Abstract

Sources of learning and independence of learning have an important effect on student learning outcomes because with the presence of learning resources in school and high learning independence can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous learning resources and independence of learning on the students' economic subjects class XI MAN Sampit year 2016 / 2017.The approach in this study is ex-postfacto research with a population of 304 students. Sampling technique used is a proportional random sampling technique in which the sample amounted to 79 students.Tekhnik data analysis is done linear regression multiplier that has fulfilled the requirements analysis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially positive and simultaneous influence of the source and independence of learning on the learning outcomes of economic subjects of students of class XI MAN Sampit 2016/2017 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To Know The Effect of Self Efficacy to Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (2) To Know the Influence of Academic Procrastination on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (3) To Know the Influence of Self Efficacy and Academic Procrastination simultaneously on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit.The population in this study are students of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit on semester 2, 4, and 6 which amounted to 165 students and taken as a sample of 30% of 51 students with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis are: (1) There is no Effect of Self Efficacy on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (2) There is no Influence of Academic Procrastination on Achievement Index on Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. (3) No Effect of Self Efficacy and Academic Procrastination collectively to the Achievement Index on the Student of The Educational Program Of Economic Studies at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit.

Abstract

The school drop out rate always increases every year and many factors cause children to decide to quit school. This study aims to determine the causes of school dropouts in Tumbang Kaminting Village, Bukit Santuai District. This study is a qualitative descriptive study that carries out stepwise data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and ended with the conclusion by interviewing out of school children as research subjects. And to test the validity of the data using the source triangulation technique to parents, neighbors and peers of research subjects. The results of the analysis show that the causes of school dropouts are 1) because of severe illness and, 2) because the school was considered interesting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of parental attention to student learning motivation in the class XI IPA at SMA 2 Sampit in The Year of 2015/2016. Population in this study all students of grade XI IPA in SMA 2 Sampit as many as 195 students. The samples in this study was using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 49 students. The research instrument using a questionnaire with Likert Scale. Test the validity using Product Moment Correlation formula, while the reability test in this study using the formula Coeffecient Alpha Cronbach. Technique of data analisys used is simple regression analisys and hypothesis test processed with SPSS for windows version 20. The results of research show that there is influence of parents attention to students motivation to study class XI IPA at SMA 2 Sampit in The Year of 2015/2016. The magnitude of the influence of parents attention to student learning motivation is 17% and the remaining 83% is obtained from other factors that can not be researched in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how students' self awareness of the cleanliness of campus environment in STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit Academic Year 2016/2017. The population in this study is all students of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit amounting to 412 students Academic Year 2016/2017. The sampling technique used is a random sample technique or a random sample where the sample amounted to 206 students. Researchers use this technique because the population in the study exceeds 100. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the result of the research, most of the students who have high category as many as 29 respondents (14.07%) consisting of 6 male respondents and 23 female respondents, for the medium category are 146 respondents (70.87%) consisting of 39 respondents Men and 107 female respondents, and for the low category of 31 respondents (15.04%) consisting of 7 male respondents and 24 female respondents.

Abstract

From interviews with one of the students obtained the fact that student will be less interst in following the lesson if the teacher lat to class and they would like a lesson if the teacher how to teach it interesting and fun. Vice versa if the does not like a lesson, it is because she does not like the way teachers teach. If she did not like one of the teachers who teach in the classroom, she is usually less attention and understand what is convenyed by the teacher. [Mely, interviews20 April 2015]. The purpose of this research is to know something no influence perceptions of student discipline teachers teaching against IPS interest in learning subjects in class VIII at SMP Negeri 9 Sampit in academic year 2015/2016. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The type of approach used is a correlation study.Based on the survey result revealed that the values of R square (R2) to the percentage contribution of the variable students perceptions about the discipline of teachers in teaching the learning interest of 16,7% and the remaining 83% is influence by other factors such individual factors, and social factors.

Abstract

student perception about religious education of islami some factors. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence perception about religious education of islami, with the sample the study were students of class XI SMK Negeri 3 Sampit of 70 students. Methods in this study using quantitative methods. Results of research based student perception about religious education of islami is good enough that dominated enough influenced by psychology factor, family factor and cultural factor with percentage 69%, with number of respondent 48 from total of respondent 70.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the effect of learning motivation to the learning difficulties in eight class at smp negeri 3 sampit in the academic year 2016/2017. Population in this study are all Class VIII of at SMP Negeri 3 Sampit totaling 286 students, which later than 286 students 114 students were acquired as the sample with techniques propotional simple random sampling for 2 weeks. Data learning motivation to the learning difficulties obtained from questionnaires, which is obtained meet regulations questionnaire validity and reliability instrument. Analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression, meet regulations classic assumption test (normality, linearity, and autocorrelation, T test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis, obtained t_count equal to 8,256, because t_count>t_table (8,256 > 1,984) then the hypothesis is accepted, that there is an the effect on learning motivation learning difficulties in eigth classat SMP Negeri 3 Sampit in the academic year 2016/2017. While coefficient of determination of 0,378 which means that in this study the effect if learning motivation 37,8% to learning difficulties satisfaction.

Abstract

To understand the importance of learning styles have because in reality that students learn in his preferred learning style will certainly giving out good results. This study aims to determine trends in student learning styles Xl class majoring in science and social studies department at the high school. The method in this research using descriptive method, the number of population in this study are all high school students are students of class XI as many as 306 students. The samples in the study is proportionate random sampling technique, with the number of 78 students, who captured 25% of the total population. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a scale of psychology. Data analysis techniques that are used is descriptive analysis with formula persentase.Uji validity of using product moment correlation formula. Based on the results of descriptive analysis by percentage, obtained no learning style class XI student majoring in science tend to have a visual learning style amounted to 37.51%, which the Social Sciences has a visual learning style amounted to 38.83%. Thus the learning styles of students majoring in science class XI students majoring in social studies in high school had the same tend divisual.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Student Satisfaction Differences on Lecturer Characteristics of the big five factors of Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to experience in Teaching and Learning at the Educational Program of Economic Studies of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. This research was a comparative research using quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were the 4th semester students of the Educational Program of Economic Studies of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit which amounted to 28 person. The data analysis used was Analysis of One Path Variant (One Way Anova) Based on the results of data analysis, it could be concluded that there were the student satisfaction differences on the characteristics of lecturers type Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to experience. This was indicated by the value F arithmetic> Ftable; 3.364> 2.26 with significant value p = 0.020
