Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia is quite rapid, which means that competition between companies will also be increasingly competitive. The phenomenon in this study is how companies located in the Cikarang industrial area, which is one of the largest industrial areas in Indonesia, can maintain their existence in this era which technology rapidly developing through several aspects, namely Employer Branding, Company Reputation, and Recruitment. The potential that has been achieved will make the company's reputation increase. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The processed data is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. Obtained respondents as many as 80 people. The data processing technique uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that employer branding has no effect on interest in applying for work. Company reputation also has no effect on interest in applying for work and Recruitment has a positive effect on interest in applying for work.

Abstract

Fashion trends in Indonesia have continued to grow rapidly in recent years. This has created an increasingly competitive environment and global and local brands continue to compete to meet people's needs. This study examines the effect of perceived product quality and price on consumer satisfaction with local fashion products of brand X. This cross-sectional study used a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected offline with an accidental sampling technique using a questionnaire with 182 respondents. The data were processed and analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2021, SPSS 26, and SMART-PLS 3. The results show that there is no relationship between the respondent characteristics and perceived product quality, price, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived product quality has a positive and significant effect on the perceived price and customer satisfaction. Price perception also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of social media is currently very rapid and has become a well-known phenomenon in society, this provides opportunities for business people to promote their products and services. By using various platforms such as Instagram, Shopee, Twitter etc., companies can interact directly with consumers, receive feedback and promote products effectively and efficiently. Shopee is one of the most popular e-commerce sites, with an average of 216 million visits per month in the third quarter of 2023, an increase of 30% from the previous quarter. This research examines the influence of live streaming, consumer reviews and influencers on purchase intentions on Shopee e-commerce among generation Z in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. The research method used is quantitative and the instrument used in this research is a questionnaire prepared on a Likert scale and the data is processed using SmartPLS. The results of this research analysis produce: (1) Live streaming has a significant positive effect on purchase intentions on e-commerce Shopee generation Z in Yogyakarta; (2) Online customer reviews have a significant positive effect on purchase intentions on Generation Z e-commerce Shopee in Yogyakarta; and (3) influencers have a significant positive effect on purchase intentions on e-commerce Shopee generation Z in Yogyakarta.Keywords: live straming, online customer review, influencer, purchase intention.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Career Path on organizational sustainability mediated by innovative work behavior in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia.Methodology/approach: The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are all employees who work in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. With the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis model, 110 samples were taken. The analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the smart PLS 3.0 program to test the hypothesis.Findings: The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Career Path on innovative work behavior and organizational sustainability. There is an effect of innovative work behavior on organizational sustainability. Innovative Wok Behavior can mediate the effect between Career Path and organizational sustainability in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia.Novelty/value: Innovative Wok Behavior sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan agar organizational sustainability lebih meningkat melalui upaya penerapan Career Path. Abstract

Memasuki era globalisasi dan keterbukaan informasi, isu-isu yang terkait lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola (Environmental, Social, and Governance - ESG) kini menjadi salah satu perhatian utama di berbagai sektor industri maupun pemerintahan. Perusahaan saat ini semakin menghadapi tekanan untuk melakukan manajemen risiko lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola perusahaan (ESG) secara efektif. Keterlibatan investor, tuntutan konsumen yang semakin sadar lingkungan, serta regulasi yang ketat semakin mendorong perusahaan untuk memperhitungkan dampak ESG dalam strategi bisnis mereka. Seiring meningkatnya kesadaran dan permintaan dari investor, banyak perusahaan sekarang menghadapi tekanan untuk mengintegrasikan kriteria ESG ke dalam strategi dan operasional mereka. Tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan risiko ESG adalah kompleksitas dan ketidakpastian yang terkait dengan dampak jangka panjang dari isu-isu ini. Dalam konteks ini, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memahami dan mengelola risiko ESG secara proaktif. Hal ini tidak hanya untuk memenuhi ekspektasi pemangku kepentingan, tetapi juga untuk memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literature review. Teknik di dalam menemukan artikel atau literatur dengan menggunakan pencarian pada database jurnal seperti google scholar, SSRN, research get dan website sejenis lainnya. Kata kunci dalam menemukan artikel yaitu risiko ESG dalam bisnis berkelanjutan (ESG risk in sustainable business). Hasil dari kajian literatur menemukan bahwa manajemen risiko ESG memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan bahwa perusahaan mampu mengenali, mengukur, mengelola, dan memitigasi risiko yang mencangkup dimensi lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola.

Abstract

The rapid growth of online streaming services has intensified competition within the industry, compelling providers like Netflix to continually assess and enhance their offerings. This study aims to measure and evaluate the perceived price, perceived quality, and customer experience of Netflix using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). By collecting data from a diverse sample of Netflix users, this research identifies the critical areas where Netflix excels and areas requiring improvement. The findings highlight the aspects of the service that are most valued by customers and provide actionable insights for optimizing service strategies to enhance user satisfaction and retention. The results reveal that while Netflix generally performs well in terms of content quality and user experience, certain aspects such as perceived price and specific service features need attention to maintain competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana promosi objek wisata Tangkahan di Kabupaten Langkat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi wisatawan terhadap efektivitas promosi melalui Instagram, menganalisis minat berkunjung wisatawan, serta menganalisis pengaruh media sosial Instagram terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 101 responden yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram @tangkahan_ dan belum pernah berkunjung ke objek wisata Tangkahan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan (R = 0,563, sig = 0,000). Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Instagram mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan sebesar 31,6% dan 68,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the textile and fashion industry in Indonesia is increasingly driven by digital transformation and changes in consumer behavior. MSTEX, a local textile company established in 2013, is known for its affordable prices and consistent fabric quality. However, the company faces challenges in strengthening brand awareness and attracting new customers in the online B2B market. This study aims to analyze how social media marketing, word-of-mouth, product attributes (price and quality), and brand awareness influence purchase intention. A quantitative method approach is used in this study, while quantitative data are collected through a questionnaire involving 201 active social media users, resellers, and business customers. Data are analyzed using IBM SPSS 23 and SMART PLS (PLS-SEM) to test the hypotheses and examine the structural relationships.The findings show that word-of-mouth significantly influences brand awareness, while social media marketing does not. Product quality and price also influence customer purchase intention. In addition, brand awareness has a strong positive effect on purchase intention. This study contributes theoretically by supporting existing consumer behavior and brand equity models and expands the application of digital marketing constructs in B2B textile settings. From a managerial perspective, the results offer insights into how textile businesses can prioritize marketing strategies that resonate with their target markets and enhance brand visibility in the digital space.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and detect the factors influencing fraud occurrences in ATMs at XY Company and evaluate the risk management strategies implemented to minimize such risks. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and utilizes purposive sampling in the selection of informants. The study focuses on a state-owned bank, XY Company, located in the Jakarta area. Data was collected through interviews with four informants from XY Company, each with different job backgrounds, as well as through observations and documentation related to fraud cases that occurred between 2021 and 2023, totaling 240 cases. The findings indicate that ATM fraud at XY Company is caused by several factors, including weaknesses in the security system, low customer awareness of fraud modus operandi, and limited supervision of suspicious activities. Common types of fraud include skimming, card trapping, and jackpotting, which are executed through various technological manipulation techniques and social engineering tactics targeting customers. To mitigate fraud, XY Company has implemented various risk management strategies, such as enhancing technology-based supervision through the use of chip cards and real-time transaction monitoring. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the implementation of stringent security systems, technology-based monitoring, and continuous customer education are key measures in combating ATM fraud. With effective risk management strategies, XY Company can reduce fraud crime rates and enhance customer trust in banking services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to  determine the influence of the Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Workload on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The population in this study was 125 people, namely all employees who work specifically in the Sewing Department, while the sampling method used the Slovin method, with a sample of 95 people. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis showed that partially the variables of Work Environment (significance 004), Job Satisfaction (significance 000) and Workload (significance 001) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect with an Fcount value of 17.207> Ftable 2.70 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 36.2% explains that the influence of the independent variables is quite representative of some variations in employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The company management is expected to focus on strategies to improve these three aspects in order to increase employee productivity and performance.
