Abstract

Dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang organisasi, aspek sumber daya manusia menjadi masalah dasar yang terdapat dalam setiap aktivitas. Mengingat sumber daya manusia adalah aspek strategis dan integral pada suatu organisasi, maka diharapkan setiap organisasi dapat meningkatkan potensi sumber daya manusianya dan bekerja secara maksimal sehingga dapat mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Metode dalam penelitian menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Populasi yang tertera mewakili sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwasannya : (1) Workload berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung; (2) Perception of organizational support memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced digital era, content marketing has become an important tool for reaching consumers and building strong relationships with them. Informative, relevant and interesting content can increase consumer awareness and interest in skincare products. This research aims to analyze men's skincare purchase intention by focusing on the role of content marketing, product innovation, and perceived value as the main predictors. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to male respondents who use skincare products. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to test the relationship between the variables studied. The sample used as respondents was 170 people. The research results show that content marketing, product innovation, perceived value have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results of this research have important implications for companies that market men's skincare products, namely that effective content marketing must be a top priority, because relevant and interesting content can significantly increase consumer awareness and interest. Then product innovation must continue to be improved to meet the ever-changing needs and preferences of consumers. In addition, companies must ensure that consumers perceive high value from their products, both through superior quality, reasonable prices, and emotional and social benefits.

Abstract

In the Indonesian context, it is important to consider work culture and local values that might influence organizational citizenship behavior. The main aim of the research is to analyze perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample in this research consisted of 150 employees working in the government sector in Indonesia who were determined using a purposive sampling technique approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The findings from this study will provide an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of the relationship between organizational support, commitment, and justice on employee proactive behavior, as well as offering recommendations for the development of policies and managerial practices that can increase OCB in the government sectors. Data analysis will be carried out using statistical techniques such as multiple regression to evaluate the influence of these variables simultaneously.

Abstract

In the creative industry, the relationship between employee empowerment and employee engagement has a very important role. Employees who feel empowered to contribute with creative ideas and participate in the decision-making process will feel more connected to the company's vision and values. The main aim of the research is to analyze the influence of employee empowerment, flexible work arrangements, and career development on employee engagement. The sample in this research consisted of 190 employees who worked in the creative industries in Indonesia who were determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that employee empowerment, flexible work arrangements, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The theoretical implications of the research explain that implementing policies and practices that support employees in terms of work flexibility and career development can significantly increase employee engagement and performance. Meanwhile, practically, organizations in the creative industries need to pay attention to the importance of creating a work environment that supports employee flexibility and career growth. This can be done through implementing policies that allow remote work, flexible work schedules, and support for skills and career development.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet will certainly bring a lot of convenience. Intense competition in the marketplace industry does have a positive impact on consumers, but also has a negative impact on some marketplaces. This study aims to test and find out how much influence brand credibility and security have on buying interest in the Bukalapak marketplace. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' questionnaire answers. The population of this study were people in Central Surabaya City. The sample used was 130 respondents who had made purchases on the Bukalapak marketplace with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Brand Credibility and Security had a significant positive effect on Buying Interest in the Bukalapak marketplace in Surabaya City.

Abstract

The research aim is to test the difference between bank performance as measured by ROA and NIM for BUKU I and BUKU IV Banks in Indonesia. The paper uses monthly data from annual report. There is significant difference between bank performance for BUKU I and BUKU IV. Policy makers, investors and other shareholders should consider the results of this study in making important policies. The performance of banks is quite different if they have different amounts of capital. Regarding the research limitations, future research can use the research object not limited to comparative analysis of banking companies, but more to discover research model for bank performance determinants for each bank categories based on capital. Future research may use longer period for better prediction ability.

Abstract

In the modern era, technological advances are the main factor driving changes in various aspects of human life. The rapid development of technology today allows people to access information easily through various media, such as using smartphones so that it becomes a human need, especially among students. This makes smartphone companies compete and innovate to capture market share. This study aims to determine the effect of Hedonic value and Utilitarian value variables on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones The approach used in this research is quantitative. The study population consisted of university students in Surabaya City, with a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling method used non-probability sampling technique through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form, and data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis tool and is carried out through a two-stage approach with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that Hedonic Value and Utilitarian Value have a positive and significant effect on Samsung Smartphone Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test the impact of each variable that has been determined simultaneously or partially. Through a population of 87 companies and based on the conditions that the author has determined, a sample of 57 companies was obtained. This quantitative study uses secondary data sources that are measured from a ratio scale for statistical management. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis obtained from the F test showed that CR & DER had a significant positive impact on stock prices. Then, from the t-test (partial), CR with partial has a significant negative effect on stock prices, but DER does not have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the contribution of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility to dividend policy with liquidity as a moderating variable. The population in this study were LQ45 index companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. The method used to determine the sample in this study was the purposive sampling method. Through this method, 11 companies were obtained that could be observed during the period 2019-2023 (5 years) so that the total observation data in this study was 55 data. The analysis technique used in this study was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of the study explain that corporate governance contributes positively to dividend policy, while corporate social responsibility does not contribute to dividend policy. Liquidity contributes to weakening the relationship between corporate governance and dividend policy, while for the relationship between corporate social responsibility and dividend policy, liquidity cannot contribute

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship model between entrepreneurial orientation (EO), entrepreneurship insight (EI), information technology adoption (ITA), and business performance (BP) in MSMEs in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques of MSME actors in various sectors in Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire adapted from previous research. The research sample consisted of 200 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria being that the business had been running for at least two years and had access to information technology. The results of the research data analysis conclude that entrepreneurial orientation (EO), entrepreneurship insight (EI), and information technology adoption (ITA) have a positive and significant effect on business performance (BP). The research results will provide deeper insight into the influence of EO, EI, and ITA on the business performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can also provide recommendations for MSME actors and policymakers to increase the competitiveness of small businesses through implementing entrepreneurial strategies and adopting technology. Thus, this research contributes to the development of MSME business theory and practice in the digital era and supports efforts to improve the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia.
