencing Behavioral Intention (BI), also Social Influence (SI) does not influencing Online Impulse Buying (OIB). These findings suggest that habits and peer pressure strongly affect Gen Z’s use of BNPL services, while fun or pleasure is not a major reason they choose to use them.

Abstract

Home industry is an internal part of MSMEs in Indonesia that is related in terms of business scale, economic contribution, and role in local empowerment. Home industry is one of the easiest alternatives in opening up business opportunities to earn income. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of social media promotion, menu variations, and price bundling on purchasing decisions. The research approach used is quantitative with the type of explanatory research. The source of research data is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The research population was 1173 respondents based on purchase data from January to December 2024. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, so that the number of research samples was 92 respondents. The data analysis method used instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that simultaneously and partially social media promotion, menu variations, and price bundling had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for home industry products.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly influenced marketing strategies, including the use of social media like TikTok for building personal branding. However, research exploring content creators' personal branding strategies remains limited. This study aims to explore the personal branding strategies implemented by Reizuka Ari on TikTok through a digital marketing approach. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The subject was Reizuka Ari, an active TikTok content creator. Data were collected through content observation and documentation and analyzed using the Authentic Personal Branding theory by Hubert K. Rampersad. The results show that Reizuka Ari successfully builds an authentic personal image through consistent content focusing on skincare, daily life, travel, and food by showcasing his personality in every post. This study contributes to content creators and digital marketing practitioners in developing a strong, consistent, and character-driven identity on video-based social media platforms

Abstract

This study aims to examine the risk mitigation strategy for People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at BSI KC Ahmad Yani Medan through a descriptive qualitative approach. The analytical method used is the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that despite the implementation of the 5C principle, particularly regarding character aspects, financing risks still arise in the post-disbursement phase. Three main problems identified include: misuse of KUR funds for consumptive purposes, the absence or inaccuracy of business financial reports, and expansion failure due to weak customer managerial capacity. These findings confirm that character assessment alone is insufficient, necessitating a risk mitigation strategy that focuses not only on the initial phase but also includes ongoing interventions. These strategies include improving financial literacy and developing the human resources capacity of MSMEs, separating business and personal accounts, using more comprehensive and advanced technology, and implementing more proactive risk-based monitoring. \\ Theoretically, these findings enrich the development of the risk mitigation model, moving from the classic 5C approach to a dynamic framework encompassing behavioral analysis, financial coaching, and adaptive monitoring, to create a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable microfinance system

Abstract

Cirebon Regency is an area rich in tourism, both culinary, religious and cultural tourism. Culinary with local wisdom which has become an icon and has its own uniqueness and characteristics is the basis for developing amidst the international culinary ceasefire. The development of culinary tourism based on local wisdom in Cirebon Regency has great potential to improve the local economy and preserve local culture and traditions. This article aims to identify the potential and challenges in developing sustainable culinary tourism in Cirebon Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and field observations. The research results show that Cirebon has various types of typical food that can be used as tourist attractions. However, there are several challenges that must be faced, such as the lack of unrepresentative dining facilities and the people's westernized lifestyle. Collaboration between the government, community and the private sector is very necessary to create sustainable culinary tourism in Cirebon. The SWOT analysis shows that the strengths and opportunities in developing culinary tourism in Cirebon can be utilized to overcome existing weaknesses and threats

Abstract

The post-Covid-19 pandemic Event Organizer (EO) business has shown rapid recovery and growth as part of the MICE sector. Amid the increasingly fierce competition in the EO business, understanding the factors that influence client loyalty is crucial for business continuity, but research integrating TPB and VAB in this context is still very limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of subjective norms, attitudes, and quality on client loyalty in the decision to choose event organizer services. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through online questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling on EO service client respondents in Jayapura City and surrounding areas, and the data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that subjective norms have a significant effect on loyalty, attitudes have a significant effect on loyalty, and quality has a significant effect on loyalty. These findings confirm the relevance of TPB and VAB in the context of the MICE industry, and provide practical implications for EO business people in developing effective marketing strategies to increase client loyalty.

Abstract

tax aggressiveness in energy sector enterprises traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, in which corporate governance serves as a moderating factor. This research analyzes the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage, capital intensity, and inventory intensity on tax aggressiveness. Tax aggressiveness is measured using indicators previously applied in past studies. The results indicate that profitability has a positive but insignificant effect, leverage has a positive and significant effect, and inventory intensity also has a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, firm size has a negative and significant effect, and capital intensity has a negative and significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Furthermore, the moderation analysis shows that corporate governance significantly moderates the relationship between firm size, profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity on tax aggressiveness. However, the interaction between corporate governance and leverage does not significantly moderate the effect on tax aggressiveness. All tests were conducted using empirical data obtained from publicly available financial reports and analyzed through multiple linear regression methods with appropriate statistical approaches

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, locus of control, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 215 siswa, dan sampel sebanyak 140 siswa diperoleh melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, pendidikan kewirausahaan, locus of control, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (Prob. F = 0,000 < 0,01) dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,759. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebesar 75.9% variabilitas minat berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Secara parsial, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien 0,263 (p = 0,003), locus of control dengan koefisien 0,205 (p = 0,021), dan efikasi diri menunjukkan pengaruh paling dominan dengan koefisien 0,626 (p = 0,000). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan yang mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif dan psikologis siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan kajian kewirausahaan dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang kurikulum kewirausahaan yang kontekstual, aplikatif, dan memberdayakan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and pricing strategy on the financial performance of MSMEs in Central Lombok, specifically in the beauty salon sector. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 64 MSMEs in the salon sector in Central Lombok. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4 software to test the relationships between the variables studied. The results show that financial literacy and pricing strategy have a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of MSMEs. The better the financial understanding and the more effective the pricing strategy applied, the better the financial performance of MSMEs. These findings emphasize that improving financial literacy and implementing the right pricing strategy are crucial factors in enhancing competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. Therefore, understanding financial recordkeeping, budgeting, and setting the right prices is vital for business efficiency and sustainability.

Abstract

Past investigate has recognized the components of career interest in becoming a public accountant independently without considering the directing impact of the principle of independence as one of the values of the Tamansiswa teachings. This study tests the hypothesis of the impact of financial rewards, professional training, perceptions of the public accounting profession on career interest in getting to be a public accountant and how the principle of independence moderates these factors. Study with a quantitative approach through purposive sampling method and a sample of accounting students at colleges that have a CPA Test Center within the DI Yogyakarta range then obtained 149 questionnaire respondents. Study information were analyzed with t-test, F test, coefficient determination test (R2) and moderated regression analysis (MRA). This study found that financial rewards, professional training and perceptions of the public accounting profession had a positive impact on career interest in getting to be a public accountant. The principle of independence as a mediator succeeds in moderating by strengthening the relationship between perceptions on career interest in becoming a public accountant, but cannot moderate the relationship between financial rewards and professional training on career interest in getting to be a public accountant.
