Abstract

This research is entitled Efforts to Increase Motivation and Mathematics Learning Outcomes about Building Space through the Use of Manipulative Tools. The time of the research was October 24 and 31 2021. In this research, the objects were students at SD Negeri 4 Kalikebo class V. The population was 26 students. One way that teachers can apply in teaching mathematics is by using manipulative materials. There are many benefits that can be gained from using manipulative materials. Thus, it can be concluded that the results of research carried out at SD Negeri 4 Kalikebo on mathematics subjects using manipulative aids can improve learning achievement.Keywords: Learning outcomes, building space, manipulative aids

Abstract

Kulit pisang merupakan salah satu penyumbang sampah terbesar di Indonesia dan pemanfaatannya belum optimal. Kulit pisang dapat dijadikan bahan dasar bioplastik karena mengandung pati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat bioplastik dengan menggunakan limbah kulit pisang kepok dan melakukan analisis uji hambatan udara dan uji degredabilitas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari pengambilan pati kulit pisang, pembuatan bioplastik, uji ketahanan udara, dan uji biodegradabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bioplastik yang dihasilkan secara fisik tampak berwarna coklat dan buram; Permukaan bioplastiknya bagus dan plastik. Pada pengujian, ketahanan terhadap udara rendah karena kandungan pati memiliki sifat hidrofilik yang tinggi. Pada uji degradabilitas bioplastik cepat terdegradasi dengan penurunan sebesar 70% pada hari ke-7. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pembuatan bioplastik dari limbah kulit pisang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif konsumsi plastik yang dapat merusak lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve social studies learning outcomes through the Number Head Together (NHT) Learning Model for Grade IV students of SDN 1 Ngawonggo. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) as many as 2 cycles, with one meeting per cycle. The stages of the cycle are planning, execution, observation and reflection. The data collection procedure is through observation of educator activities, student activities and tests, then the data is analyzed using percentages in accordance with specified success criteria to determine student development. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) the percentage value of educator activity in cycle I is 79% and cycle II is 92%. (2) the percentage of activity of students in cycle I is 72% and cycle II is 89%. (3) the percentage value of the learning test results of students in the first cycle is 39.29% and in the second cycle 89.92%, students have completed classically. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the NHT model can improve social studies learning outcomes of grade IV students of SDN 1 Ngawonggo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the Indonesian language learning achievement of class I students elementary school with PowerPoint media in slide form. The research conducted was a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with two cycles. The stages of each cycle are planning, implementation, observe and reflect. Each meeting carries out a pre-test and post-test to determine student progress. In the pre-cycle, the average class score below the specified KKM was 75 and only 10 out of 18 students completed the KKM or only 55.5% of students completed the KKM. In the first cycle learning improvement with a percentage of 77.8% and using PowerPoint media in the learning improvement process. At this stage there are still 22.2% of students who have not met the KKM, so they continue with the second cycle of learning improvements. In the end, in learning cycle 2 there was an increase in the effectiveness of using PowerPoint media with a percentage increase of 88.9%. These results show that using PowerPoint media in the form of slides can improve students'learning achievements, sepecially class I Indonesia ata SDN 1 Ngemplak.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transaksional tidak tepat diterapkan di dunia Pendidikan yang lebih mengutamakan prestasi Pendidikan bukan atas dasar imbalan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengoptimalkan motivasi sebagai variable mediasi dan mengembangkan kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pada guru sekolah dasar di kota Cilegon, dan data yang terkum[pul sebanyak 155 responden. Teknik analisis data dibantu alat statistic structural equation modelling (SEM) untuk mengotimalkan hubungan antar variable, dan pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian antara lain: 1) ada  pengaruh yang signifikan antara citra pemimpin terhadap kinerja guru. 2)  ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Citra pemimpin terhadap motivasi guru. 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja guru. 4) tidak ada pengaruh antara inovasi terhadap motivasi guru. 5) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru. 6) ada pengaruh mediasi motivasi antara citra pemimpin terhadap kinerja guru. 7) ada pengeruh mediasi motivasi antara inovasi dan kinerja guru. Simpulan, keberlanjutan kinerja guru dapat dikembangkan melalui peningkatan motivasi pada guru, terus berinovasi dan menjaga citra pemimpin sebagai pemimpin.

Abstract

A good social attitude teaches students how to behave with the surrounding environment, which includes family, teachers, society, and friends. The object of social attitudes is human social life both in the family, school, and community (Sanjiwana, Pudjawan, & Margunayasa, 2015).   Social attitudes make students accustomed to fostering honesty, responsibility, care for others, tolerance, cooperation, discipline, courtesy, and self-confidence. This study aims to determine the effect of community social class on social studies learning attitudes in high school students of SDN 1 Granting Jogonalan Klaten in the 2021/2022 school year. The population and research samples were 4th, 5th and 6th grade students of SDN 1 Granting Jogonalan Klaten, and the total sample was 65 students. The data collection method used questionnaires and documentation. Technical data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results described in table 3, it is known that 3.33% or as many as 1 student has a poor attitude of tolerance with a value calculation of 43.76-62.50. Then as many as 33.3% or 10 students have a good attitude of tolerance with a value calculation range of 62.51 -81.25. The remaining 63.3% or as many as 19 students have a very good attitude of tolerance with a value calculation range between 81.26 -100.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine learning activities and learning achievements with the 3M learning model in an effort to improve the quality of education. Theoretical studies that support research are the concepts of learning, teaching, and learning, learning with the 3M learning model, and appropriate teaching materials. The method in action research is Classroom Action Research, which is a method carried out systematically by teachers or researchers with the aim of implementing educational innovations and improving the quality of learning outcomes. PTK is research that raises actual problems carried out by teachers which is an examination of learning activities which are actions to improve and improve learning practices in the classroom more professionally with research steps consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of action research obtained learning activeness showed memory of «»10%« with the achievement of KKM equal to or more than »75« increased by »59%«.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatar belakangi pada penggunaan media kimia yang digunakan belum maksimal sehingga peserta didik kurang terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pendamping materi sistem periodik unsur dan menguji kualitas media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE. Karakteristik dari media pembelajaran ini yaitu memuat materi sistem periodik unsur dan latihan soal yang dikemas dalam bentuk teka teki silang. Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan kriteria valid dengan nilai 4, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan kriteria valid dengan nilai 4,08. Hasil dari penilaian peserta didik menapatkan kriteria sangat valid dengan nilai 4,27. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran tekilama layak digunakan.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: a) To improve the student learning process through a problem based learning model with Poster Media on the theme My Dreams Class IV SDN 1 Kancilan Semester II 2021/2022 Academic Year; b) To improve the student learning process through a problem based learning model with Poster Media on the theme My Dreams Class IV SDN 1 Kancilan Semester II 2021/2022 Academic Year. The research carried out was classroom action research conducted at SDN 1 Kancilan, Kembang District, Jepara Regency on 15 Class IV students in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research uses a Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with Poster Media on the theme My Dreams. The conclusions of this research are a) Through the problem based learning model with Poster Media on the theme My Dreams, it can improve the learning process of Class IV students at SDN 1 Kancilan Semester II for the 2021/2022 academic year. We can see that in cycle I the average value was 3.00 and in cycle II the average value was 3.36. These data show that there was an increase that occurred in cycle I to cycle II. This means that the researcher has achieved the target desired; b) Through the problem based learning model with Poster Media on the theme My Dreams, it can improve the learning process of Class IV students at SDN 1 Kancilan Semester II 2021/2022 Academic Year
