Abstract

This research aims to teach 4th grade elementary school students about various aspects of plants, including plant structure, the function of various parts of plants, and the importance of plants in everyday life. The method used is collaborative learning which involves observation, experimentation and discussion. In this research, students are given the opportunity to observe various types of plants, such as flowering plants, non-flowering plants and vines. They also study the basic structures of plants, such as roots, stems, leaves, and flowers. Apart from that, students are taught about the role of plants in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem and the availability of oxygen in the atmosphere. Through discussions and group activities, students also understand the importance of protecting the environment and caring for the plants around them. They learn how to care for ornamental plants and trees at school and at home. The research results show that this learning method is effective in increasing students' understanding of plants and how they play an important role in their lives. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in increasing students' awareness of the importance of protecting nature and plants in the ecosystem. In conclusion, this research helps 4th grade elementary school students to understand various aspects of plants and the importance of plants in everyday life. Learning methods that are active and involve observation and experimentation help students learn better and appreciate the nature around them.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of independent character education through exemplary and habituation in class IV students of Elementary School 1 Baturan. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method supported by field research and references related to the themes discussed. The subjects used in this study were fourth grade students, totaling 11 students. Data collection techniques used by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Qualitative data analysis techniques use reduction, display and generalizations or conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it shows that (1) the reasons for carrying out independent character education for students include (a) guaranteeing the formation of a good personality (b) being able to increase achievement (c) being able to distinguish between error and truth; (2) the implementation of students' independent character education can be seen from the aspect of self-development; (3) Exemplary forms and habits that are implemented; (a) get used to cleaning the table yourself, (b) get used to picking up trash and Throw garbage in its place. As for the habituation that is done, namely; (a) get used to praying before and after carrying out activities, (b) get used to doing daily assignments and tests on their own, (c) get used to throwing trash in its place, (d) get used to picket class alone, (e) get used to be confident and dare to remind friends when they make mistakes.

Abstract

Inovasi inisiatif guru merupakan kemampuan kepala sekolah membangkitkan inisiatif guru untuk terus berkontribusi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan peran mediasi (kualitas pelayanan dan pengetahuan guru di lingkungan sekolah PAUD, dan pengaruh inisiatif guru terhadap mutu pendidikan PAUD. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif berupa data responden yang dikumpulkan melalui sebaran kuesioner pada guru PAUD di Kota Cilegon, dan dianalisis dengan alat statistic structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: 1) ada pengaruh inisiatif guru terhadap kualitas pelayanan. 2) ada pengaruh inisiatif guru terhadap pengetahuan guru. 3) ada pengaruh inisiatif guru terhadap kualitas mutu pendidikan PAUD. 4) tidak ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kualitas mutu pendidikan PAUD. 5) ada pengaruh Pengetahuan guru terhadap kualitas mutu pendidikan PAUD. 6) ada pengaruh mediasi antar inisiatif guru terhadap kualitas mutu pendidikan PAUD. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu inisiatif guru berdampak pada berbagai aspek seperti kualitas pelayanan, pengetahuan guru, dan kualitas mutu pendidikan PAUD.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this Classroom Action Research is: to find out whether the NHT (Numberd Heads Together) Type Cooperative Learning Model can improve student learning achievement in mathematics and Indonesian Language Theme Healthy and Clean Living Class II Semester 2 Balak State Elementary School, Cawas District, Klaten Regency, Academic Year 2021/2022” This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The data collection was obtained through  observation, interviews, and questionnaires for quantitative data analysis, as well as using post-tests for quantitative analysis. The sample was taken using all class II students, which happened to be 14 students. From the results of data analysis, it can be obtained that the Qualitative Value is in the range of 70% and above and the average value of learning outcomes in cycle I is 56.42, while in cycle II the average value is 66.42, cycle III is 78.57. Also the completeness of student learning in the cycle In the first cycle there were 4 students (28.57%) out of 14 children, in the second cycle there were 8 children (57.14%) out of 14 students and in the third cycle it rose to 14 children (100%) and had reached 70% or more.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine various studies that raised the theme of bullying in numerous countries over the last ten years, and explains how Islamic law provides its perception in preventing and avoiding bullying in social life. The research method applies literature review by reviewing various studies in journal articles. Article searches were carried out using the search engine on the Scopus website with the keyword "bullying phenomenon". The results show that bullying can occur in various locations, starting from educational establishments, workplaces, and even in everyday life. Based on the grouping of bullying locations in schools, it was found that the junior secondary education level was the focus of most research. The study results on the factors that cause someone to experience or become a perpetrator of bullying include family conflict, school playground, school economic index, digital media, and cultural diversity. The impacts of bullying include Exit from the organization, gender stereotypes, characteristics, and academic achievement. The final part is the solution or prevention of bullying, including victims' services, psychosocial well-being, sports participation, family environment, and awareness of the bullying phenomenon. Reflections is becoming increasingly important, and Islam is its source.

Abstract

Learning is a process that involves various aspects possessed by each individual/student. The teaching and learning process is not only about conveying lesson material, but also about the ability to foster students' interest in learning. Effective education not only gets information into students' minds, but also creates an environment that stimulates curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. Interest in the learning process is a psychological aspect that influences each individual/student in learning. Because a person's interest will give rise to a feeling of pleasure and comfort in an activity without any compulsion. This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of the school environment on students' interest in learning in elementary schools. The school environment includes aspects such as physical facilities, classroom atmosphere, teacher-student interactions, and parental support. and knowing the factors that influence students' interest in learning. Based on the results of the identified data, it can be seen that the factors that influence students' interest in learning are internal and external factors. The research results show that the school environment has a significant role in shaping students' interest in learning. Adequate and comfortable physical facilities, a conducive classroom atmosphere, and positive interactions between teachers and students can increase interest in learning. Parental support also makes a positive contribution to student motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh deskripsi wujud tindak tutur ekspresif dalam interaksi jual beli di Pasar Karangampel serta memperoleh pemanfaatannya dalam pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMK berupa modul teks negosiasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah interaksi penjual dan pembeli yang ada di Pasar Karangampel. Instrumen utama adalah diri sendiri sedangkan instrumen tambahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh 15 tuturan. Yang terbagi menjadi 5 bagian, yaitu 3 tindak tutur ekspresif marah, 3 tindak tutur bahagia, 3 tindak tutur ekspresif menyalahkan, 3 tindak tutur ekspresif mengeluh dan 3 tindak tutur ekspresif memuji. Bahan ajar berupa modul teks negosiasi untuk siswa kelas X yang uji kelayakannya berdasarkan empat aspek penilaian diadaptasi dari Standar Penilaian Buku Teks Pelajaran oleh BSNP dengan diperkuat validasi oleh empat ahli yaitu dua dosen dan dua guru Bahasa Indonesia dengan hasil yang cukup efektif dan layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the learning motivation of class II students at SDN 2 Gombang is during the pandemic. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews with class II teachers at SDN 2 Gombang. The results of the research show that students' learning motivation during online learning during the pandemic is low and has decreased compared to learning before the pandemic. One of the things that influences this is the lack of direct interaction between teachers and students.

Abstract

Literasi numerasi adalah kecakapan untuk menggunakan berbagai macam angka dan simbol terkait dengan matematika dasar untuk memecahkan masalah nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan games spinner terhadap motivasi belajar literasi numerasi pada anak-anak Sanggar Baca dan Seni yang terletak di Desa Bocor, Buluspesantren, Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 anak di Sanggar Baca dan Seni. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling insidental atau Reliance Available Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 21 anak. Selanjutnya hasil kuisioner tersebut disusun menggunakan skala Guttman.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, menggunakan teknik statistik presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa games Spinning Math dapat memotivasi dan menarik anak untuk belajar numerasi. Spinning Math ini menjadi games pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengajarkan literasi numerasi pada anak di Sanggar Baca dan Seni Desa Bocor, Buluspesantren, Kebumen.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the technological innovation trends among SMEs in various countries. Data was obtained by searching literature from metadata on the Scopus website from 2020 to 2023. The literature obtained was then selected using the Prisma method based on the researcher's needs, and analyzed qualitatively and mapped with the help of NVivo 12 Pro. The study's results, based on the country of research location, obtained results of innovation in the technology field for SMEs from Indonesia. The best journals with publications quite popular for researchers in the SMEs field are the Journal of Business Research (Q1) and Cogent Business & Management (Q2). Innovation in marketing or advertising is the most dominant, and research will occur in 2022 and 2023. Trends in the use of technology in MSMEs from the results of the literature review include financial systems, exports, transactions, quality management, supply chain management, financial technology, marketing, and production. The literature review results that still need to occur more regarding technological innovation for SMEs are technological innovation at the management or organizational scale.
