Abstract

Abstrak Masa remaja merupakan masa dimana seseorang individu mengalami peralihan dari satu tahap ke tahap selanjutnya atau biasa disebut sebagai perkembangan. Tetapi perkembangan ini ada yang selalu dipantau oleh orang tuanya sehingga berkembang kearah yang positif ataupun tanpa bimbingan atau pantauan orang tua yang ekstra sehingga berkembang kearah yang negative dan mengalami perubahan emosinya, minat, tubuh, pola prilaku, dan juga penuh dengan masalah-masalah. Budaya berpikir kritis adalah daya dari budi atau akal sehat manusia untuk menilai valid atau tidaknya suatu sumber berita atau informasi, membedakan mana yang relevan dan yang tidak, membedakan mana yang fakta dan yang tidak, atau daya dari akal budi untuk menganalisis fakta yang ada. motivasi adalah suatu perubahan energi di dalam kepribadian seseorang yang ditandai dengan timbulnya afektif (perasaan) dan reaksi untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pergaulan bebas terhadap budaya kritis dan motivasi Pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Majasih Kecamatan Sliyeg Kabupaten Indramayu. Agar mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh dari pergaulan bebas tersebut. Berkembang kearah yang positif ataukah arah sebaliknya yaitu negative.

At SMA Negeri 1 Gamping existence teacher still not yet maximum and effective in enhancement quality education , because existence imbalance leveled education on Thing this that is placement educator and power education which not enough in accordance with his profession . It cause lack of source power man that is teacher. Though there is factors blocker planning source power man at SMA Negeri 1 Gamping like lack of Source power man , facility not enough adequate , discipline as well as work same in doing program and activity which has made . however because existence commitment which strong from head school for doing planning HR, as well as existence spirit which tall from tall from Head School , student , and guardian marid so that until moment this planning source power man for increase quality education at SMA Negeri 1 Gamping still could done with good , although still need upgraded . Abstract

The focus of this research is the role of education management in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Palembang. The role of educational management is very influential on the success of learning. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The type of data used is qualitative data. There are two kinds of data sources used, namely primary data sources and secondary data. Meanwhile, to obtain data using the method of observation, documentation and interviews. For data processing using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study are First, the implementation of the education management function has been carried out properly, in accordance with the conditions of the school concerned. This means that all of these management functions have been carried out but due to limited supporting factors in the form of infrastructure and conditions of school personnel, the management functions are carried out as well as possible. Second, the educational management function that has been carried out at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Palembang shows an increase in the quality of education and employee performance, although there are still some obstacles but it does not really affect work professionalism and the resulting quality shows quite satisfactory results in terms of input and output.

Abstract

The role of the teacher in the world of education is very dominant in achieving the quality of education, this is because the teacher who deals directly with students, so efforts are needed to improve teacher performance. The basic problems that occur related to teacher performance are the factors that influence teacher performance, there are many factors that affect teacher performance, including academic supervision and the leadership style of the school principal are two factors that are assumed to affect teacher performance. It is assumed that the implementation of academic supervision and the implementation of the principal's leadership style have not been maximal, it is assumed that it has influenced the good and bad performance of senior high school teachers in the Dumai Selatan District. This study aims to determine and test 1) The partial effect of academic supervision on teacher performance, 2) The partial effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance, and 3) The simultaneous effect of academic supervision and the principal's leadership style on the performance of senior high school teachers in the Dumai Selatan District. This type of research is a field research (Field Research) with a correlation approach which aims to obtain data from the problems studied, the method in this research is ex post facto. The population in this study were 127 teachers who taught in senior high schools in Dumai Selatan District with the total of sample were 97 teachers.The research results obtained in the field show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of academic supervision on teacher performance of 14.0% with a t-count value of 3,933 with a t-table value of 1,988 with a significance value of <0.005. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance by 13.0% on the basis of a t-count value of 3,762 > t-table value of 1,988 with a significance value of <0.005, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of supervision academic and leadership style of the principal simultaneously on teacher performance by 30.3% with a constant value of 31.371, with an X1 coefficient of 0.324 and an X2 coefficient of 0.601. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that academic supervision and leadership style of school principals can be used as predictor variables and can determine and influence the performance of senior high school teachers in Dumai Selatan District.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to develop learning media for children with special needs. This research uses research and development methods. The products that have been developed are then tested by material experts and media experts for feasibility testing. The result of the development process carried out is that the media used is included in the very decent category. The conclusions from the results of research and development of an android-based learning media program on Procedures and reading of Fardhu Prayers for deaf students are as follows: The product developed is a software application based on learning media android material Procedures and readings which include identity pages, menus, instructions, competencies, materials, evaluations, games and developer profiles. Based on assessments by media experts, material experts, beta test respondents and product validation test respondents. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the relationship between the technological, pedagogical, content and knowledge capabilities of lecturers in the IAINsyaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung environment and lecturer performance. As for the results of this study, there is a positive and significant relationship between Technological Knowledge and the teaching performance of lecturers at IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. This is indicated by the calculated correlation coefficient being greater than r table or 0.438 > 0.36 and a significance value of 0.015 <0.05. There is a positive and significant relationship between Pedagogical Knowledge and the teaching performance of lecturers at IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. This is indicated by the calculated correlation coefficient which is greater than r table, namely 0.827> 0.36 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. There is a positive and significant relationship between content knowledge and the teaching performance of IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik lecturers. Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic nation with a wide range of diversity, including social, political, racial, cultural, and religious ones. Religious differences frequently result in strained relationships between members of a community, especially kids in Ngawi Regency. Religion in the Ngawi Regency community naturally provides a blend of individual and group characters in socializing and will influence social behavior patterns against the backdrop of cultural diversity. The goal of the study was to use interviewing and observational data gathering methods to understand how interreligious social conduct toward children in Ngawi Regency. The findings of this study reveal that youngsters in Ngawi Regency exhibit interreligious social conduct extremely well, happily, amicably, enthusiastically, and preserving numerous community activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran make a match dengan menggunakan picture card (kartu bergambar) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan materi “Membangun Jati Diri dalam Kebhinekaan” pada siswa kelas IV SD 01 Temulus Mejobo Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dengan subyek siswa kelas IV. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik penilaian rata-rata hasil belajar dan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai hasil belajar pada siklus I adalah 73,33 dan meningkat menjadi 82,22 pada siklus II. Selanjutnya persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa pada siklus I memperoleh persentase 77,8%, meningkat menjadi 88,9% pada siklus II.

Abstract

The lack of improvement in student learning outcomes in material opportunities is a separate homework for educators. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to pursue an active learning approach using the mind mapping method. The mind mapping method is the easiest way to put information into the brain and take information out of the brain-Mind Mapping is a way of recording that is creative, effective, and will literally "map" our thoughts. To achieve this goal, the research was conducted in three cycles. The procedure in each cycle includes the stages: action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The effectiveness of the actions in each cycle is measured from the results of observations and tests. Data from observations and tests are then reflected to determine corrective actions in the next cycle. In the pre-cycle the students' completeness score was 24%, in the first cycle it was 52%, in the second cycle it was 64%, in the third cycle it increased to 88%. The results of this study showed an increase in the value of mastery learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle I by 28%, cycle I to cycle II by 12%, cycle II to cycle III by 24%. Based on the actions taken, it can be concluded that using the mind mapping method, teachers can improve student learning outcomes in class XII Multimedia at SMKN 1 Tempilang on opportunity material. Belum meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi peluang merupakan pekerjaan rumah tersendiri bagi pendidik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu diupayakan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran aktif dengan menggunakan metode mind mapping. Metode mind mapping merupakan cara termudah untuk menempatkan informasi ke dalam otak dan mengambil informasi ke luar dari otak-Mind Mapping adalah cara mencatat yang kreatif, efektif, dan secara harfiah akan “memetakan” pikiran-pikiran kita. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Prosedur dalam setiap siklus mencakup tahap-tahap: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Keefektifan tindakan pada setiap siklus diukur dari hasil observasi dan tes. Data hasil observasi dan tes kemudian direfleksi untuk menentukan tindakan perbaikan pada siklus berikutnya. Pada pra siklus nilai ketuntasan siswa sebesar 24%, pada siklus I sebesar 52%, pada siklus II sebesar 64%, pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 88%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan nilai ketuntasan hasil belajar dari pra siklus ke siklus I sebesar 28%, siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 12%, siklus II ke siklus III sebesar 24%. Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan metode mind mapping, guru dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII Multimedia di SMKN 1 Tempilang pada materi peluang. Abstract

Proses pembelajaran adalah esensi dari sebuah pendidikan. Mutu pendidikan ditentukan oleh kualitas pembelajaran. Berbagai upaya dan kebijakan dan program pemerintah telah diluncurkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Guru sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran di sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Dalam rangka meningkatkan keprofesionalan guru, kepala sekolah harus melakukan program pemberdayaan guru yaitu supervisi akademik. Supervisi akademik merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensinya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sudah ditentukan terhadap peserta didiknya. Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor pelaksana supervisi akademik, diharapkan dapat melaksanakan supervisi akademik secara berkualitas. Efektivitas supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Supervisi akademik yang tidak hanya sekedar menilai unjuk kerja guru dalam mengajar, namun supervisi akademik yang dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perbaikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik merupakan upaya membantu guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan secara efektif dapat membantu guru dalam peningkatan kompetensi dalam rangka peningkatan mutu proses dan hasil belajar.
