Abstract

Learning tools in schools should be designed and prepared properly and pay attention to the needs of understanding students. Students' understanding of learning materials in schools/madrasas is influenced by learning tools. Not only that, learning tools are a medium that is needed in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The learning tools applied are inseparable from student worksheets (LKPD) that can be used in the learning process. LKPD can be designed and developed by educators themselves in accordance with the material to be delivered as a support in the implementation of teaching and learning activities (Lifda Sari, Taufina, Farida F, 2020: 813-820). Learning motivation is an important thing that every elementary school student must have. This study aims to test the construct validity and reliability of the student enthusiasm for learning scale. This study involved 236 random samples from 500 grade III elementary school students in Cawas District, Klaten Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Data were analyzed with confirmatory factors using LISREL 8.80 software. The results show that the developed learning motivation scale. meets the criteria of suitability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and construct reliability. Therefore, the developed scale is feasible to use

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research which is carried out with the aim of applying a cooperative learning model to improve students' activeness and learning outcomes in mathematics for the material of building a spherical space for class VI SD Negeri 3 Senenan in semester 2 of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Senenan. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of the planning stage, implementation stage, data collection stage, and reflection stage. The research subjects were all VI grade students of SD Negeri 3 Senenan in semester 2 of the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 25 students consisting of 12 male and 13 female students. The data collection technique is to compare the test scores obtained in the initial condition of the test scores after cycle I and the test scores after cycle II. The results of this study showed an increase from the initial condition of an average of 6.36 to 7.2 in cycle I and to 8.08 in cycle II. So it can be concluded that student activeness has increased, and learning outcomes have increased. Thus, the use of a cooperative learning model can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of mathematics on the material of building a spherical space for class VI SD Negeri 3 Senenan in semester 2 of the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah berperan penting pada kurikulum merdeka, sertifikasi guru, dan prestasi belajar siswa.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran kepala sekolah dalam kurikulum merdeka, sertifikasi guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan 150 responden.  Hasil penelitian antara lain: 1) ada pengaruh Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka. 2) ada pengaruh Kepala Sekolah terhadap sertifikasi guru. 3) ada pengaruh Kepala Sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.  4) ada pengaruh Kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 5) ada pengaruh Kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 6) ada Pengaruh Motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Science learning in principle teaches students to always try. Students should be interested in learning science because basically there is a lot of knowledge that needs to be known. One way to be able to know this knowledge is to be enthusiastic in learning science, which of course requires teacher creativity in teaching. Therefore, science should be taught not only through the lecture method but can be taught through other methods that are more interesting and arouse students' enthusiasm in learning. The same problem also occurs in class IV of SDN 2 Tigajuru, Mayong District, Jepara Regency. Based on preliminary observations conducted on October 1, 2016, the number of students in class IV of SDN 2 Tigajuru, Mayong Subdistrict, Jepara Regency is 15 students. One of the appropriate learning methods to realize a participatory learning situation is the use of the peer tutor method. This research is a type of classroom action research

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membahas pengaruh lokasi, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan  terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Indomarco Prismatama. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang  diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada konsumen dari PT Indomarco Prismatama. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari PT Indomarco Prismatama sebanyak 100 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik non random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda, maka dapat disimpulkan apabila Indomaret mampu menyediakan lokasi yang mudah dijangkau, terletak di pusat keramaian dan lokasi parkir yang aman, maka konsumen akan suka melakukan pembelian di Indomaret. Proses penyebaran informasi atau promosi yang dilakukan Indomaret berupa hadiah langsung, kupon undian dan potongan harga mampu mempengaruhi atau membujuk konsumen untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan dan meningkatkan penjualan Indomaret. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa lokasi, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Indomarco Prismatama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam novel Catatan Juang Karya Fiersa Besari yang diterbitkan oleh Media kita cetakan pertama 2017. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yakni mendeskripsikan dan menjawab suatu fenomena atau peristiwa yang terjadi pada saat ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan studi dokumen (pencatatan) terhadap teks novel Catatan Juang Karya Fiersa Besari dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan peneliti itu sendiri, yang artinya peneliti melakukan pembacaan kemudian penganalisisan terhadap sumber data secara berulang-ulang. Adapun teknik analisis datanya dengan cara sebagai berikut. a)  peneliti membaca secara kritis b) peneliti memahami isi bacaan dan mengaitkan sesuai masalah yang akan diteliti. c) mengumpulkan data dan menandai nilai pendidikan karakter yang dibutuhkan dalam novel. d) mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dan menarik kesimpulan dari penelitian. e) menyusun bahan ajar. f) melakukan validasi bahan ajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter yang muncul adalah religius, jujur, disiplin, gemar membaca, dan peduli sosial. Serta pemanfaatannya dalam menganalisis novel terhadap bahan ajar modul tersebut.

Abstract

Menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang berbasis HOTS merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru dalam hal menyiapkan pembelajaran agar peserta didik dapat menguasai keterampilan berbasis HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar mengetahui pentingnya penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS sebagai upaya mengembangan kompetensi guru. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Sebelum melakukan telaah bahan pustaka, peneliti harus mengetahui terlebih dahulu secara pasti tentang dari sumber mana informasi ilmiah itu akan diperoleh. Beberapa sumber yang digunakan antara lain: buku teks, jurnal ilmiah, referensi statistik, hasil-hasil penelitian dalam bentuk skripsi, tesis, desertasi, dan internet, serta sumber-sumber lainnya yang relevan. Hasil kajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber mengenai perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS diperoleh bahwa: a) perangkat pembelajaran yang biasa dibuat oleh guru belum memasukkan unsur keterampilan HOTS di dalamnya; b) pengembangan keterampilan HOTS di dalam perangkat pembelajaran akan memberikan dampak positif kepada peserta didik; dan c) kompetensi guru perlu untuk ditingkatkan terus salah satunya dengan cara menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Simpulan dari kajian di atas bahwa penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS memberikan dampak positif kepada peserta didik dan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Literasi numerasi dan matematika merupakan dua hal yang berbeda. Literasi numerasi mencakup penerapan matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sedangkan matematika hanya konsep rumus penyelesaian soal secara singkat. Dalam menerapkan pembelajaran literasi numerasi, diperlukan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif. Salahsatu media pembelajaran yang efektif digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional, contohnya engklek. Kondisi di lapangan dalam penerapan literasi numerasi belum keseluruhan dapat menerapkan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terkait literasi numerasi dan penerapan belajar sambil bermain menggunakan media pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan pelatihan pendampingan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa permainan engklak yang dikaitkan dengan literasi numerasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Dosen PGSD FKIP Unissula, mahasiswa dan para guru.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of independent character education through exemplary and habituation in class IV students of Elementary School 1 Baturan. Based on the background of the problem and initial observations and interviews with the class IV teacher, The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method supported by field research and references related to the themes discussed. The subjects used in this study were fourth grade students, totaling 11 students. Data collection techniques used by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini sejalan dengan salah satu program MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Mengajar) yaitu Kampus mengajar angkatan 6 yang diadakan oleh Mendikbudristek yaitu untuk memperkuat kemampuan literasi dan numerasi di Sekolah Dasar melalui adaptasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (studi literatur) dengan melibatkan pengumpulan, pembacaan, pencatatan, dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber referensi yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar, memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada peningkatan literasi dan numerasi siswa; (2) teknologi memungkinkan aksesibilitas yang lebih besar, pembelajaran yang terpersonalisasi, serta pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menghibur; (3) teknologi telah mendorong keterlibatan siswa, sehingga pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individual, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang merangsang minat dan motivasi belajar. Kajian ini mencapai simpulan bahwa adaptasi teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan dasar merupakan salah satu cara efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa, yang pada gilirannya akan membekali mereka dengan kompetensi akademik yang kuat untuk mencapai standar pendidikan yang lebih tinggi.
